Auf diese Dorne können Hülsen, die beispielsweise das eigentliche Druckmotiv tragen, aufgeschoben und von diesen wieder abgezogen werden. Dabei können auch mehrere Hülsen übereinander geschoben werden, wobei die inneren Hülsen als Adapterhülsen bezeichnet werden. Unter Farbübertragungswalzen sind im Rahmen der Erfindung alle Walzen zu verstehen, die im Druckprozess ein für das Drucken notwendiges Fluid, insbesondere Druckfarbe, transportieren. Auf diese Weise kann ein einziger Antrieb vorgesehen werden, wohingegen mehrere Magazine nutzbar sind, die alle ohne eigenen Antrieb auskommen. Zur Positionierung der Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung vor einem Farbübertragungswalzendorn muss der Antrieb genau positionierbar sein. Eine entsprechende Steuerung und Regelung des Antriebes lässt sich kostengünstiger realisieren, wenn der Antrieb, wie beschrieben, im Bereich der Druckmaschine verbleibt.
Auch lässt sich das Magazin, welches vorteilhafterweise mit Rädern versehen ist, leichter bewegen, da im Vergleich zum Magazin, das aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt ist, das Gewicht des Antriebs entfällt. Ein weiterer Vorteil eines solchen Magazins ist es, dass zunächst zumindest eine leere Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung vor einer gerüsteten Farbübertragungswalze positioniert werden kann. Auf dem Grundrahmen ist ein Tragrahmen 7 aufgesetzt, der aus mehreren Einzelteilen zusammengesetzt, beispielsweise zusammengeschweißt, ist. In dem Tragrahmen 7 ist über ein Lager 8 eine Drehscheibe 9 drehbar gelagert. An der Drehscheibe 9 sind mehrere stangenförmige Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtungen 10 einendig befestigt, die oft auch als Tragdorne bezeichnet werden. Exemplarisch ist eine auf einen Farbübertragungswalzendorn aufschiebbare Hülse 12 dargestellt, die zum Transport zur Druckmaschine auf die Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung 11 aufgeschoben ist.The
Die Drehscheibe 9 ist über getriebliche Mittel mit einer Welle 21 verbunden, welche sich bis außerhalb des Tragrahmens 7 erstreckt. Solche getrieblichen Mittel können Zahnräder oder Zahnrad/Kette-Kombinationen sein. An dem sich über die Seite des Tragrahmens 7 hinaus erstreckenden Ende der Welle ist ein Zahnrad 22 befestigt. Eine Beaufschlagung des Zahnrades 22 mit einem Drehmoment führt also insgesamt zu einer Rotation der Drehscheibe 9, so dass auf diese Weise die Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtungen 10, 11 relativ zum Magazin bewegt werden können. Anstelle der Wand 16 kann auch ein Gestell, welches beispielsweise aus verschiedenen Profilen besteht, vorgesehen werden. Am oberen Ende der Wand 16 sind nicht sichtbare, nach oben offene Aufnahmen vorgesehen, welche die Tragbolzen 14 des Magazins 2 aufnehmen können, wobei die Platten 15 hinter die Wand greifen, so dass insgesamt nach dem Ankoppeln eine Bewegung des Magazins 2 relativ zur Verfahreinrichtung verhindert wird. Zum Ankoppeln des Magazins 2 wird dieses so zur Verfahreinrichtung positioniert, dass die Platten 15 von der Seite gesehen bis hinter die Wand reichen. Diese Situation ist in den
An der Wand 16 ist ein Antriebsmotor 19, beispielsweise ein Elektromotor, befestigt. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Motor innenseitig an der Wand befestigt, wobei die Antriebswelle des Antriebsmotors 19 durch die Wand 16 hindurch greift. Auf der dem Motor 19 abgewandten Seite der Wand ist auf der Antriebswelle ein Ritzel 20 befestigt. Die Winkelposition des Motors 19 ist regelbar, so dass das Ritzel in eine definierte Winkelposition bringbar ist, in der die Zähne des Ritzels 20 und die Zähne des Zahnrades 22, das beim Ankoppelvorgang in einer definierten Winkelposition festgelegt ist, ineinander greifen können, ohne aufeinander zu stoßen. Nach dem Ankoppeln des Magazins 2 an die Verfahreinrichtung 3 kann also durch die Drehung des Antriebsmotors 19 die Scheibe 9 verdreht werden. Durch eine geeignete Bewegung kann zumindest eine der Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtungen 10, 11 derart vor dem Farbübertragungswalzendorn 24 positioniert werden, dass die Achse der Hülse, wenn sie auf der Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung aufliegt, mit der Achse des Farbübertragungswalzendorns 24 fluchtet. In diesem Fall kann die Hülse 12 mittels einer einfachen axialen Verschiebung zwischen Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung 11 und Farbübertragungswalzendorn hin- und/oder herbewegt werden. Die Bewegung der Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtungen 10, 11 kann dabei eine Heb- und/oder Senkbewegung, eine Verfahrbewegung in horizontaler Richtung orthogonal zu den Achsen der Farbübertragungswalzendorne 24 sowie eine Rotationsbewegung der Drehscheibe 9 umfassen.On the

Dieser Schwenkarm trägt zwei Stifte 34, die sich in das Magazin 2 hinein erstrecken und den Hebelarm 30 zwischen sich erfassen, wenn das Magazin 2 an der Verfahreinrichtung 3 angekoppelt ist. Ein Verschwenken des Schwenkarms 33 führt damit auch zum Schwenken des Hebelarms 30 des Magazins 2 und somit zur Entriegelung der Drehscheibe 9. Da mit dem Ankoppeln auch der Antriebsmotor 19 über das Ritzel 20 und dem Zahnrad 22 mit der Drehscheibe 9 in Antriebsverbindung steht, kann eine Hülsenaufnahmeeinrichtung durch den Antriebsmotor 19 positioniert werden. Zum Schwenken des Schwenkarms 33 ist eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 35 vorgesehen, deren Kolben an dem Schwenkarm 33 angreift und in der Wand 16 mittels einer Schraube drehbar gelagert ist.
