Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von Behältnissen mit flüssigen und insbesondere mit zähflüssigen Medien. Aus dem Stand der Technik sind unterschiedliche Vorrichtungen zum Befüllen von Behältnissen bekannt. Dabei sind insbesondere auch Vorrichtungen bekannt, mit denen zähflüssige Medien wie beispielsweise Senf, Tomatenketchup und dergleichen abgefüllt werden. Bei derartigen Vorrichtungen ist oftmals eine Wägezelle oder eine Wägeeinrichtung vorgesehen, welche das Gewicht des befüllten Behältnisses misst. Dabei ist es auch bekannt, dass bei Füllsystemen mit einem Füllrohr, bei denen dieses Füllrohr in das zu füllende Behältnis eintaucht, üblicherweise die Flaschen gegenüber dem höhenfixierten Füllventil angehoben werden um das Eintauchen zu bewirken. Falls jedoch Wägezellen vorgesehen sind, ist dies nachteilig, da bei der Hubbewegung der Wägezelle einschließlich der darauf befindlichen Flasche starke Vibrationen entstehen, welche die Messung bzw. auch das Tarieren stören. In solchen Fällen kann der Füllvorgang erst beginnen, wenn die Vibrationen vorüber sind und die Wägeeinrichtung austariert ist.
