  5. The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioning device (11) comprises at least one spring (15) and/or a drive mechanism that is feedback controlled.
  6. The device as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioning device (11) comprises a device for measuring the tension in the wire at any moment.
