Je nach Dicke der zu erstellenden Betonbauteile im Anschlussbereich können herkömmliche Abschalungsplatten mit unterschiedlichen Höhen miteinander und der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung kombiniert werden. Hierdurch reduziert sich auch die Teilevielfalt, die für unterschiedliche Dicken erforderlich ist. Es müssen weniger unterschiedliche Abschalungsplatten hergestellt und auf Lager gehalten werden. Somit verringern sich die Produktionskosten und die Teile sind auch leichter verpack- und/oder transportierbar. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Vorrichtung zwei gegensinnig zueinander angeordnete u-Profile zur Aufnahme und Halterung von jeweils einer Abschalungsplatte auf, welche durch mindestens einen Bügel miteinander verbunden sind. Der bzw. die vorzugsweise mehreren Bügel halten die beiden U-Profile und somit die Abschalungsplatten in einem festen Abstand. Im Bereich dieses Abstandes wird dann, ggf. nachträglich, die Dichtung montiert. Als Dichtung kann insbesondere eine Dichtungsplatte zwischen den u-Profilen durch Einschieben von einer Seite her montiert werden, wobei sie beidseitig über die u-Profile vorstehen sollte. Auf einer Seite greift sie dann in den mindestens einen ersten Bügel ein und wird durch diesen gegen Verdrehen, Verrutschen oder Verbiegen gehalten. Claims (6)
- A device for attaching a seal to a formwork board for use as lost formwork in a construction joint and/or expansion joint between two concrete structural elements (A, B), wherein the seal is used for sealing the joint against water, wherein the device is configured for attaching two formwork boards (5, 6; 25, 26) at a mutual distance in the joint and, furthermore, in such that a seal (7; 13; 15; 24; 34; 35; 46; 53) can be fitted, where necessary, subsequently which is effective on both board sides against the adjacent concrete in each case in the space range between the two formwork boards and wherein the device has at least a first bracket (3; 33), characterized in that the device has two U-profiles (1, 2; 11, 12; 22; 31, 32) arranged inversely to one another for receiving and attaching one formwork board (5, 6) respectively, which U-profiles are connected to one another by the at least one first bracket (3; 33) and that the seal (7; 34; 35) can be fitted between the U-profiles (1, 2; 11, 12; 22; 31, 32) connected to one another by at least a first bracket (3; 33).
- The device according to claim 1, characterized in that a sealing plate (7) can be fitted as the seal between the U-profiles (1, 2) by inserting from one side, so that it projects beyond the U-profiles on both sides and engages with the at least one first bracket (3).
- The device according to claim 2, characterized in that the at least one first bracket (3) stabilizes a sealing plate (7) engaging with it against twisting with respect to the insertion direction and/or that on one of the U-profiles (2) on the side opposite the at least one first bracket (3) at least one, preferably likewise bracket-shaped, element (4) is provided for stabilization of a sealing plate inserted between the U-profiles (1, 2) to prevent twisting with respect to the insertion direction.
- The device according to one of claims 1 - 3 and having a seal, characterized in that a sealing plate (7; 13) made of a metal sheet or a plastic profile (15) provided with ribs is used as the seal.
- The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the sealing plate (7; 13) is provided with a coating (8; 14) which bonds to wet concrete in a watertight manner.
- The device according to claim 1 and having a seal, characterized in that an injection hose (34; 46; 53) or a water-blocking tape (35) is used as the seal in the space range between the two formwork boards.
