Abstract
Bei einer Pelletpresse (1) umfassend eine im wesentlichen radiale Bohrungen aufweisende Ringmatrize (4), an deren inneren Umfangsfläche (6) zumindest ein zu dieser exzentrisch angeordneter Koller (7) abrollbar angeordnet ist, eine mit einer Zuführvorrichtung für das zu pelletierende Rohmaterial in Verbindung stehende Fördervorrichtung (2), mit welcher das Rohmaterial von der Seite des Stützrings (10) dem von der Ringmatrize (4) umschlossenen Pressraum zugeführt wird, und wenigstens eine Abfördereinrichtung zum Abfördern von an der äußeren Umfangsfläche der Ringmatrize (4) abgeschnittenen Pellets und von aus dem Pressraum austretendem Störmaterial, sind zwei gesonderte Auswurfschächte (9,14) vorgesehen, denen jeweils eine gesonderte Abfördereinrichtung zugeordnet ist, wobei eine Eintrittsöffnung eines für die Pellets vorgesehenen Auswurfschachts (9) unterhalb der Ringmatrize (4) und eine Eintrittsöffnung eines für das Störmaterial vorgesehenen Auswurfschachts (14) an der der Fördervorrichtung (2) zugewandten Stirnseite der Ringmatrize (4) angeordnet ist. In a pellet press (1) comprising a ring die (4) having essentially radial bores, on the inner peripheral surface (6) of which at least one eccentrically arranged roller (7) is arranged to be unrollable, one connected to a feed device for the raw material to be pelletized standing conveying device (2), with which the raw material from the side of the support ring (10) is supplied to the from the ring die (4) enclosed pressing space, and at least one discharge device for conveying off on the outer peripheral surface of the ring die (4) cut pellets and two separate ejection ducts (9,14) are provided, each of which is assigned a separate discharge device, wherein an inlet opening provided for the pellet discharge chute (9) below the ring die (4) and an inlet opening one for the disturbing material provided ejection shaft (14) the conveyor device (2) facing the end face of the ring die (4) is arranged.
