Abstract

The device has a cross connector element (3) interconnecting three support bars (2) of each left and right mat (1). The support bars aligned parallel to each other with longitudinal axes of the mats and lie next to each other. Cleaning lining and/or strips (5) are provided on upper sides of each mat. A bar spacing element (7) is formed at both outer ends of the support bars in a bar longitudinal direction. The mats are coupled with each other by a latching device (9) that bridges other two spacing elements from top in a bar gap (8).

Description

The invention relates to a floor mat assembly with a device for forming a floor mats comprising at least two mats, such as running mats, Fußabstreifer or the like, each mat of a plurality of aligned with their longitudinal axes parallel to each other, via cross connectors, straps, ropes or the like, interconnected support rods each of which is provided on its upper side with a cleaning pad or strip.

A floor mat arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 is eg in DE-A-19900101 shown.

A grate or a mat with such support bars is through the DE 103 44 235 A1 known. The invention has for its object to provide for support bar mats or gratings of the type mentioned in a simple way a way to form a floor mat arrangement with several such mats.

This object is achieved in that at least two juxtaposed support rods of each mat are formed at their rod in the longitudinal direction of both outer ends, each with a Stababstandshalteelement and two in rod longitudinal direction in alignment laid mats by a bar in the distance from the top of the adjacent Stababstandshalteelemente bridging locking member with each other are detachable. The rod spacer element of a mat thus serves simultaneously as a pivot axis, with the advantage that the pivot coupling or the pivot bolt is an integral part of the mat and can not be lost. To connect to the rod spacer element of the adjacent second mat, the swivel coupling only needs to be swung out of its rest position in the stand distance between the support rods of the other mat and latched to the rod spacer element of the other mat. The recess may be a vertical or an oblique slot.

According to another proposal of the invention, the locking member may be formed as slip-on coupling, which has in the attachment direction two provided at a distance of the adjacent Stababstandshalteelemente locking recesses, in which dip the rod spacer elements when plugging. From a further not shown mat 1 are in Fig. 1 three profiled support rods 2 on the bottom side connected by a cross-connector element 3 with each other. For coupling the two mats 1 a, 1 b engage over the locking recesses 11 a and 11 b of the slip-on 12 a and 12 b, the adjacent Stababstandshalteelemente 7 a, 7 b of the two mats 1 a, 1 b.

Claims (3)

1. A floor mat arrangement comprising a device for forming a floor mat having at least two mats (1; 1 a, 1 b) such as running mats, door mats or the like, wherein each mat consists of a plurality of support bars (2) which are aligned parallel to each with their longitudinal axes and are connected to each other via cross connectors, bands, ropes or the like (3), each of said support bars being provided on its upper side with a cleaning lining and/or cleaning strip (5),
   characterized in
   that at least two adjacent support bars (2) of each mat (1a, 1b) are fastened to each other by means of a bar spacing element (7; 7a, 7b) at each of their two outer ends in their longitudinal bar direction, and two mats (1a, 1b) laid in alignment next to each other can be coupled to each other by means of a latching part (9; 12) which bridges in the bar gap (8) the adjacent bar spacer elements (7a, 7b) from above.
2. The floor mat arrangement according to claim 1,
   characterized in
   that the latching part (9) is configured as a pivot coupling (9a, 9b) which is rotatably arranged on a bar spacer element (7; 7a, 7b) and the free end of which is provided with a latching recess (11 a, 11 b) engaging over the other bar spacer element (7b and 7a, respectively).
3. The floor mat arrangement according to claim 1,
   characterized in
   that the latching part (12) is configured as a slip-on coupling (12a, 12b) which in the slip-on direction has two latching recesses (11 a; 11 b) which are provided at the spacing of the adjacent bar spacer elements (7a, 7b) and into which the bar spacer elements (7a, 7b) plunge when slipping them on.
