Claims (5)

  1. Procédé destiné à commander le flux de matériaux lors de l'emboutissage profond d'une pièce, caractérisé en ce que la procédure d'emboutissage profond est effectuée de manière incrémentielle et qu'avant chaque incrément de procédure d'emboutissage profond, au moins une moulure est usinée dans le flanc de la pièce.

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que par l'incrément de procédure d'emboutissage profond qui suit l'usinage de la moulure, la moulure est à nouveau formée partiellement ou totalement.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la moulure est usinée avec des contours arrondis.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la moulure est usinée avec des parois parallèles et/ou inclinées par rapport au sens d'emboutissage profond.
