Definitions
- the invention relates to a washing machine, in particular a household dishwasher, with a washing compartment, which is closed by a pivotable door, and which is optionally surrounded by a body, wherein the door by a locking device in the closed state is durable, and wherein the door through an opening device in the form of an impression unit is at least one slot width to open automatically.
- an automatic door opening can be made by a few centimeters, where appropriate, the automatic door opening of the dishwasher can be initiated program dependent, but also by the operator.
- the program-dependent opening usually takes place shortly before the end of the program to support drying.
- the operator must always be provided with an automatic door opening if he has no handle to rip open the door. This is the case, for example, with handleless, fully integrated devices (VI devices).
- a dishwasher with an automatic door opening is for example from the DE 10 2005 028 449 A1 known.
- the locking device is arranged on the door side and engages in a closing clamp, which is held on the washing compartment.
- a closing clamp For program-controlled automatic opening of the door of the locking pin is arranged on a motor-adjustable closing plate.
- the motor drives the closing plate and thus the locking pin.
- the door is opened in columns, but remains in the locked state.
- a handle is pushed up, while a locking element is rotated to a position in which it is no longer held by the locking pin.
- US 4,951,693 A discloses a dishwasher with an automatic opening device.
- a spring mechanism is pretensioned and the door locked in the closed state.
- the spring mechanism automatically opens the door. It is held in a partially open position by further springs.
- a spring mechanism for the gap-wise opening of the door is also in a dishwasher according to the EP 2 210 547 A1 available.
- a lock used as a lock.
- the washing compartment In dishwashers, the washing compartment must be sealed liquid-tight during operation.
- the Spülraumö réelle is surrounded by a seal against which presses the door.
- the locking device must be able to counteract the force with which the seal presses in the opening direction against the door. If now the locking device as in the US 4,951,693 A is suddenly released or overcome by spring force, see EP 2 210 547 A1 , there is a sudden acceleration. Door springs should counteract this acceleration, but they can be set incorrectly or even break. Then the door falls from the closed position to the horizontal and can injure persons in this case. Infants who are in the swivel range of the door could even be killed.
- a cleaning machine is known in which the locking device is arranged in the door. Also this cleaning machine is provided with a device for automatic, gap-wise opening of the door. In this case, a part of the locking device is moved out by a motor from the body of the machine. The door remains in the locked state until an unlocking device is actuated.
- the object of the present invention is to disclose a washing machine of the type mentioned, in which the above-described disadvantages are avoided and which has a simply constructed and easy and safe to operate opening device.
- FIG. 1 shows a dishwasher 1 with a split-open appliance door 2 in the perspective view
- FIG. 2 shows a part of the FIG. 1 in an enlarged view.
- the lid of the dishwasher 1 is removed in order to have an insight into the underlying, essential to the invention components. Other, not essential to the invention components are omitted.
- the door 2 closes the front opening 12 of a washing compartment 10.
- the door 2 is held in the closed position by a centrally arranged flushing chamber-side locking device, hereinafter referred to as a door lock 3.
- the dishwasher 1 according to the invention has an automatic opening device, hereinafter referred to as an impression unit 5.
- the door lock 3 is equipped with a spring-mounted roller 30, which engages behind a door latch 3 opposite latch in the form of a survey 22 door side.
- the embarkd Wegtician 5 is preferably located to the left of the Spülraum disorderen door lock 3 at an angle which is formed by housing parts 500 and 502 described elsewhere. It can also be arranged on the right side. The right-side arrangement of the Aufdschreibtechnik 5 offers itself in narrow dishwashers 1.
- the door lock 3 is advantageously located centrally in a U-shaped stabilizing bar 14 of the washing compartment 10 of the dishwasher 1.
- the embarkdschreibtician 5 and the door lock 3 are not connected to each other and therefore form two independent components, which also simplifies the formation of design variants.
- the Aufdschreibtician 5 can be used in dishwashers 1 with door-side, non-positive door lock 3.
- FIG. 2 also illustrates further embodiment details according to the invention.
- the Aufdrücktician 5 on a Aufdrückst Schemeel 504 which is mainly by means of its laterally between the dishwasher side wall 16 and the radial transition from the Spülraumdeckel arranged to the Spülrauminflammatorywand motor 506 is moved.
- the axis of rotation of the shaft (in FIG. 3 indicated as a dash-dot line 508) of the motor 506 parallel to the direction of movement of the Aufdrückst formulateels 504.
- DC motors are relatively long compared to the motor diameter - only in the described, parallel mounting position, the installation situation in the dishwasher 1 here one degree of freedom. Furthermore, this mounting position allows the formation of design variants - mainly the above-described design variant of handle-less fully integrated dishwasher 1 requires a DC motor to implement a rapid opening movement.
- the motor 506 is designed as a double-coil synchronous motor. Due to its low speed of about 250 or 500 revolutions per minute, the door 2 is opened relatively slowly with appropriate gear design in about 15 to 20 seconds.
- synchronous motors are the very low operating noise, low cost and the possibility of operation with mains AC voltage, which allows a relatively simple control by the program electronics, not shown. If a higher door opening speed is required such. B. when reaching the door of a handle-less fully integrated dishwasher 1, a low-voltage DC motor is preferably used instead of the double-coil synchronous motor. At typical speeds of 2500 to 5000 revolutions per minute, the dishwasher door is then opened in 1.5 to 2 seconds.
- the drive is designed so that the Aufd Wegmaschine 5 at constant gear levels 510 (in FIG. 3 ) can be operated without further changes both with a double coil synchronous motor and with a low voltage DC motor.
- the gear stages 510 perform on the one hand a reduction function - ie the reduction of the drive speed - and cause on the other hand, a 90 ° deflection of the axis of rotation by means of a bevel gear or Schneckenradlane.
- the shaft 512 is mounted on the left or motor side directly in the lower housing part 500. On the right side or plunger side, the bearing plate 514 takes over the bearing of the shaft 512 in the lower housing part 500. In the FIG.
- FIG. 4 also illustrates further embodiment details of the Aufdrückmaschine 5 according to the invention in an exploded view.
- a freewheel 522 is arranged ( FIG. 3 ) formed by an inner sleeve 524, an outer sleeve 526, and a movable carriage member 528 (FIGS. FIG. 4 ) is formed.
- the inner sleeve 524 is rotatably connected to the shaft 512. It carries on its surface a helical groove 530, which in a relative movement (rotation) between the shaft 512 and the outer sleeve 526, the carriage member 528 transported.
- the helical groove 530 is bounded by a left stop 532 and by a right stop 534 (from the position in front of the device).
- the outer sleeve 526 surrounds the shaft 512 concentrically and is thus rotatably supported on it. It has two parallel to the shaft guide grooves 536 which receive the guide webs 538 of the carriage member 528. Due to the above-described arrangement, the slide member 528 reciprocates between the two stops 532 and 534, depending on the direction of rotation of the shaft 512 and the outer sleeve 526, respectively. As a result, between the shaft 512 and the outer sleeve 526 of the freewheel 522, since during the movement of the carriage member, the rotation of the shaft 512 and the inner sleeve 524 is not transmitted to the outer sleeve 526.
- the number of free running revolutions can be varied by the length of the helical groove 530.
- a transmission of the rotational movement of the shaft 512 to the outer sleeve 526 takes place again only when the carriage member 528 has arrived at the left stop 532 or the right stop 534 (depending on the direction of rotation).
- a double pinion 542 is mounted ( FIG. 4 ). It engages in side gears 544 on the underside of the push rod 504, see FIGS. 5 to 7 ,
- the double pinion 542 is driven by intermeshing serrations 546 from the outer sleeve 526 of the freewheel 522.
- the two serrations 546 are compressed by a compression spring 548 via a driver 550 and the double pinion 542. This creates a mechanical overload protection or a slip clutch.
- the transmissible by the slip clutch torque can be adjusted by means of the oblique angle of the serrations 546 and 548 by the force of the compression spring.
- a torsion spring 552 is arranged concentrically around the compression spring 548 on a spring sleeve 554, the function of which is explained below.
- the double pinion 542 drives the push rod 504. This presses to open the door 2 in the fold of the door inner panel 20 and releases the roller 30 of the door lock 3 from the latch 22.
- a web guide 556 On the underside of the Aufdrückst Congressels 504 is located between the side gears 544 a web guide 556.
- a locking pin 558 which is integrally formed on an armature 560, see synopsis of FIGS. 4 and 5 ,
- the armature 560 is pivotally mounted in a receptacle 562 on the housing lower part 500. He has two functions. On the one hand he holds over the locking pin 558 the push rod 504 in certain positions, see the description of the FIG. 7 in the chapter "Function sequence".
- a microswitch 570 when the push rod 504 is moved into its end position in the housing (500, 502).
- the microswitch 570 is queried by a controller, not shown, of the dishwasher 1.
- the motor 506 is designed as a synchronous motor or double-coil synchronous motor, all other deviating from the rear plunger end positions of the Aufdrückstsammlungels 504 are timed started.
- the motor 506 is designed as a low-voltage DC motor, all other deviating from the rear plunger end positions of the Aufd Wegst formulateels 504 by one or more additional micro-switch (not shown) are sensed.
- the appliance door 2 is opened by extending the Aufd Wegst Congressels 504 about 100 mm wide. In this state, the door 2 is magnetically held. For this purpose is on the push rod 504 a Ferromagnetic metal insert 566 attached and positioned at the appropriate place behind the inner door panel, a magnet 24, then interact.
- the magnetic support ensures that the door 2 is held in automatic door opening in the event of a tendency to open by itself. This can be z. B. may be required if too weak or broken door springs. After the gap-wise automatic opening, the operator can completely open the door 2 for emptying and emptying dishes.
- the Aufdrückst Schemeel 504 is to be retracted after disconnecting the magnetic holder in any case, even if the operator may have previously switched off the dishwasher 1 and thus disconnected from the mains. Otherwise, there is a risk of injuring or damaging the pushed-out push rod 504. In addition, he would be a hindrance when emptying and clearing the dishes.
- the torsion spring 552 positioned on the spring sleeve 554 is moved during the extension movement of the push-on ram 504, ie. H. during automatic door opening, cocked.
- the spring 552 is fixed at both ends in not shown receptacles on the driver 550 and on the bearing plate 514.
- the push rod 504 is pulled out to a front end stop by the above-described magnetic support.
- the Aufdrückst Congressel 504 detached from the door 2 and is retracted by the torsion spring 552 again. This also works when the dishwasher 1 is switched off, so that, in contrast to any alternative electromotive solutions, any standby consumption for control electronics then required is avoided.
- the compression spring 548 and the torsion spring 552 are arranged concentrically in one another concentrically or one above the other, space-minimizing on the shaft 512.
- the bearing plate 514 which is rotatably arranged in the housing lower part 500, serves to mount the shaft 512 and to adjust the pretensioning of the torsion spring 552.
- the Aufd Wegst Congressel 504 is provided with a spring stop. This is realized by means of a stop spring 572.
- the two legs 574 and 576 of the stop spring 572 are clamped biased between the two bearing blocks 578 and 580th
- the front leg 574 can be pushed by the stop 582 of the Aufdschreibst Formulaels 504 by about 15 mm to the rear.
- FIG. 7 shows the bottom of the imprint plunger 504 with the positions of the locking pin 558 within the web guide 556.
- dots with position letters indicate states
- arrows with position letters indicate the transitions between two states.
- the locking pin 558 is guided in the upper 584, middle 586 or lower 590 gate.
- the lock pin 558 either remains in the E position, moves to the E.1 position (when the door 2 is retracted), or to the E.2 position (if the door 2 opens by itself).
- the middle backdrop 586 has a slope 588 at point E.1.
- the armature 560 allows the locking pin to be raised 558 on the higher middle gate, because it is hollow in the area of the locking pin 558.
- the torsion spring relaxes and the freewheel 522 is traversed by the left stop 532 to the right stop 534. Normally, the operator will continue to open the door after the automatic opening. In this case, the Aufd Wegst Congressel 504 initially further pulled out due to the magnetic coupling until the locking pin reaches the point E.2. Then the clutch breaks apart.
- the tensioned torsion spring 552 then pulls the plunger 504 back into the housing 5, while the locking pin moves via F from the middle link 586 to the lower 590 to G and is held there.
- Position G of the middle gate is formed as a receptacle in which the locking pin 558 is held.
- an outer sleeve 626 fixed on the drive side to the shaft 512 rotatably.
- An inner sleeve 624 is partially received by the outer sleeve 626 and is rotatably mounted on the shaft 512.
- the inner sleeve 624 merges into an extension 640, on which the double pinion 542, the compression spring 548, the torsion spring 552 and the spring sleeve 554 are slidably mounted.
- the driver for fixing the torsion spring 552 is formed here as a hook 650 to the double pinion 542, the bearing plate 514 and the carriage member 528 are not shown here, but work as in the first variant.
- Significant difference of the second freewheel variant is in addition to the reversed arrangement of the inner sleeve 624 and the outer sleeve 626, the separation of the right stop 634 from the rest (left stop 632 and helical groove 630) of the inner sleeve 624 and the equipment of the left stop 632 with a detent slope 692, which is engageable with the carriage member 528, not shown.
- the right stop 634 has a pin 694 which engages in a bore 696.
- the stopper 634 and the rest of the inner sleeve 624 are indeed connected to each other against rotation, but mounted axially displaceable relative to each other.
- the carriage member 528 passes through the drive on the freewheel 622 to the right stop 634, it drives the detent 692 high. It pushes the right stop 634 against the compression spring to the right and gets behind the sloping part of the locking bevel 692.
- the carriage member 528 is fixed and locks the freewheel 622.
- the door 2 can then be moved only by means of the drive, an automatic opening and the associated acceleration is prevented.

In dishwashers with a door lock a unit is to be shown, with an automatic door opening can be made by a few centimeters, where appropriate, the automatic door opening of the dishwasher can be initiated program dependent, but also by the operator. The program-dependent opening usually takes place shortly before the end of the program to support drying. The operator must always be provided with an automatic door opening if he has no handle to rip open the door. This is the case, for example, with handleless, fully integrated devices (VI devices).

The object of the present invention is to disclose a washing machine of the type mentioned, in which the above-described disadvantages are avoided and which has a simply constructed and easy and safe to operate opening device.
According to the invention this object is achieved by a washing machine with the features of
By the magnetic support of the door to a part of the Aufdrückeinheit the door is held securely during and after the opening process. It is expedient if the magnetic holder between the door and a Aufdrückstößel the Aufdrückeinheit takes place. Such a safety measure is particularly advantageous when the door is held by a non-positive locking device in the closed state and can be unlocked by a tensile force.

B. in preiswerten Geschirrspülern 1, verwenden.
All other functions achieved by the interaction of the
The
In order to achieve this object, the
For easy opening of the door by the operator outside the rinsing operation, for example, when after closing the rinsed dishes, the door has been closed and now new items to be adjusted, the
In the flushing operation, the

door 2 is pulled in the slightly open state by its own weight down to the horizontal position. The weight of thedoor 2 counteract the door springs, not shown, but known from the prior art. Now, if one or both door springs are broken, the weight is no longer or not enough compensated. In this case, thedoor 2 is first held by thetorsion spring 552 during the extension operation of thepush rod 504. If, at a certain opening angle, the weight of thedoor 2 is greater than the restraining force of thespring 552, the door will speed up its fall. In this case, in the first variant of thefreewheel 522, this passes from theright stop 534 to the left 532 and thepush rod 504 is pulled out completely until it stops. The This resulting acceleration and the subsequent abrupt braking at the end of the trajectory of theAufdrückstößels 504, the coupling between themetal insert 566 andmagnet 24 separate.
