The object of the invention is to improve the gate of such a gate on.
This object is achieved by a single-sheet overhead door with the features of appended claim 1.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention proposes in the aforementioned single-leaf overhead door with oblique second guide rail to provide, in addition to the Torblattgewichtausgleicheinrichtung a biasing device which biases the upper portion of the closed door leaf in the opening direction.
The invention is based on the recognition that the Torblattgewichtichtsgleichgleichseinrichtung, for example, the weight used in the known goal, the weight of the door leaf can no longer compensate when the center of gravity of the door leaf wanders over the point of engagement of the engaging device. In this state occurring near the closed position results in a reversal of the torques acting around the point of application of the lower engagement means of the lower guide means.
The biasing device according to the invention provides at the end of the closing process an additional balancing force to better balance the Torblattgewicht.
This can be very low in the preferred embodiment of the door when the biasing means is arranged to be attacking at the top and thus the lever arm around the point of engagement of the lower engagement means on the guide device is very large.
Since the torque reversal results only close to the closed position, it is sufficient if the pretensioning device exerts a force on the door leaf only in a partial region of the movement path of the door leaf near the closed position. On the remaining area of the trajectory, the door leaf weight balance device delivers the Torblattausgleichkraft and can provide the smoothest possible force curve.
By providing a pretensioning device which acts only close to the closed position, the power requirement of the door can be further smoothed over the path and kept lower overall.
This is advantageous in particular when the door is provided with a door drive. It can be assumed that the door on the market is predominantly equipped, distributed and deployed together with a door drive. The compensatory force provided by the pretensioner has a favorable effect on the force limitation of the drive. This is even so far that can be dispensed with a closing edge switching bar or other security function to protect against entrapment hazards. A force limit in the drive itself is sufficient. Even with a simple force limitation, future strict safety standards can be achieved, so that overall the door with drive can be very easily designed cost.
Furthermore, the door drive requires less power for the opening and closing cycle, which extends the life of the drive.
The biasing means is preferably designed such that the door leaf is biased to tilt, and more preferably to the point of engagement of the lower engagement means in the second guide rail as a fulcrum. Preferably, the biasing device is active only in the last third of the closing movement and / in the first third of an opening movement.
The biasing device can be mounted to save space on the substantially horizontal first guide rails.
Another advantage of the pretensioning device is that the gate does not fall by itself during emergency operation in the last third. An unbalanced door would result in a very high kinetic energy due to the high door leaf weight (up to 200kg) that occurs in practice in the last third of the closing process. This kinetic energy is effectively damped by the biasing device as the gate closes.
The biasing device according to the invention is equipped with a compression spring which is tensioned when closing the door to pressure.
This results in the further closing of the gate, where the center of gravity of the gate continues to move beyond the point of attack and thus is increasingly unbalanced, an increased restoring force. This makes it possible to achieve a very good balance of this imbalance.
For engaging the upper portion of the door leaf, the biasing device according to the invention on an attacking device. This is provided with an engaging element that can engage an attack point at an upper portion of the door leaf. The engaging device itself is movably guided in the direction of opening movement as well as the closing movement direction of the point of application. In particular, it is acted upon by a resilient force in the opening direction.
The engaging element can be formed, for example, by a hook element into which a projection on the door leaf hooks when reaching the partial area in which the pretensioning device becomes active. The projection is preferably formed by an axis of a roller, with which the door leaf is guided in one of the first guide rails.
For supporting on the compression spring, the attacking device further comprises a spring seat according to the invention. In order to accommodate the compression spring in the compressed state between the spring seat and the Torblattrahmen, and yet to ensure an attack of the attacking device on the upper portion of the door leaf, it is further provided that the spring seat is arranged spaced apart to the engaging element in the opening direction.
However, in order to enable accurate guidance and ease of assembly, the biasing means includes a guide means of its own for guiding the movement of the engagement means. This guide device may for example have a rod on which the compression spring is seated and on which the spring seat is displaceably guided.
Furthermore, a limiting device is advantageous which limits the movement of the pretensioning device to the desired subregion. This limiting device may, for example, have a stop for the spring seat.
