Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un demi-produit en alliage d'aluminium destiné notamment à former un composant de structure de véhicule automobile permettant l'absorption d'énergie de façon irréversible lors d'une collision contre un obstacle ou choc, comprenant les étapes consistant en une extrusion (E6) d'alliage d'aluminium sur presse à travers une filière afin d'obtenir un demi-produit, une étape de traitement thermique de revenu du demi-produit (E13). Avant l'étape de revenu (E13), un échantillon (e) est prélevé (E10) sur un lot (L) comprenant un ensemble de demi-produits possédant des paramètres de fabrication communs, afin de subir un test (E11) d'au moins une de ses caractéristiques fonctionnelles (F), les conditions (T, Δt) de l'étape de revenu (E13) étant déterminées (E12) en fonction de la valeur mesurée (Fm) lors du test (E11) et d'une valeur cible (Fc) de l'au moins une caractéristique fonctionnelle (F), l'étape de traitement thermique de revenu (E13) étant appliqué dans les conditions (T, Δt) déterminées à l'ensemble du lot (L) dont est issu l'échantillon (e).
