Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen von aus einer glatten gleichmäßigen Grundschicht und aus darauf aufgesetzten erhabenen Elementen bestehenden Markierungslinien aus pumpfähigem Markierungsmaterial, wobei das Markierungsmaterial für die Grundschicht als erster, stetiger Markierungsmaterialstrom aus einem ersten Auslass ausgetragen wird und wobei das Markierungsmaterial für die aufgesetzten erhabenen Elemente aus einem zweiten Markierungsmaterialstrom in kleine Portionen aufgeteilt und aus einem zweiten Auslass ausgetragen wird, wobei jeder Markierungsmaterialstrom unabhängig vom jeweils anderen Markierungsmaterialstrom zu seinem Auslass gefördert wird und wobei die einzelnen Markierungsmaterialströme unabhängig voneinander in ihrer Größe gesteuert werden. Bei Drehung des Rotors und Fortbewegung der Vorrichtung ergibt sich durch den Ringspalt hindurch ein stetiger Durchfluss von Markierungsmaterial, dem portionsweise ausgetragenes Markierungsmaterial aus den Ausnehmungen überlagert wird. Hierdurch wird eine konstant dicke Grundschicht mit überlagerten erhabenen Elementen ausgetragen und auf eine zu markierende Oberfläche, wie Straße, aufgebracht. Dabei erfolgt der Austrag des Markierungsmaterials durch einen einzigen Materialauslass. Mittels eines Anschlages 17.2, der den Bewegungsweg des Kolbens im Zylinder begrenzt, kann eine maximale Schlitzweite festgelegt werden. Im unteren Bereich ihres Außenumfangs wirkt die Trommel 18' dichtend mit zwei Kanten 19.1 und 19.2 zusammen, die zwischen sich den zweiten Auslass 16.2, ebenfalls in Form eines Schlitzes, bilden. Claims (5)

  1.     for their delivery the marking material streams (21; 22) are individually pumped with respectively variable pump power.
  2.
