- the present invention seeks to provide a comparison with the prior art improved arrangement with a dosage of the liquid in response to the operation of the floor nozzle.
- a floor nozzle for hard floors which has a liquid supply means for a wiper and a control means which is adapted to allow and prevent the delivery of liquid to the wiper.
- the control means is adapted to allow and prevent the delivery of liquid in response to the operation of the floor nozzle.
- the conveyed liquid quantity to the wiping means can be controlled via the control means.
- a delivery of liquid with maximum amount is permitted and, outside the operation of the floor nozzle, a delivery of liquid is completely prevented.
- a regulated average amount of liquid to provide over the control means, for example, allows the promotion of only a small amount at a slow processing or, for example, allows the promotion of a larger amount of liquid when the floor nozzle is operated in the suction operation at high negative pressure.
- the control in its basic position the promotion of liquid preventing control means for allowing the delivery of liquid during the operation of the suction may be formed.
- control means for allowing and preventing the delivery of liquid in response to a voltage applied during the work of suction negative pressure is formed.
- the control means is a valve for opening and closing a supply line of the liquid supply device.
- the valve may be a switching valve that can be switched between an open position and a closed position.
- the valve is arranged in a supply line of the liquid supply device connecting a liquid tank and a pump.
- the delivery of liquid can take place in a line section which is still in front of the pump.
- the control means is closed in a line section which is not yet under a pressure generated by the pump. This ensures the effectiveness of closing the valve.
- the valve may have a slide which can be positioned from a position closing the supply line to a position opening the supply line as a function of the position of a control device diaphragm which can be adjusted by means of a vacuum. If a vacuum is applied to the floor nozzle, ie the floor nozzle is in operation, the valve is opened due to the negative pressure. The valve is opened by pulling the slide out of the supply line. If the floor nozzle is not in operation, no negative pressure is generated. If there is no negative pressure on the floor nozzle, then the valve closes and the slide goes into a position in which he closes the supply line. Then a promotion of liquid is prevented.

- control means is integrated in the floor nozzle and connected to detect a negative pressure to a suction channel of the floor nozzle.
- the figures show exemplary details of a hard floor nozzle according to the invention, namely a safety valve arranged on the nozzle.
- a tank On the nozzle, a tank is attached, which can be removed for filling of the nozzle. From this tank a line leads to the safety valve and then on to the pump with the help of which the water is transported to the cloth.
- the safety valve is preferably closed as long as the nipple is not switched on. This means that as long as there is no negative pressure at the nozzle, the valve does not open and releases no liquid.
- the valve is preferably arranged on the suction channel and consists of a silicone membrane and a T-tube. If negative pressure now exists at the nozzle, the diaphragm moves towards the suction channel and releases the line via a plunger.
- the membrane is supported, for example via a protective grid, so that overstretching is prevented.
- the valve works in the following way: By switching on the vacuum cleaner, a negative pressure is generated. As a result, the membrane is pulled down, towards the support grid and thus opens the connection of the inlet and outlet channel. This allows the fluid to flow from the tank to the pump. When the device is switched off, the membrane closes the two channels, no liquid medium can flow.

At the top, the housing box 140 has a closed roof dome 146, in the center of which the valve housing 137 adjoins upward. On the valve housing 137, two valve connection pieces 147a, 147b are integrally formed. The first portion 104a of the supply line 104 can be connected to the valve connecting piece 147a. The second portion 104b of the supply line 104 can be connected to the valve connecting piece 147b.

- the tip of the finger-shaped slider 138 rests in the arch 148 of the valve housing 137 and seals the two valve ports 147a and 147b so that no liquid from the first portion 104a of the conduit 104 into the second portion 104b the supply line 104 can get.
- the slider 138 is integrally formed on a control diaphragm 139.
- Slider 138 and control diaphragm 139 are made of an elastic plastic, in particular of an elastomer, silicone rubber or TPE.
- the control diaphragm 139 is designed substantially circular disc-shaped and takes in its relaxed position in Fig. 7 shown position in which the slider 138 is in a closed position of the valve 136 in which a liquid transfer from the first portion 104a of the supply line 104 is prevented in the second portion 104b of the supply line 104.
- the control diaphragm 139 divides the housing box 140 into a first control central chamber 141 and a second control central chamber 142.
- the first control chamber 141 is in Fig.
- the second control central chamber 142 is in Fig. 7 shown above the control diaphragm 139.
- the second control central chamber 142 is liquid-tight isolated and empty.
- the first control means chamber 141 has an opening 143, via which a connection to the suction channel 21 is provided. If a negative pressure now prevails in the suction channel 21, this negative pressure will continue via the opening 143 into the first control-medium chamber 141.
- the first control center 141 has no other openings, so that the negative pressure can not be lost. Due to the negative pressure in the first control means chamber 141, the control diaphragm 139 is now deflected down to counteract the negative pressure.
- control diaphragm 139 With the deflection of the control diaphragm 139 down the integrally formed on the control diaphragm 139 slide 138 is also moved downward. In a lower position of the slide 138, the connection in the valve housing 137 is exposed and liquid can pass from the first portion 104a of the supply line 104 via the valve connection piece 147a into the second portion 104b of the supply line 104 via the valve connection piece 147b. A transport of liquid from the liquid tank 11 to the wiping means 5 is now possible.
- the control diaphragm 139 In the open position of the slider 138, the control diaphragm 139 is deflected maximum downward. In this deflection, the space of the second control central chamber 142 is extended, without a medium can flow. Consequently, a negative pressure is generated in the second control central chamber 142, which forces a return movement of the control diaphragm 139 as soon as there is no negative pressure in the suction channel 21 or in the first control central chamber 141. Due to the negative pressure in the second control central chamber 142, the control diaphragm 139 is moved upwards into its basic position and the slide 138 integrally formed on the control diaphragm 139 resumes its position closing the supply line 104.
- a grid 144 is inserted in the opening 143.
- the grid 144 has sufficiently large passages, so that the negative pressure from the suction channel 21 can be carried away lossless in the first control means chamber 141.
- the grid 144 is rigidly held in the housing box 140.
- the control diaphragm 139 is deflected maximally downwards until it is present at the top of the grille 144.
- the grid 144 prevents deflection of the control diaphragm 139 beyond its maximum allowable deflection position.

On this basis, the present invention seeks to provide a comparison with the prior art improved arrangement with a dosage of the liquid in response to the operation of the floor nozzle.
This object is achieved by a floor nozzle for hard floors, which has a liquid supply means for a wiper and a control means which is adapted to allow and prevent the delivery of liquid to the wiper. Preferably, the control means is adapted to allow and prevent the delivery of liquid in response to the operation of the floor nozzle. Depending on the operating state, the conveyed liquid quantity to the wiping means can be controlled via the control means. In the simplest embodiment, during the operation of the floor nozzle, a delivery of liquid with maximum amount is permitted and, outside the operation of the floor nozzle, a delivery of liquid is completely prevented. But it is also possible a regulated average amount of liquid to provide over the control means, for example, allows the promotion of only a small amount at a slow processing or, for example, allows the promotion of a larger amount of liquid when the floor nozzle is operated in the suction operation at high negative pressure. For this purpose, the control in its basic position, the promotion of liquid preventing control means for allowing the delivery of liquid during the operation of the suction may be formed.
In an advantageous embodiment, the control means for allowing and preventing the delivery of liquid in response to a voltage applied during the work of suction negative pressure is formed.
The control means is a valve for opening and closing a supply line of the liquid supply device. For a control of the delivery of liquid, which allows either the full promotion or no promotion, the valve may be a switching valve that can be switched between an open position and a closed position.
According to the invention, the valve is arranged in a supply line of the liquid supply device connecting a liquid tank and a pump. As a result, the delivery of liquid can take place in a line section which is still in front of the pump. As a result, the control means is closed in a line section which is not yet under a pressure generated by the pump. This ensures the effectiveness of closing the valve.
The valve may have a slide which can be positioned from a position closing the supply line to a position opening the supply line as a function of the position of a control device diaphragm which can be adjusted by means of a vacuum.
In this case, the valve may have a housing box which is airtightly divided by the control diaphragm into a first control means chamber and a second control means chamber, wherein the first control means chamber connected via an opening to a negative pressure suction port and the second control means chamber to a slider having portion of the supply line is. By forming the control means with a diaphragm, a reliable function can be achieved with simple components. The control agent membrane can automatically due to their elastic properties return to the closed position, so that in a non-operation closing the supply line is ensured in each case.
In an advantageous embodiment, the valve to prevent overstretching of the control diaphragm beyond its maximum strain position on support means by which the control diaphragm is retained in its maximum expansion position. If a very high negative pressure is applied to the floor nozzle, then the control diaphragm is deflected maximally. So that the control diaphragm does not stretch beyond its permissible maximum position, support means are provided which prevent overstretching of the control diaphragm. The support means forms a stop on which the control diaphragm is present in its maximum deflection.
In a simple manner, the support means may be a grid covering the opening of the first control means chamber. Through the openings of the grid it is ensured that furthermore the full vacuum can be present at the control diaphragm and thus the control function is ensured unhindered. On the other hand, provide the web portions of the grid, a support structure which is able to support the control medium membrane almost the entire surface, so that the control medium membrane is tension-free supported in its maximum deflection.
Preferably, the control means is integrated in the floor nozzle and connected to detect a negative pressure to a suction channel of the floor nozzle.
The figures show exemplary details of a hard floor nozzle according to the invention, namely a safety valve arranged on the nozzle. On the nozzle, a tank is attached, which can be removed for filling of the nozzle. From this tank a line leads to the safety valve and then on to the pump with the help of which the water is transported to the cloth. The safety valve is preferably closed as long as the nipple is not switched on. This means that as long as there is no negative pressure at the nozzle, the valve does not open and releases no liquid. The valve is preferably arranged on the suction channel and consists of a silicone membrane and a T-tube. If negative pressure now exists at the nozzle, the diaphragm moves towards the suction channel and releases the line via a plunger. The membrane is supported, for example via a protective grid, so that overstretching is prevented.
In other words, the valve works in the following way: By switching on the vacuum cleaner, a negative pressure is generated. As a result, the membrane is pulled down, towards the support grid and thus opens the connection of the inlet and outlet channel. This allows the fluid to flow from the tank to the pump. When the device is switched off, the membrane closes the two channels, no liquid medium can flow.
The advantages of such a safety valve are the simple inexpensive solution that is not susceptible to dirt.

The floor nozzle is connected via a connection joint 16 with a receiving
The

In the open position of the
In the
