Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Großcontainer umfassend ein Bodenteil, und vier Seitenwände, von denen zumindest eine Seitenwand ein nicht verschiebbares Seitenteil und ein verschiebbares Seitenteil aufweist, wobei durch lineares Verschieben des verschiebbaren Seitenteils die entsprechende Seitenwand teilweise geöffnet werden kann. Derartige Großcontainer, die auch als Großladungsträger bezeichnet werden, weisen üblicherweise Abmessungen von 800x600 mm, 1200x800 mm, 1200x1000mm und 1200x1600 mm auf, wobei es sich hier um Standardabmessungen handelt. Die Höhe derartiger Großladungsträger hängt von der gewünschten Aufnahmekapazität ab. Eine übliche Höhe berechnet ab der Aufstandsfläche des Großladungsträgers auf dem Boden bis zur oberen Kante der Seitenwände beträgt 1000 mm, wobei dies jedoch nicht beschränkend ist. Damit ist eine Definition des Großcontainers gegenüber anderen kleineren Containern gegeben, wie etwa auf Paletten in mehreren Lagen über- und nebeneinander stapelbare Obst- und Gemüsebehälter bzw. Flaschenkästen u. dgl.. Die Großcontainer bzw. Großladungsträger dienen zur Aufnahme von insbesondere Stückgütern und werden so häufig auch für den Transport großvolumiger Lebensmittel sowie im non-food Bereich, Industrie und Automobilbranche verwendet. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in zumindest einer der Seitenwände des Großcontainers ein verschiebbares Seitenteil vorgesehen ist, das linear zur Seitenwand aus einer oberen Schließstellung in eine untere Offenstellung verschiebbar ist und zwar über ein unterhalb des verschiebbaren Seitenteils angeordnetes nicht verschiebbares Seitenteil. Dadurch erfolgt eine teilweise Öffnung der Seitenwand des Containers, die im Übrigen allmählich von oben nach unten aufgrund der translatorischen Verschiebung des Schiebeteils vorgenommen werden kann, so dass die Öffnung sukzessive und damit gefahrlos gegen ein Herausfallen von im Container enthaltenem Gut erfolgen kann. In Offenstellung überdeckt das verschiebbare Seitenteil das mit der Seitenwand feste untere Seitenteil. Beide Seitenteile sind hierbei dickenmäßig so ausgelegt, dass sowohl innen wie auch außen in Offenstellung der Seitenwand die übereinander geschobenen Seitenteile bündig mit der übrigen Seitenwand sind. In Folge der linearen Verschiebemöglichkeit des oberen Seitenteils ergibt sich eine einfache Handhabung, die im Übrigen ein Öffnen auch unter sehr beengtem Platzverhältnissen ermöglicht, da beim Öffnen kein Seitenwandabschnitt nach außen bewegt wird. Das verschiebbare Seitenteil wird von außen her gesehen vor das untere Seitenteil in Überlappungsstellung verfahren, so dass das Herunterfahren bzw. Herunterdrücken des verschiebbaren Seitenteils nicht durch innerhalb des Containers befindliche Ware blockiert werden kann. Zweckmäßigerweise ist das verschiebbare Seitenteil in ungeöffneter Stellung mittels zweier seitlich angeordneter Verriegelungsvorrichtungen gegenüber der Seitenwand verriegelbar. Hierfür eignen sich gängige Verriegelungsmechanismen, insbesondere eine durch ein Griffelement der Verriegelungsvorrichtung betätigbare Riegelnase, die nach innen in Richtung der Mitte des verschiebbaren Seitenteils gedrückt und damit aus einer Ausnehmung des benachbarten feststehenden Seitenwandabschnitts herausgerückt ist, so dass das verschiebbare Seitenteil dann nach unten gefahren werden kann. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es zweckmäßig, wenn das Griffteil als elastischer Bügel ausgebildet ist, so dass mit Öffnen der Verriegelungsvorrichtung eine federnde Rückstellkraft aufgebaut wird, die nach Lösen der Verriegelungsvorrichtung die Rastnase wieder in ihre Ausgangsstellung drückt. Dadurch ist eine einfache Verriegelung möglich.
