WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Die Vorrichtung von Fig. 1 entspricht einer ersten Ausführungsform der Erfindung und umfasst zwei gegensinnig zueinander angeordnete u-Profile 1,2, welche über erste Bügel 3 mit gegenseitigem Abstand miteinander stabil verbunden sind. Die beiden u-Profile 1, 2 dienen zur Aufnahme und Halterung von Abschalungsplatten, die einfach in sie eingesteckt werden. Zwischen die beiden u-Profile 1, 2 kann eine Dichtungsplatte von der Seite her eingeschoben werden, deren Breite so bemessen ist, dass sie beidseitig über die beiden u-Profile übersteht. Im eingeschobenen Zustand greift eine solche Dichtungsplatte in die ersten Bügel ein und wird durch sie gegen Verdrehen gegenüber der Einschubrichtung gesichert. Die beiden u-Profile 1, 2 sind an diese Art von Abschalungsplatten 5, 6 angepasst und weisen entsprechend eine Länge zwischen 100 - 300 cm sowie eine lichte Weite zwischen 10 und 30 mm, vorzugsweise von 20 mm, auf. Im Beispiel von Fig. 2 ist die Dichtungsplatte 7 zusätzlich mit einer selbstklebenden Beschichtung 8 versehen ist, die sich mit Frischbeton wasserundurchlässig verbindet. Eine solche Beschichtung ist z.B. aus EP 0 796 951 A1 bekannt als ein Gemisch aus Weichbitumen, StyrolButadien-Styrol (SBS) und synthetischen Harzen. Über den Injektionsschlauch 34 von Fig. 7 kann nach dem Betonieren beider Betonplattenabschnitte ein Dichtmittel z.B. in Form einer Kunstharzmasse in die Fuge eingepresst werden, wobei der Injektionsschlauch 34 mit geeigneten Durchbrüchen versehen ist, um den Austritt des Dichtmittels zu ermöglichen. Claims (6)

  1.
