- a group of ten packaged cigarette packs is surrounded by a container blank of paper, metallized paper or similar material.
- the group of cigarette packets is completely enveloped by the container blank, with the formation of folds on the small-area end sides of the container.
- the blank is provided with transverse, all-round lines of weakness (lines of perforation) applied in the region of dividing planes of adjacent pairs of cigarette packets. With the help of these weakening lines, it is possible to obtain by breaking or by cutting through the container wrapping in the region of the weakening lines units from two cigarette packs with a partial wrapping of the container blank.
- the invention is based on the object, packs of cigarettes form so that on the one hand an attractive appearance, but on the other hand, the cost of materials is limited, the bundle pack should be produced using conventional packaging machines.
- the bundle pack according to the invention is designed in accordance with claim 1.
- a sleeve made of thin cardboard open on both sides is used as an envelope of the packing group.
- the sleeve has a reduced longitudinal dimension such that the length of the sleeve is reduced by the dimension of a package.

In the case pack according to the invention, therefore, a sleeve made of thin cardboard open on both sides is used as an envelope of the packing group. The sleeve has a reduced longitudinal dimension such that the length of the sleeve is reduced by the dimension of a package. By moving the sleeve first cigarette packs can be removed. Furthermore, the correspondingly arranged weakening lines reach the region of the dividing plane between adjacent pairs of cigarette packs. A foil outer cover, which is in principle standard, completes the bundle pack.

The blank is folded over in the usual way around the
The cigarette packs 10 in the form of a folding box are arranged such that the
