Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Presseneinrichtung (1) mit einer Saugpresswalze (5, 26). Dabei kann eine Linienkrafterhöhung in Presseneinrichtungen (1) mit Saugpresswalzen (5, 26) gleicher oder geringerer Größe als konventionelle Saugpresswalzen erzielt werden, indem die Saugpresswalzen mit einem Durchbiegungsausgleich ausgestattet werden. Dieser ist parallel zur Längsachse (L) der Saugpresswalze (5, 26) in dieser angeordnet. Je nach Walzenmantelausführung und Anordnung des Saugkastens (12) sind unterschiedliche Konzepte möglich, wobei die eine erste Ausführung durch die Integration einer Schuhpresswalze (6) in der Saugpresswalze (5) charakterisiert ist. Eine zweite Ausführung ist durch die Kombination einer Führung von Verbindungskanälen zwischen Pressspalt (4) und Saugkasten durch den Walzenmantel (27) mit integriertem Durchbiegungsausgleich im vom Walzenmantel (27) umschlossenen Innenraum (33) charakterisiert.
