Description

The invention relates to a luminaire arrangement having at least one luminaire, at least one partially translucent diffuser element being arranged along at least one side, preferably on opposite sides, of the beam direction of the at least one luminaire, having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

The invention further relates to a privacy screen or a room divider, each comprising at least one light assembly according to the invention.

For example, from the document EP 1 517 082 A2 a decorative light known, which is parallel to a support member arranged outside the same lighting means and a roller blind, which is rolled out parallel to the lighting means shows.

The document US 1,399,564 shows a curtain for lampshades, wherein a plurality of non-interconnected blinds to a polygonal ring which is mounted in the lampshade, are arranged and can be rolled out separately to shield the light of the arranged in the lampshade lamp.

Such roller blinds are by their training on only one side of the lighting fixture in particular unpractical, as when changing the viewpoint of a viewer, a lighting effect or shading is no longer present, the lamp or the roller blind must therefore be rotated or changed in position.

Further, from the document WO 2004/022874 A1 already a luminaire arrangement with the features of the preamble of claim 1 known. The lamp assemblies shown therein have diffuser elements which are arranged on opposite sides of a lamp and connected to each other at their end portions opposite the lamp and integrally formed. The diffuser elements are for this purpose made of a flexible material, for example made of a fabric.

Such a luminaire arrangement can also serve as a privacy screen or as a room divider and on the one hand offer a variety of design options for achieving lighting effects, but above all can be used as a room design element that it makes it possible to create boundaries within rooms or to optically delimit a room to the outside.

Object of the present invention is that of the document WO 2004/022874 A1 To improve known luminaire arrangement to optimally use the light emitted by the lights between the diffuser elements light and at the same time to ensure a desired orientation of the diffuser elements in particular as a privacy screen and / or as a room divider. Improved variability in use is another requirement of the inventive lamp assembly.

This object is solved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiment of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

In order to optimally use the light emitted by the luminaires between the diffuser elements, it is provided in a luminaire arrangement according to the invention that at least one reflector facing the at least one luminaire is arranged between the diffuser elements. This at least one reflector can also serve as a weight for the diffuser elements at the same time and ensures a high luminance in the space between the diffuser elements and for a desired orientation of the diffuser elements when it is used as a weight.

The luminaire arrangement according to the invention is designed such that the diffuser elements arranged on opposite sides of the luminaire are connected or integrally formed at their end regions opposite the luminaire. The structure of this embodiment is particularly useful because easy and inexpensive to produce.

According to the invention, the diffuser elements are made of a flexible material, in particular a fabric or a film. Due to its low weight, this luminaire arrangement according to the invention is extremely versatile and can also be designed to be transportable, so that, for example, booths can be erected therewith.

To achieve creative optical effects, the diffuser elements may have structurings.

It has been found that the visual protection effect of the luminaire arrangement according to the invention is particularly good if the emission angle of the at least one luminaire is narrow-angle, preferably comprises an angle of 6 ° -15 °. This leads to a uniform illumination of the diffuser elements over their surface.

If the at least one luminaire comprises luminous means which are essentially linear or arranged in one or more parallel rows, narrow luminaire arrangements can be realized which, however, are not restricted in their height and length. Suitable light sources for the luminaires include light-emitting diodes, halogen spotlights or fluorescent tubes, with light-emitting diodes and halogen spotlights providing uniform illumination of the diffuser elements over their entire area on account of their narrow emission angle.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the diffuser elements are designed as hanging elements, wherein the diffuser elements can be made displaceable or retractable. In particular, the diffuser elements can be designed as roll-up hanging elements.

In order to achieve a particularly uniform distribution of brightness, it is expedient if arranged on opposite sides of the lamp diffuser elements - seen in the beam direction of the lamp - are arranged converging. As a result, regions of the diffuser elements which are farther from the luminaire come closer and closer to the beam axis of the luminaire and are thus illuminated with higher luminous intensity, which is able to compensate for the increasing distance.

The applications of the luminaire arrangement according to the invention are diverse. However, it is particularly suitable for interior design, by being used as a room divider or partition, and as a privacy by, for example, mounted near a window, a curtain function.

Furthermore, the luminaire arrangement can also be integrated directly into windows and thus also serve as a facade design element with fantastic visual effects in addition to the curtain function. This is made possible by a luminaire arrangement according to the invention, which further comprises a glass pane element with at least two glass panes spaced apart from one another, which define at least one free space between them, with the characterizing features of claim 10.

The glass pane element is provided with at least two spaced-apart glass panes, which define at least one free space between each other. In the at least one free space, a luminaire arrangement is housed, which luminaire arrangement comprises at least one luminaire, along at least one side, preferably on opposite sides, the beam direction of the at least one lamp at least a partially translucent diffuser element is arranged.

The glass pane element is due to its features with at least one light assembly thus the design use of house facades, especially for light installations.

Again, further advantageous embodiments and refinements of the subclaims can be seen.

In particular, the diffuser elements can also be designed as roll-up hanger elements here, which makes possible the particularly flexible use of the luminaire arrangement for the design of individual glass pane elements up to entire house facades.

The invention will now be described by way of non-limiting embodiments with reference to the drawings.

A first exemplary embodiment of a luminaire arrangement 1 known from the prior art is shown in FIG Fig. 1 shown in side view. The luminaire arrangement 1 comprises a plurality of lights 3, which are arranged in a perpendicular out of the plane of the drawing line, so that in the drawing only the front light is visible. The lights 3 are designed as halogen lamps whose beam direction S is directed downward and a relatively narrow beam angle α of 6 ° - 15 °. As an alternative to halogen spotlights, light-emitting diodes (in one or more colors) or fluorescent tubes can also be used. The luminaires 3 are surrounded on opposite sides of their beam direction S by translucent diffuser elements 2a, 2b, which in the present embodiment are joined together in one piece to form a diffuser web 2. The diffuser sheet 2 is made of a flexible material, such as a fabric or foil, which may have textures to achieve certain lighting effects. The diffuser sheet 2 is attached with its ends left and right of the lights 3 and depends on both sides of the lights 3, where it is turned over at the bottom, so that the area surrounded by the diffuser 2 space 4 is closed down. In the present embodiment, the diffuser web 2 depends only on its own weight down, so that there is a down to the envelope tapering course. The luminaires 3 uniformly irradiate the insides of the diffuser web 2 with light which is diffracted, refracted and partly reflected upon impact with the insides, with light rays also being reflected back and forth between the opposing diffuser elements 2a, 2b. Part of the light is transmitted through the translucent areas of the diffuser elements 2a, 2b to the outside. In this way, for an observer looking from outside onto the diffuser elements 2a, 2b, the impression of a bright wall is created, through which the observer can not see through, despite their translucent areas. The dimensions of the light assembly 1 are not restricted. Thus, the height and length of the lamp assembly 1 can each be several meters and, for example, a plurality of lamp assemblies 1 are combined to form an overall arrangement.

In Fig. 2 is a second embodiment of an already known lighting arrangement 1 'shown in side view partially cut. The luminaire assembly 1 'is designed as a retractable into a building ceiling 5 arrangement. It is different from the one in Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment in particular in that the diffuser web 2 is not fixedly suspended, but with its ends attached to two rollers 6a, 6b, which are manually or motor-rotatably, so that the diffuser web 2 can be extended and retracted, wherein in the fully retracted position (in Fig. 2 shown in dashed lines) is preferably flush with the ceiling 5. In this way, a variable room divider can be realized, which virtually disappears when not in use in the ceiling. For better guidance of the diffuser web 2 when rolling in and out idling guide rollers 7a, 7b intended. In a variant of the present embodiment, one end of the diffuser web 2 is fixedly fixed and only the other end is fixed to a roller 6a, so that the unrolling and unrolling takes place.

Fig. 3 shows a side view of another embodiment of a known from the prior art lamp assembly 10. In this lamp assembly 10 surrounding the lamp 3 diffuser elements 8a, 8b are formed as rigid plates, which are slidably guided by the ceiling 5 in rails 11. The panels may be freely suspended, but in the illustrated embodiment they are also guided on the floor 9 in rails 12 so as to form a partition wall. The base 9 is preferably at least partially mirrored in the region of the luminaire arrangement or has a light, in particular white, surface. The plate-shaped diffuser elements 8a, 8b are made of translucent material, which is satined to increase the desired privacy effect or with a pattern, such as a grid pattern, executed printed.

Fig. 4 shows from a luminaire assembly according to the invention, the lower portion of separate diffuser elements 13a, 13b, which are connected via connecting elements 15, such as connecting rods, with a reflector 14. Depending on the weight of the reflector 14, this can also be used to load the diffuser elements 13a, 13b, which is particularly useful if the diffuser elements 13a, 13b are made of flexible materials, such as a fabric.

Fig. 5 shows a lamp assembly with a glass pane element 20, which is formed for example as insulating glass pane. The glass pane element 20 comprises three glass panes 21, 22, 23 which are spaced apart from one another by a frame 24 and define two free spaces 25, 26 between each other. In one of the two spaces, namely the space defined by the glass sheets 22 and 23 space 26 is designed as a roller blind diffuser element 28 is arranged, wherein the diffuser element of a motor-driven roller 29 is unrolled and rolled up. In the other free space 25 designed as a light bar luminaire 3 is arranged, which is aligned so that the beam direction S of the lamp 3 is directed against the diffuser element 28. Since the luminaire 3 has a small distance from the diffuser element 28, the majority of the surface of the diffuser element 28 is irradiated even at a narrow light emission angle α. With the glass pane element 20, it is possible to realize both a privacy screen and to provide an architectural design element, with the impressive Lighting effects can be realized. Advantageously, light-emitting diodes are used as lighting means in the luminaire, it being possible to use LEDs with different colors, with the aid of which color effects can be achieved. Particularly advantageously, the glass pane elements 20 can be used as components in buildings with glass pane facades. Each glass pane element 20 is controlled separately as an image pixel, whereby fantastic pictorial effects can be achieved on the facade.
