STATE OF THE ART

The present invention relates to a security label for securing medicaments held in a single package according to the preamble of claim 1.

A blister pack consists of a number of troughs, in each of which a drug is packaged by means of a cover foil, usually made of aluminum. This cover film is easily pierced, with the result that the drug falls out or can be removed. As a result, there is a risk that the aluminum foil covering the medication accidentally tears open and the drug is soiled, lost or gets into unauthorized hands, for example, of young children. To secure such a blister pack is in the DE 10 2007 017 856 A1 a label for attachment to a blister pack has been proposed, which consists of a glued on the blister pack base sheet and adhered to the base sheet cover sheet. On this basis, the present invention, the object of the invention to provide a security label of the type mentioned, which provides sufficient resistance when removing the drug to provide protection against unauthorized opening by children or accidental opening.

As a technical solution to this problem, a security label of the type mentioned is proposed according to the invention with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of this security label are given in the dependent claims.

A trained according to this technical teaching safety label has the advantage that the use of the opening cuts exclusively in a portion of the drug or drug drug leads to the fact that in the remaining portion remaining a closed protective layer that can not be broken. In practice, this means that the user must recognize that the medicament must be pushed into the apertured section and not in the remaining, closed residual section. This requires a mental maturity about which toddlers usually do not have. Whether in the specific case now two, three, four or five opening sections are provided, depends on the individual case, because the number of opening cuts the degree of difficulty and the resistance can be set when pushing out the drug.

In a preferred embodiment, the opening portions are arranged equidistant from each other. This has the advantage that the corresponding opening sections are equally distributed in the respective section, so that viewed over the entire section, the same force is used to remove the medicament.

In another preferred embodiment, the opening cuts are radially aligned with respect to their virtual centerline. This ensures that the opening cuts remain in their section, for example in a quarter-circle segment, and that the resistance for removing the medicament is reduced towards the center, so that a once-pierced medicament can be removed in a simple manner.

In a further preferred embodiment, the opening cuts are arranged in a quarter of the contour, for example in a quarter-circle segment, wherein the vertical Sections of the opening cuts or the centers of the opening cuts are arranged on the edge of the quarter of the contour. This ensures that all opening sections are in this section and that only a quarter of the total area is provided with opening cuts, while three quarters of the total area are firmly closed.

In practice, it has proved to be advantageous to form the opening section T-shaped, T-shaped, H-shaped, F-shaped, X-shaped, Y-shaped or star-shaped. With all these cuts a penetration of the security label with a certain effort is possible.

In a very preferred embodiment, the opening cuts T-shaped and arranged with its first horizontal portion on the contour, preferably applied tangentially to the contour, while the second, vertical portion of the T-shaped opening section is aligned radially towards the center of the drug trough. This has the advantage that, on the one hand, cuts are arranged along the contour and, on the other hand, cuts are arranged in the radial direction. This makes it possible in a simple manner to press the drug with its edge against the security label, wherein the edge abuts near the contour and there encounters a relatively low resistance. Upon further pressing of the drug, the security label then flakes and the drug can be removed.

Another advantage is that by the formation of the opening section as T a relatively small opening is available, so that while an aid in squeezing out the drug, but that the basis otherwise consists of a continuous sheet, which upon pressing out of the drug be torn got to. The resulting resistance complicates the accidental pressing out of the drug or unauthorized opening of the blister by children.

In the first embodiment shown here, the vertical portions 19 are formed as long as the horizontal portions 18, wherein the portions 18, 19 are formed so small that adjacent opening cuts 17 have a significant distance from each other. This distance should be at least half the length of a horizontal section 18. When pushing out the drug 16 from the individual packaging 12, the aluminum foil 15 and the base 10 must be pierced. If one tries to penetrate the drug in a region in which no T-shaped opening cuts 17 are provided, this will not succeed a normally strong patient. However, if the medicament 16 is pushed through in the area of the T-shaped opening cuts 17, the resistance at this point is reduced and a normally strong patient succeeds in piercing the aluminum foil 15 and the areas of the base 10 remaining outside the opening cuts Take drug 16. Claims (9)
