Claims (13)
- Device (1) for handling and/or transporting work rolls (2, 3) and/or backing rolls (4, 5) of a roll stand (6), by which the work rolls (2, 3) and/or the backing rolls (4, 5) can be brought from the roll stand (6) into a roll shop (10) by means of a locomotive (9) movable on a travel track (7, 8),
characterised in that
at least two travel tracks (7, 8), on which a roll (2, 3, 4, 5) can be moved by means of the locomotive (9), are arranged at different height levels (h1, h2), and
a lifting table (11) is present which is intended and suitable for raising or lowering the locomotive (9) to one of the at least two different height levels (h1, h2) in order to bring it onto the respective travel track (7, 8). - Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a height level (h1) of the travel track (7) is so arranged that at least one work roll (2, 3) can be moved out of the roll stand.
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a height level (h2) of the travel track (8) is so arranged that at least one backing roll (4, 5) can be moved out of the roll stand (6).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the lifting table (11) is arranged at the end of the travel tracks (7, 8).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the lifting table (11) is arranged in the region of the travel tracks (7, 8).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that at least one of the travel tracks (7, 8) adjoins a transverse displacement table (12) or crosses this.
- Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the transverse displacement table (12) is arranged between the lifting table (11) and the roll stand (6).
- Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the lifting table (11) is arranged between the roll stand (6) and the transverse displacement table (12).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that each of the travel tracks (7, 8) is provided with rails on which the locomotive (9) is movable.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that a roll change seat (13) is arranged for exchange of the backing rolls (4, 5).
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the length of the lifting table (11) as seen in the travel direction of the locomotive (9) is of the same length as or slightly longer than the length of the locomotive.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the lifting table (11) can be raised and lowered by lifting and lowering means, which comprise positional regulation of height.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the lifting table (11) can be raised and lowered by at least one hydraulic piston/cylinder system.
