- FIG. 2 shows the schematic side view of the in FIG. 1
- the container 10 consists of several liquid containers 1, which are held together with the shrink film 3. How out FIG. 2 can be seen, the shrink film 3 applies tightly to the individual liquid container 1 of the container 10. As a result, an uneven surface is obtained on the upper side 11 of the container 10. Likewise, the container 10 has a bottom 12. The raised portions 7 of the container 10 are formed on the upper side 11 of the container 10 through the liquid container 1. As a rule, the liquid containers 1 are bottles, so that the raised points 7 of the container 10 are formed by the closures of the bottles. On the raised portions 7 of the container 10, the adhesive 50 is applied. The shrink film 3 is very close to the liquid containers 1.
- FIG. 3 schematically shows a plan view of a layer 20, which has been composed of several containers 10 of liquid container 1.
- This layer 20 can thus be deposited on a pallet 30 with an automatic gripper (not shown).
- the individual layers 20, which are deposited successively on the pallet 30, are assembled in a composite construction, so that an additional stability of the plurality of layers 20 on the pallet 30 results from the composite construction.

The above object is achieved by a method comprising the features of claim 5.
The pallet according to the invention consists of a plurality of layers, wherein each layer is composed of several containers. The containers consist of several liquid containers, which are held together by a shrink film. Each of the containers is a three-dimensional body having a top, a bottom and a lateral surface. The lateral surface comprises at least three individual surfaces. The top of each package has formed several raised locations. Likewise, the several individual surfaces of the lateral surface of the Collect at least one survey. At the top and / or on the lateral surface of several containers of a layer, an adhesive is applied. This adhesive acts with at least one partial surface of the lateral surface of a further container within the layer and / or with at least one Underside of the container an overlying layer on the pallet releasably together. The adhesive is applied to the top of several raised areas or on at least one survey on one of the several individual surfaces of the lateral surface.
The interaction of the adhesive on a container with at least one other container increases the stability of several containers of the pallet. The interaction of the adhesive on the top of a container with the bottom of another container prevents the individual layers can move against each other. The interaction of the adhesive on the lateral surfaces of the container stability within the individual layers is increased. Due to this increase in stability, it is no longer possible for the containers to slip within one layer.
The containers are three-dimensional bodies which comprise an upper side, a lower side and a lateral surface. The lateral surface consists of at least three individual surfaces. In most cases, however, containers with four individual surfaces, such as beverage six-packs, will find application.
The containers can comprise several configurations. One possibility is that the containers consist of a box that holds together the individual liquid containers of a container. Another option is to assemble the packages using a shrink wrap that holds the contents of the packages together.
The packages, which are held together by a shrink film, comprise liquid containers in most cases. In the embodiments described herein, liquid containers are described, which are provided for the storage of drinks. In the preferred embodiment, bottles are used as liquid containers.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that any other type of liquid container, such as beverage cans, oil cans or the like, may be assembled into containers. Furthermore, it is clear that other items, such as coffee packs, tea packs, noodles, rice or sugar packs to containers, such as with cardboard or with a shrink wrap can be zusammengefast.
A container made of bottles, which is held together with a shrink film, also represents a three-dimensional body in the context of the invention.
By shrinking the shrink film arise at the top of the container several raised areas. These raised areas are created by shrinking the shrink film in the recesses between the individual liquid containers. The closures of the respective liquid containers in the container then form the raised points at the top of the container.
Furthermore arise when shrinking the liquid container surveys on the individual surfaces of the lateral surface. These elevations are the locations where the liquid containers have their largest cross-sectional area. Depending on how many liquid containers are held together in the container by the shrink film, each individual surface has at least one survey. The elevations, like the raised areas, are created by shrinking the shrink film into the interstices between the liquid containers as it shrinks.
For the packages made with a shrink wrap, the adhesive is applied to at least one raised location and / or at least one elevation.
In a further embodiment of the pallet of containers according to the invention, an intermediate layer is introduced between the individual layers of containers. This intermediate layer is located between the adhesive on the tops of the container of one layer and the undersides of the container of the next higher layer. The intermediate layer is characterized in that it has a high coefficient of friction, whereby slipping of the individual layers is prevented from each other. Because the intermediate layer has a high coefficient of friction, it is not necessary to apply an adhesive between the intermediate layer and the undersides of the containers of the next higher layer. It is advantageous that the individual layers can be easily lifted from the next lower lying position during depalletizing. Preferably, the intermediate layer is made of the same material as the shrink film around the liquid container, as this reduces the effort in disposal. The material used, however, no. Restriction. For the skilled person it is clear that the intermediate layer may consist of other materials. Another object of the liner may be to prevent the debris that has entered the pallet during transport from falling to lower layers.
Preferably, the adhesive is applied in the form of a hot glue on the container. For the application according to the invention, especially the hot glues "Krones-colfix HM 5353" or "Krones-colfix HM 6003" are well suited. The hot glue used is characterized by the fact that they detachably connect the containers together. The containers are thus merely fixed by the hot glue, so that they are no longer positionally variable. When depalletizing the containers are thus easily separated from each other, so that they can be removed from the range without much effort.

Another possibility of transport securing is to cover the pallet with a shrink hood. to cover the pallet with a shrink hood. This shrinkage is similar to how the shrink films for the container, heated and pulls it around the pallet together. Compared to the use of a film wrapping as a transport lock the shrink hood has the advantage that it is closed at the top of the pallet, whereby the pallet is better protected against dirt and moisture. When transporting particularly sensitive goods in the containers on the pallet, a combination of film wrapping and shrink hood can also be selected.
In the following, exemplary embodiments will explain the pallets with containers of liquid containers and the method for palletizing containers from liquid containers and their advantages with reference to the attached figures.
