Claims (14)
- An electric operating unit for a vehicle comprising
an emergency key (3);
a receptacle (2) for accommodating the emergency key (3);
a battery compartment (1.1);
a movable battery compartment cover (5); and
a locking element (5.2) for locking the emergency key (3), wherein the emergency key (3) is arranged in the receptacle (2) in such a manner that it can be moved between a storage position and a position in which it is used,
characterized in that
the receptacle (2) extends through the battery compartment (1.1), wherein the battery compartment cover (5) has an opening for leading the emergency key (3) through. - An operating unit according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the battery compartment cover (5) has at least one element (5.4) that engages behind the emergency key (3). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a seal (5.5) is arranged between the battery compartment (1.1) and the battery compartment cover (5), wherein the battery compartment cover (5) is pressed against said seal (5.5) and the battery compartment (1.1) by the inserted emergency key (3). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the battery compartment cover (5) itself or a locking element (5.2) that is mechanically connected thereto is provided as a locking element (5.2) and the battery compartment cover (5) can be moved into a position in which the emergency key (3) can be locked. - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a spring mechanism is provided that automatically moves the battery compartment cover (5) into a position that locks the emergency key (3). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the spring mechanism is a resilient battery contact element (6), wherein at least a part of the resilient battery contact element (6) directly acts on the battery compartment cover (5) or on a part that is mechanically connected to the battery compartment cover (5), particularly the locking element (5.2) or the battery (4). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the locking position (8a, 8b) of the battery compartment cover (5) corresponds to the locking position (8a, 8b) of the emergency key (3). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a first locking position (8a) of the battery compartment cover (5) is provided for locking the battery compartment cover (5) when the emergency key (3) is in its storage position, and a second locking position (8b) that differs from the first locking position (8a) is provided in which, on the one hand, the battery compartment cover (5) is locked in the operating unit and, on the other hand, the emergency key (3), when in the position in which it is used, is locked in such a manner that it cannot be pushed back into the receptacle (2). - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a securing element is provided on the battery compartment cover (5), which securing element secures the battery compartment cover (5) to the operating unit when the emergency key (3) is in the position in which it is used. - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a gripping means (3.2) is provided on the emergency key (3), by means of which gripping means (3.2) the emergency key (3) can be pulled out of the receptacle (2). - An operating unit according to claim 10,
characterized in that
a movable cover is provided on the operating unit, which movable cover covers the gripping means (3.2) in a covering position and can be moved into a gripping position in which the gripping means (3.2) can be gripped. - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
at least one stop means (2.1) is provided on the receptacle (2) of the operating unit or on the emergency key (3), wherein said stop means (2.1) prevents the emergency key (3) from being completely removed from the operating unit. - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
a spring element is provided in the receptacle (2), which spring element presses the emergency key (3) toward the position in which the emergency key (3) is used. - An operating unit according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the emergency key (3) can be locked in its storage position in the receptacle (2) by the battery compartment cover (5) itself or by the locking element (5.2) that is mechanically connected to the battery compartment cover (5).
