Abstract

Figure imgaf001
The information of a user about the current setting of manually adjustable parameters in a hearing aid (1) should be improved. For this purpose, it is proposed to send an information signal to the user, by means of which he is informed about the achievement of an upper or lower end of the value range for a parameter to be set, so that a further actuation of the respective actuating element (3, 4, 5) for setting of the parameter remains ineffective. The invention is used in particular in conjunction with actuating elements (3, 4, 5) which have no mechanical limit stop at which the user could recognize reaching the upper or lower end of the value range of the parameter to be set.
