Definitions
- Flexible cable transitions are often used as an electrical connection element between a fixed support, such as a door frame, and a mobile, in particular pivotable support, such as a door, and are also known as separable cable transitions in various embodiments, for example DE 94 16 940 U1 . DE 100 53 153 C1 . DE 101 26 785 A1 and DE 10 2004 047 001 B4 , If a plurality of lines are connected to one another via a cable transition, the narrowness in the region of the door rebate precludes the accommodation of larger plug connections with a large number of pin or socket elements. It has been helped by the simultaneous installation of several, usually four to seven-wire cable transitions along the edge of the frame.
- the clear width of the flexible, usually designed as a tight coiled coil spring protective sheath of the cable transition is the passage of a flexible multi-core cable normally not opposed.
- the space problem is rather with the connectors.
- the invention remedy, by not only a single, multi-core connection but several - at least two - multi-wire line connections, in the extension direction of the door rebate next to each other, are provided. These are connected on the door side with the lines to the measuring, control and input devices while the multi-core flexible connection cable of the cable transition is connected on the opposite side of the connector. If the frame-side end of the cable transition is also provided with a plug connection, its local line connections are connected to the lines to the control center.
- the in 1a shown, elongated contact socket holder 1 is equipped with two line terminals, namely a four-pole first socket base 2 and an eight-pin second socket base 3 and inserted into the fold 4 of the door frame or the door leaf 5. It is fixed with two screws 6 at or in the fold.
- the eight wires 9 of a connecting line 10 are connected to the sockets of the base 3, for example, soldered.
- a kink protection sleeve 11 surrounds the transition region between the contact sockets and the cable sheath of the connecting line 10.
- socket holder 1 including connecting leads 10 are preassembled offered with different cable lengths.
- the areas of the line vein ends and their solder joints on the respective socket base 2 and 3 and the sleeve-shaped holder 14 and 15 are encapsulated together with female contact holder 1 with plastic.
- the counterpart to that in the Fig. 1a and 1b reproduced female part of the connector is the following with reference to the 2a to 2d described contact pin part.
- It consists of a connector housing 20 with molded printed circuit board 21, which the socket bases 2 and 3 correspondingly two pin base, namely a four-pin first pin header 22 and an eight-pin second pin header 23 carries.
- the tracks on the board 21 connect the pins with solder terminals 24 for the wires of the multi-core, flexible connection cable 25 of the cable transition.
- This connection cable 25 is surrounded by a protective sheath, for example a not shown, tightly wound coil spring and is inserted through a screw socket 26 into the interior of the plug housing 20. On the external thread of the nozzle 26, the end of the coil spring is screwed.
- the outer circumference of the cylindrical socket base 2 and 3 is respectively sealed by means of an O-ring 7 against the pin base 22 and 23 respectively.
- the printed circuit board 21 is how Figure 2d shows, arranged below a chamber 27 of the plug housing 20, the shape of which is adapted to the outline of the socket holder 1.
- Two lateral tabs 16 and a frontal tab 17 on the socket holder 1 ensure in cooperation with two lateral recesses 28 and a frontal recess 29 in the wall of the chamber 27 (see. Figure 2d ) a reverse polarity secure placement of the plug housing 20 on the socket holder 1.
- the two pin sockets 22 and 23 are molded together with the board 21.

Abstract
Description
On the other hand, rooms and buildings are increasingly equipped with remote control, monitoring and monitoring devices which must be connected to a corresponding control center. For this purpose, it has been installed in the walls of the room junction boxes for the measuring, control and input devices and connected by means of plaster laid lines with the control center. Extensive and time-consuming installation work is required to lay the cables and install the appliance boxes, provided that no prefabricated installation walls are available. It is usually difficult in a subsequent extension of the conversion of the control and monitoring system.
The installation effort can be significantly reduced if you attach at least a portion of the measuring, control or input devices not on a wall but on the door and connects via a flexible cable transition to a pre-routed, multi-core connection line to the control center. It is much easier to attach additional or newly equipped measuring, control and input devices to a door than to a wall. In extreme cases, you can replace the door and replace it with a suitably equipped new door. But this requires multi-core, separable cable transitions, the connectors can be accommodated in the cramped space of the door fold.
This object is achieved by the invention characterized in

In the context of the invention, numerous possibilities for modifications of the embodiment. Obviously, if necessary, more than two connections in the extension direction of the door rebate can be arranged side by side on a
