In eine rückseitige Ausnehmung (9) des Körpers (3) ist ein Anschlussteil (10) eingesetzt ist, an das ein Spülrohr (12) anschliessbar ist. Das Anschlussteil (10) weist zwei ablängbare Verlängerungsteile (20, 23) auf, die in ein Spülrohrende (12a) bzw. auf ein Leitungsanschlussende (24) schiebbar sind. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klosettschüssel für ein WC, mit einem Körper aus Keramik oder einem ähnlichen Werkstoff, der einen Spülrand aufweist, welcher einen Anschlussstutzen für den Anschluss einer Spülwasserleitung besitzt und der mit einem unteren Ende angeordneten Siphon an eine Entsorgungsleitung anzuschliessen ist.
Klosettschüsseln aus Keramik sind allgemein bekannt. Damit eine solche gespült werden kann, muss sie an eine Spülwasserleitung angeschlossen werden. Diese Spülwasserleitung führt beispielsweise von einem Spülkasten in einen Spülkanal, in welchen das Spülwasser einströmt und diesen durch Öffnungen nach unten verlässt. Weiter muss eine solche Klosettschüssel an eine Entsorgungsleitung angeschlossen werden. Besitzt die Klosettschüssel zudem zur Beschleunigung des Siphonwassers eine Düse im Bereich des Geruchverschlusses, so ist ein weiterer Anschluss an eine entsprechende Leitung erforderlich. Wird eine Klosettschüssel wandhängend beispielsweise an einem Montagegestellt befestigt, so kommt bei der Montage erschwerend hinzu, dass die Rückseite der Klosettschüssel, an welcher die Anschlüsse zu erstellen sind, schlecht zugänglich ist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Klosettschüssel der genannten Art zu schaffen, die eine noch einfachere Montage ermöglicht.
Die Erfindung ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Klosettschüssel dadurch gelöst, dass in einer rückseitigen Ausnehmung des Körpers ein Anschlussteil eingesetzt ist, an dem wenigstens eine Wasserzufuhrleitung anschliessbar ist. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Klosettschüssel ist in den Körper, der in der Regel aus Keramik hergestellt ist, von der Rückseite her ein Anschlussteil eingesetzt, das insbesondere ein Kunststoffteil ist. Dieses Anschlussteil ermöglicht die Herstellung eines standardmässigen Anschlusses für die in sehr vielen und unterschiedlichen Ausführungen angebotenen Klosettschüsseln. Ein solches Anschlussteil ist vorzugsweise gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung an der Rückseite Körpers vorstehend und ermöglicht eine blind steckbare Montage. Die Erfindung ermöglicht somit eine Standardisierung und Vereinfachung der Montage von Klosettschüsseln.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist das Anschlussteil wenigstens ein Verlängerungsteil auf, das ablängbar ist. Dadurch ist eine noch höhere Anpassbarkeit an unterschiedliche Montagesituationen gewährleistet.
Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist das Anschlussteil ein Spülwasseranschlussteil und zudem ein Düsenanschlussteil auf. Diese beiden Teile sind vorzugsweise fest miteinander verbunden. Dies ermöglicht einen einfachen und sicheren sowie schnellen Anschluss an einen Spülstromverteiler, der einen ersten Ausgang für das Spülwasser und einen zweiten Ausgang für das Wasser zur Düse aufweist, mit welcher bei einer Spülung das Sperrwasser des Siphons beschleunigt wird.
Das Anschlussteil ist vorzugsweise am Körper vormontiert, was die Arbeit am Montageort wesentlich erleichtert. Vorzugsweise ist ebenfalls eine flexible Leitung am Anschlussteil vormontiert, welche mit der Düse zu verbinden ist oder mit dieser verbunden ist.
Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Das in Figur 1 gezeigte Wasserklosett 1 besitzt einen Körper 3, der gemäss Fig. 2 mit einer Rückseite 8 an einem Montagegestell 16 befestigt wird. Das Wasserklosett 1 kann alternativ auch direkt an einer Gebäudewand befestigt werden. Der Körper 3 ist insbesondere aus Keramik hergestellt und besitzt einen Spülrand 4 mit einem Spülkanal 4a, der über einen Anschlussstutzen 27 mit einem Spülrohr 12 verbunden ist. Das Spülrohr 12 ist wiederum gemäss Figur 2 mit einem Spülkasten 11 verbunden. Der Spülkasten 11 ist beispielsweise ein Unterputzspülkasten und insbesondere ein Druckspülkasten. Der Körper 3 besitzt in üblicher Weise einen Siphon 5 zur Aufnahme von Sperrwasser 26, das einen Geruchverschluss bildet. Der Siphon 5 ist mittels einer Dichtungsmanschette 14 in üblicher Weise mit einer Entsorgungsleitung 15 verbunden, welche senkrecht oder auch horizontal abgeht.
Das Spülrohr 12 besitzt einen hier lediglich angedeuteten Spülstromverteiler 13, der in einem vorbestimmten Anteil Spülwasser einer koaxialen Leitung 24 zuführt, welche an eine flexible Leitung 7 angeschlossen ist, die mit einer Düse 6 verbunden ist, welche im Bereich des Siphons 5 angeordnet ist. Diese Düse 6 beschleunigt bei einem Spülvorgang in an sich bekannter Weise das Sperrwasser 26 und ermöglicht dadurch eine Spülung mit weniger Wasser als üblich. Ein Teil des Spülwassers gelangt somit zum Spülrand 4 und ein anderer vorbestimmter Teil zur Düse 6. Mit dem Spülwasser aus dem Spülrand 4 wird die Innenseite des Körpers 3 gereinigt und nach dem Spülvorgang der Siphon 5 wieder mit Sperrwasser 26 gefüllt. Das Spülwasser verlässt hierbei den Spülkanal 4 in Richtung des Pfeiles 28, wie dies in Figur 1 angedeutet ist.
Die Leitung 24 verläuft gemäss Figur 1 im vertikalen Bereich innerhalb des Spülrohres 12 und verlässt dieses an einem Durchgang 25, der mit Dichtungsmitteln 29 versehen ist, welche diesen Durchgang 25 nach aussen abdichten. Nach diesem Durchgang 25 verläuft die Leitung 24 in einem Bogen und schliesslich vertikal in einem horizontalen Leitungsanschlussende 24a. Dieses Leitungsanschlussende 24a verläuft parallel zu einem entsprechenden Spülrohrende 12a. Das Ende 12a des Spülrohres 12 besitzt Dichtungsmittel 21, die eine Steckverbindung zu einem Verlängerungsteil 20 ermöglicht. Das Verlängerungsteil 20 ist wie ersichtlich in das Ende 12a eingeschoben
Für den Anschluss der beiden Enden 12a und 24a an dem Körper 3 ist ein Anschlussteil 10 vorgesehen, das in einer rückseitigen Ausnehmung 9 des Körpers 3 in den Anschlussstutzen 27 eingesetzt ist. Das Anschlussteil 10 besitzt einen Spülwasseranschlussteil 17, der mit einer Dichtungsmanschette 18 dicht in den Anschlussstutzen 27 eingesetzt ist. Eingangsseitig ist dieser Spülwasseranschlussteil 17 mit dem Verlängerungsteil 20 verbunden, das mit einer Manschette 19 steckbar und dicht mit dem Spülwasseranschlussteil 17 verbunden ist. Dieses Verlängerungsteil 20 ist am Ende 20a ablängbar. Das Verlängerungsteil 20 ist insbesondere ein Formstück aus Kunststoff. Wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 ersichtlich, ist es von der Rückseite 8 her in das Anschlussteil 10 eingeschoben. Das Verlängerungsteil 20 ist in das Ende 12a eingeschoben, wobei die Dichtung 21 aussenseitig am Verlängerungsteil 20 anliegt. Durch Ablängen des Verlängerungsteils 20 kann der Abstand der Aussenseite 20b des Verlängerungsteils 20 zur Rückseite 8 genau eingestellt werden. Das Verlängerungsteil 20 steht somit über die Rückseite 8 vor.
Das Anschlussteil 10 besitzt zudem einen angeformten Düsenanschlussteil 22, in den ein Verlängerungsteil 23 eingesetzt ist und gegenüber diesem mit einem Dichtungsmittel 30 abgedichtet ist. Am Düsenanschlussteil 22 ist zudem ein Rohrstück oder Stutzen 22a angeformt, an welchem die flexible Leitung 7, welche das Düsenanschlussteil 22 mit der Düse 6 verbindet.
Das Verlängerungsteil 23 ist vorzugsweise ebenfalls ein Formstück aus Kunststoff und an einem inneren Ende 23a ablängbar. Das andere Ende 23b besitzt einen grösseren Innendurchmesser und nimmt ein Dichtungsmittel 30, insbesondere eine Dichtungsmanschette auf. Diese Dichtungsmanschette 30 ist auf das Leitungsanschlussende 24a aufgeschoben. Durch entsprechendes Ablängen des Düsenanschlussteils 22 kann das Dichtungsmittel 30 exakt positioniert werden. Der in Figur 1 gezeigte Abstand D zwischen der Längsachse des Verlängerungsteils 20 und der Längsachse des Verlängerungsteils 23 ist bestimmt und entspricht dem Abstand der beiden Enden 12a und 24a zueinander. Dadurch wird ein standardmässiger Anschluss für das Spülrohr 12 gebildet, der unabhängig ist von üblicherweise hohen Toleranzabweichungen des Körpers 3. Dies ermöglicht eine blinde Montage bzw. eine blinde Anschlussmontage, wie dies aus den nachfolgenden Erläuterungen ersichtlich ist.
Die Figur 4 zeigt ein Anschlussteil 10' nach einer Variante. Es weist ebenfalls einen Spülwasseranschlussteil 17' und einen Düsenanschlussteil 22' und eine Dichtungsmanschette 18' auf. Am Spülwasseranschlussteil 17' ist ein nach unten ragenden Halter 34 angeformt, der eine Durchgangsöffnung 35 besitzt, in welche ein Stutzen 36 des Düsenanschlussteils 22' eingesetzt ist. Das Düsenanschlussteil 22' wird wie oben erläutert an einen weiteren Stutzen 22a' mit der Leitung 7 verbunden und nimmt zudem vorzugsweise ein Verlängerungsteil 23 auf.
Die Montage der Klosettschüssel 2 wird nachfolgend anhand der Figuren 2 und 3 näher erläutert.
Vor dem Anschliessen der Klosettschüssel 2 wird das Montagegestellt 16 in an sich bekannter Weise an einer Gebäudewand 32 und einem Gebäudeboden 33 befestigt. Das Montagegestellt 16 fixiert den Spülkasten 11 mit dem Spühlrohr 12 und die Entsorgungsleitung 15. Das Spülrohr 12 ist am Spülkasten 11 angeschlossen und befindet sich gemäss Figur 3 zwischen dem Spülkasten 11 und der Entsorgungsleitung 15. Die Positionen der beiden Enden 12a und 24a bezüglich der Entsorgungsleitung 15 können durch entsprechendes Verschieben des Spülkastens 11 und der Entsorgungsleitung 15 exakt eingestellt werden. Der Abstand D' zwischen den Zentren der beiden Enden 12a und 24a entspricht dem Abstand D der Figur 1.
Zur Befestigung der Klosettschüssel 2 am Montagegestell 16 weist dieses eine Traverse 16a auf, die höhenverstellbar ist und welche zwei hier lediglich angedeutete Gewindestangen 16b besitzt. Beim Montieren der Klosettschüssel 2 wird diese auf die Gewindestangen 16b aufgesetzt. Gleichzeitig mit dieser Bewegung werden das Verlängerungsteil 20 und das Verlängerungsteil 23 auf das Ende 12a bzw. 24a aufgeschoben. Ebenfalls wird hierbei ein Abgangsstutzen 5a des Siphons 5 in die Anschlussmanschette 14 eingeschoben. Auf vorragende Enden der Gewindestangen 16b werden hier nicht gezeigte Muttern aufgeschraubt und damit die Klosettschüssel 2 am Montagegestellt 16 fixiert.
Falls erforderlich, werden vor der Montage die Verlängerungsteile 20 und 23 so abgelängt, dass sie nach der Montage der Klosettschüssel 2, wie in Figur 1 ersichtlich, die Enden 12a und 24a mit dem Spülwasseranschlussteil 17 bzw. dem Düsenanschlussteil 22 verbinden. Schliesslich wird die Leitung 7 an ihrem vorderen Ende mit der Düse 6 verbunden, welche mit einer entsprechenden und hier nicht gezeigten Öffnung des Siphons 5 angeschlossen wird. Diese Düse 6 kann vormontiert sein. Dies gilt ebenfalls für die Leitung 7, die vorzugsweise flexibel ist. Die Klosettschüssel 2 ist damit betriebsbereit. Bei einem Spülvorgang strömt Spülwasser aus dem Spülkasten 11 oder einer anderen Spülvorrichtung in das Spülrohr 12, in dem das Spülwasser wie oben erwähnt aufgeteilt ist, in einen Teil, der in den Spülkanal 4 fliesst und einen Teil, welcher zur Düse 6 geleitet wird. Vorzugsweise ist der Spülkasten 11 ein Druckspülkasten, in dem das Spülwasser unter Druck steht. Das Spülwasser strömt damit mit erhöhter Geschwindigkeit in den Spülkanal 4 bzw. durch die Düse 6 in das Sperrwasser 26. Damit ist eine Spülung mit weniger Wasser möglich.
Das Anschlussteil 10 mit den Verlängerungsteilen 20 und 23 ist vorzugsweise am Körper 3 vormontiert. Die Verlängerungsteile 20 und 23 besitzen eine maximale Länge und werden gegebenenfalls abgelängt, sodass sich eine geeignete Einstecktief am Spülrohrende 12a bzw. Leitungsanschlussende 24a ergibt. Die Anschlüsse sind somit jeweils gesteckt und erfordern grundsätzlich keine weiteren Anschluss- oder Verbindungsteile. Mit dem Anschlussteil 10' erfolgt die Montage im Wesentlichen gleich.

Claims (10)

  1. Klosettschüssel für ein WC, mit einem Körper (3) aus Keramik oder einem ähnlichen Werkstoff, der einen Spülrand (4) aufweist, welcher einen Anschlussstutzen (27) für den Anschluss einer Spülwasserleitung (12) besitzt und der mit einem an einem unteren Ende angeordneten Siphon (5), an den eine Entsorgungsleitung (15) anzuschliessen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in eine rückseitige Ausnehmung (9) des Körpers (3) ein Anschlussteil (10, 10') eingesetzt ist, an dem wenigstens eine Wasserzufuhrleitung (12) anschliessbar ist.
  2. Klosettschüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlussteil (10, 10') einen mit dem Spülrand (4) zu verbindenden Spülwasseranschlussteil (17) und/oder ein Düsenanschlussteil (22) für den Anschluss einer Düse (6) aufweist, welche im Siphon (5) zur Beschleunigung des Sperrwassers (26) vorgesehen ist.
  3. Klosettschüssel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlussteil (10, 10') ein Formstück aus Kunststoff ist.
  4. Klosettschüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlussteil (10, 10') wenigstens ein Verlängerungsteil (20, 23) aufweist.
  5. Klosettschüssel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsteil (20, 23) ablängbar ist.
  6. Klosettschüssel nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Verlängerungsteile (20, 23) vorgesehen sind, die einen vorbestimmten Abstand (D) zueinander aufweisen.
  7. Klosettschüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spülwasseranschlussteil (17) und der Düsenanschlussteil (22) eine Einheit bilden.
  8. Klosettschüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlussteil (10, 10') mit Dichtungsmitteln (18, 18', 19, 30) versehen ist, mit denen Verbindungen herstellbar sind.
  9. Wasserklosett mit einer Klosettschüssel gemäss Anspruch 1 sowie einer Spülvorrichtung (11), welche an die Klosettschüssel (2) anzuschliessen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülvorrichtung (11) einen Spülstromverteiler (13) aufweist und dass an dieser ein Spülrohr (12) angeschlossen ist.
  10. Wasserklosett nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spülrohr (12) ein Spülrohrende (12a) sowie ein Leitungsanschlussende (24a) aufweist, wobei das Spülrohrende (12a) an einen Spülrand (4) bzw. Spülkanal (4a) und das Leitungsanschlussende (24a) an eine flexible Leitung (7) anzuschliessen sind.
