Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss für einen Transportbehälter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1The invention relates to a closure for a transport container according to the preamble of claim 1

Closures according to the preamble are also called butterfly or butterfly closures and have long been known, for example by US 3,516,125 , Such closures are often used on transport containers for instruments and equipment that can be stacked in vehicles such as airplanes and trucks. To protect the closures they are designed such that the closing mechanism does not protrude beyond the surface of the transport container at least in the closed state by the use of the shells.

However, it has been found that even in the unlocked state, a protrusion of the locking mechanism over the surface is disadvantageous, for example, means an accident. To eliminate this disadvantage, was at a through US 5,511,834 Become known closure according to the preamble of the main claim limited by a spring to the outside movement of the closure hook by appropriate design measures. However, these disadvantages of the hitherto known butterfly closures could only be insufficiently avoided.

Another, but one-shell closure is from the DE 198 04 582 A1 known.

The closure according to the invention is characterized in that at least one spring is arranged such that the closure hook is pressed in the direction of the bottom of the second shell in a rest position, that the closure hook and the associated parts both in an open position and in a closed position of the spring are pressed into the shell.

So that when unlocking the closure, the closure hook does not have to be pulled outward, according to an advantageous embodiment, at least one further spring is provided whose force effect is aligned so that the closure hook can engage behind the closure edge only with pressure from the outside.

In order not to have to raise this to achieve the closing edge at a displacement of the closure hook, is provided according to a development that in the first shell, a slope is arranged, which guides the closure hook on a displacement in the direction of the closure edge from the rest position to the closure edge ,

This goal can alternatively or additionally also be achieved by providing the closure hook with a bevel which guides the closure hook from the rest position to the closure edge upon a displacement towards the closure edge.

An advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the closure edge is part of an opening of a closure housing. It is preferably provided that the opening is closed by the other spring, which releases the opening on pressure from the outside.

In this embodiment may further be provided that the force of the other spring is greater than the force exerted by the closure hook by the action of the spring on the other spring.

An advantageous embodiment of this embodiment further consists in that the second spring is a leaf spring having an expression in the region of the opening of the closure housing. Thus, in the unlocked or unlocked state, the opening is closed and also when moving the closure hook without further measures, for example, without lifting the locking hook possible.

In the known butterfly closures, the displacement of the locking hook via an eccentric, which is rotatable by means of a wing handle. In order to further reduce protrusion of parts of the closure in the closure according to the invention, according to a further development, a nut serving to displace the closure hook is rotatable by means of a wing handle and pins engaging in recesses of the nut abut are molded substantially at 90 ° bent parts of the wing handle.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, a generic closure is characterized in that the closure hook in the direction of the bottom of the second shell can be pressed into a rest position, and that a lift located below the closure hook cooperates with a survey at the bottom of the second shell, that during rotation of the nut of the locking hook can be raised by the rising during the opening of the closure on the survey lifter from the rest position and lowered accordingly during closing in the rest position.

In a further advantageous embodiment of this embodiment it is provided that the lifter is another with the nut rotatable eccentric. This embodiment can be designed such that the further eccentric has the shape of a spherical cap.

A further advantageous embodiment is that the lifter is arranged on the closure hook. This embodiment can be configured in a particularly simple manner such that the lifter is formed by a fold of the closure hook. Furthermore, it is possible that the closure edge is part of an opening of a closure housing. An advantageous and inexpensive producible further embodiment of the invention is that the survey at the bottom of the second shell is an embossing.

To accommodate the closure serve a first shell 1 and a second shell 2, which can be installed sunk into the two parts of the container to be developed (lid and container), including a respective flange 3, 4 is provided with corresponding holes for riveting or screws , The edges 3, 4 are cranked at 6, 7, 8, 9 to accommodate edge reinforcements of the container and lid.

The shell 1 carries a closure housing 10, in which a leaf spring 11 is located, which an opening 12 in the unlocked state ( FIGS. 2 and 3 ) and therefore provided with a corresponding expression 13A. The closure housing 10 is provided with a slope 10 which lifts the closure hook 14 when closing the transport container.

The closure hook 14 is movably mounted in a guide 15 in the longitudinal direction. For movement or displacement of the closure hook 14 is a nut 21, which acts on a non-illustrated eccentric on the locking hook. By turning on a wing handle 16 of the locking hook 14 can be moved (shortened or extended). The guide 15 is tiltably mounted in a further housing 17, which is mounted on the bottom of the second shell 2, wherein a leaf spring 18 (FIG. Fig. 2 to 4 ), the guide and thus the locking hook in the direction of the bottom of the shell 2 presses.

A wire spring 19 serves as an axis for the tiltable guide 15 and is mounted in slots (not shown) in the housing 17, while the ends of the wire spring are fixed. As a result, when locking the closure, that is, when tightening the closure hook 1 between the two shells 1, 2, a defined force is exerted.

Fig. 2 shows the two parts of the closure away from each other, as occurs in the open transport container. In Fig. 3 the two parts of the transport container are pushed together, so that the closure hook slides over a slope 20 on the closure housing 10. Since the leaf spring 11 exerts a stronger force on the locking hook than the spring 18, a force has to be exerted on the locking hook 14 in the direction of the arrow 25 for closing and locking. This will according to Fig. 4 the closure hook is pressed into the opening 12, whereupon the locking hook 14 is tensioned against the action of the wire spring 19 by turning on the wing handle 16. The movement of the locking hook 14 is effected by a rotatable nut 21 on which eccentrically a pin 22 is arranged, which engages in a corresponding recess of the guide 15.

At the wing handle 16 24 cams are formed in a right angle bent portions, which engage in corresponding recesses in the nut 21. The cams are rectangular and are loaded by a diaphragm spring, not shown, such that the wing handle 16 engages in the drawn flat or in an upwardly pointing position.

Fig. 5 shows parts of a further embodiment in which a tiltable in the direction of the double arrow 30 closure hook 14 'in the closed position engages behind a closure edge 26 which is formed by a arranged on the shell 1 rail 27. As in the first embodiment, a leaf spring 18 is provided, which presses the guide 15 and thus the closure hook 14 'down. Another leaf spring 28 prevents the closing of the closure before 29 pressure is exerted on the guide 15 in the direction of the arrow.

In the Fig. 6 to 9 further advantageous embodiments of the closure according to the invention are shown.

To accommodate the closure serve a first shell 1 'and a second shell 2', which can be installed sunk into the two parts of the container to be closed (lid and container), including a respective flange 3 ', 4' with corresponding holes for riveting or screws is provided. The flanges 3 ', 4' are cranked at 6 ', T, 8', 9 'for adaptation to closing profiles of the container and the lid. The shell 1 ' carries a closure housing 10 'with an opening 12'.

The closure hook 14 '' is movably mounted in a guide 15 'in the longitudinal direction. For movement or displacement of the closure hook 14 "is a nut 21 ', which acts on a non-illustrated eccentric the closure hook 14". By turning on a wing handle 16 ', the closure hook 14''can be moved (shortened or extended). The guide 15 'is tiltably mounted in a further housing 17', which is mounted on the bottom of the second shell 2 ', wherein a leaf spring 18' (FIG. Fig. 7 and 9 ), the guide and thus the locking hook towards the bottom of the shell 2 'presses.

A wire spring 19 'serves as an axis for the tiltable guide 15' and is mounted in slots (not shown) in the housing 17 ', while the ends of the wire spring are fixed. As a result, a defined force is exerted during locking of the closure, ie when tightening the closure hook 14 "between the two shells 1 ', 2' despite existing tolerances.

Fig. 7a shows the two parts of the closure away from each other, as occurs in the open transport container. In Fig. 7b the two parts of the transport container are pushed together with the closure hook 14 "over the opening 12 ', this being effected by a rotation of the nut 21' a dome-shaped eccentric 13 'on a survey 11' at the bottom of the second shell 2 'runs up during this rotation ( Fig. 7b ), the locking hook 14 'is also advanced so far that in the following locking process ( Fig. 7c ) can engage in the opening 12 '.

By a rotation in the opposite sense is according to Fig. 7c the closure hooks 14 "pressed into the opening 12 ', whereupon by further rotation on the wing handle 16' of the closure hooks 14" against the action of the wire spring 19 'is tensioned. This movement of the closure hook 14 "takes place by means of a pin 22 'arranged eccentrically on the rotatable nut 21'.

On the wing handle 16 'are formed in right angles bent portions 23', 24 'cam, which engage in corresponding recesses in the nut 21'. The cams are rectangular and are loaded by a diaphragm spring, not shown, such that the wing handle 16 'engages in the flat or in an upwardly pointing position shown.

The Fig. 8a to 8d3 show parts of the embodiment of the Fig. 6 and 7 in several phases of movement when opening the shutter. The not visible in plan view parts spherical cap 13 ', elevation 11' at the bottom of the second shell and pivot point of the nut 21 'are shown as circles. Fig. 8a shows the zero position with the shutter closed, the locking hook 14 "only slightly protrudes from the guide 15 '.

The Fig. 8b and 8c show different positions during opening. In this case, the closure hook 14 "is extended out of the guide 15 ' Fig. 8d shown position, the locking hook is extended to 95%. In Fig. 8d1 the spherical cap 13 'begins to rise on the elevation 11', whereby the closing hook 14 "begins the upward movement, which exceeds the in Fig. 8d2 shown position to the end position Fig. 8d3 runs. In this position, the lid of the transport container can be lifted. When closing the sequence of movements in reverse order, namely first lower and then close.

The Fig. 9a to 9c For the sake of simplicity, without the wing handle, a second exemplary embodiment is shown in which the lifting of the closure hook 14 '' is effected by means of an upstand 31 'on the closure hook 14''' which, when the closure hook 14 '''is extended out of Guide 15 'with a survey 11''at the bottom of the second shell 2' cooperates.

Fig. 9a shows the closed position, Fig. 9b an intermediate position in which the closure hook 14 '''by turning the in Fig. 9 with the folded edge 31 'touching the elevation 11 ", as the closing hook 14'" continues to extend Fig. 9c In this way, the closure hook 14 "'is lifted, so that the two shells and thus the lid and the transport container can be removed from one another.
