Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Anordnung zum elektrisch leitenden Verbinden von elektrischen Leitern mit mindestens einem Potential, an deren Enden jeweils Steckkontakte angebracht sind, die gegeneinander isoliert in einem aus Isoliermaterial bestehenden Verbinder angeordnet sind, in dem auch Gegenkontakte für die Steckkontakte vorhanden sind.The invention relates to an arrangement for electrically conductive connection of electrical conductors with at least one potential, at the ends of each plug contacts are mounted, which are arranged isolated from each other in a connector consisting of insulating material in which mating contacts for the plug contacts are present.
Derartige Anordnungen sind grundsätzlich bekannt und auf dem Markt erhältlich. Sie dienen beispielsweise zum gemeinsamen Anschluß von mindestens zwei Leitern eines Kabelsalzes für elektrische Geräte und Kraftfahrzeuge an ein gemeinsames Potential, wie beispielsweise "Masse". Dieser Anschluß erfolgt über einen weiteren elektrischen - Leiter, der in dem gleichen Halter wie die anderen Leiter angeordnet ist und ebenfalls auf einen Gegenkontakt in dem den Halter aufnehmenden Gehäuse aufgesteckt wird. Für die Verbindung aller Leiter ist in bekannter Technik in dem Gehäuse ein metallisches Stanzgitter mit Vorsprüngen angebracht, auf welche die Steckkontakte aller Leiter aufgesteckt worden können. Unterschiedliche elektrisch leitende Querschnitte der jeweiligen Leiter und der einen relativ großen Querschnitt aufwelsende, zum gemeinsamen Potential führenden Leiter können dabei zu Problemen führen, weil das Stanzgitter einschließlich seiner als Gegenkontakte dienenden Vorsprünge gleichbleibende Abmessungen und damit einen gleichbleibenden elektrisch leitenden Querschnitt hat. Außerdem sind die bekannten Anordnungen nur zum Anschluß an nur ein gemeinsames Potential geeignet.Such arrangements are generally known and available on the market. Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst,
- daß in dem Verbinder mindestens eine Platine mit mindestens einer Leiterbahn angeordnet ist, in der als Gegenkontokte Steckerstifte zum Aufstecken der Steckkontakte angebracht sind, und
- daß der Querschnitt der Steckerstifte an den elektrisch leitenden Querschnitt der jeweils anzuschließenden Leiter bzw. an deren Steckkontakte angepaßt ist.

Die Steckerstifte können beispielsweise als elektrische Einpreßkontakte an jeder gewünschten Stelle und mit jeder gegebenen Querschnittsgröße in die flächenmäßig entsprechend gestaltete Leiterbahn der Platine eingedrückt werden. Die Anordnung ist dadurch problemlos an die elektrisch leitenden Querschnitte der anzuschließenden Leiter bzw. an deren Steckkontakte anzupassen.
