  • the RFID inlay contains a RFID chip mounted on a flat antenna and electrically connected thereto, the RFID antenna being arranged on an antenna foil. It is known to attach the chip modules for processing in a row in succession on strips and thus supply the RFID antennas during processing. Each microchip with its two connection contacts is then removed from the strip and glued to the RFID antenna so that its connection contacts have galvanic contact with the contacts of the RFID antenna.
