Description

  • Las présente invention concerne un pantalon de taille réglable, destiné notamment à la pratique du motocyclisme.
  • La morphologie des motocyclistes pouvant varier, il est nécessaire, pour une même taille de pantalon, d'adapter la longueur des jambes à chaque sujet.
  • Il est ainsi possible pour un fabricant de fournir pour une même taille de pantalon plusieurs longueurs de jambes. Toutefois, cette solution n'est pas satisfaisante car elle oblige à un stockage de nombreux modèles, chez le fabricant ou chez les commerçants.
  • En conséquence, de façon courante les commerçants commandent les pantalons en une seule longueur de jambe, un ourlet étant ensuite réalisé par le commerçant ou sous-traité par celui-ci.
  • Les pantalons destinés au motocyclisme sont munis d'une protection au genou sur chaque jambe. Toutefois, la différence de morphologie des motocyclistes ne permet pas de positionner, à priori, pour chaque sujet ces protections de façon appropriée.
  • Les pantalons de motocyclisme sont de plus destinés à être portés en extérieur dans des conditions dans lesquelles le port d'une ceinture à la taille n'est pas souhaitable par l'utilisateur. Il est toutefois souhaitable de pouvoir ajuster le pantalon à la taille.
  • Un pantalon selon le preambule de la revendication est connu de US-A-5 75 010 .
  • Il apparaît donc que les pantalons destinés au motocyclisme connus dans l'état de la technique ne sont pas adaptés à la morphologie des motocyclistes, ce qui implique un manque de confort et ne permet pas aux protections d'être efficaces.
  • Afin de résoudre ce problème technique, le but de la présente invention est de fournir un pantalon de taille réglable, permettant d'adapter sans modification préalable le pantalon à une morphologie et de positionner les protections de façon appropriée pour assurer leur efficacité.
  • A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un pantalon réglable caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte à l'extrémité de chaque jambe une bande d'accrochage d'un premier type ainsi qu'au moins deux bandes d'accrochage d'un second type situées en retrait de l'extrémité de chaque jambe, l'extrémité de chaque jambe étant repliable pour former un ourlet, la bande d'accrochage du premier type venant se fixer sur l'une des bandes d'accrochage du second type, et en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux poches à deux hauteurs différentes sur chaque jambe, chaque poche permettant de loger une protection de genou.
  • Cette disposition permet, sans couture, d'adapter la longueur des jambes à la morphologie du motocycliste et de positionner les protections à la position effective du genou.
  • Avantageusement, les bandes d'accrochages sont positionnées sensiblement parallèlement à l'ouverture d'extrémité de la jambe du pantalon.
  • Suivant une caractéristique avantageuse, les bandes d'accrochage sont situées sur la face intérieure de chaque jambe du pantalon. Ainsi le surplus de tissu de chaque jambe est situé à l'intérieur, ce qui ne nuit nullement à l'esthétique du vêtement.
  • Avantageusement, au moins une poche est située à l'intérieur de la jambe du pantalon.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation, au moins une poche comporte une ouverture refermable.
  • Avantageusement, le pantalon comporte une ceinture comportant à ses deux extrémités deux bandes d'accrochage d'un premier type destinées à s'accrocher respectivement avec deux bandes d'accrochage d'un second type situées au niveau de la taille du pantalon.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation, le pantalon comporte un passant s'étendant sur toute la partie dorsale de la taille, permettant de loger la ceinture.
  • Avantageusement, les bandes d'accrochages d'un premier et d'un second type sont des bandes textiles d'accrochage mâles et femelles respectivement à crochets et à boucles, par exemple du type connu sous la marque Velcro.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant une forme d'exécution de ce pantalon.
    • La figure 1 en est une vue d'ensemble de face.
    • La figure 2 en est une vue partielle en coupe à échelle agrandie selon II-II de figure 1,
    • La figure 3 en est une vue partielle en coupe à échelle agrandie, montrant l'ourlet réglable.
  • Les figures 1, 2 et 3 représentent un pantalon 2 selon l'invention. Ce pantalon 2 comporte deux jambes 3, chaque jambe 3 présentant à son extrémité basse un ourlet réglable 4 comportant :
    • une bande d'accrochage mâle 5 située à l'extrémité de la jambe 3,
    • trois bandes d'accrochage femelles 6 situées en retrait de l'extrémité de la jambe 3,
    ces bandes 5, 6 étant positionnées parallèlement à l'ouverture d'extrémité 7 de la jambe 3.
  • Le fonctionnement de cet ourlet réglable 4 est illustré sur la figure 3. La bande d'accrochage mâle 5 est repliée vers l'intérieur de l'ouverture d'extrémité de la jambe 7, et amenée sur une des bandes d'accrochage femelles 6 sur laquelle elle se fixe.
  • Ainsi la longueur de la jambe 3 est diminuée d'une longueur correspondant à la moitié de la distance initiale, avant repliement, entre la bande d'accrochage mâle 5 et la bande d'accrochage femelle 6 à laquelle la bande d'accrochage mâle 6 est fixée.
  • La présence de trois bandes d'accrochage femelle 6 permet de régler la longueur de la jambe à trois valeurs différentes, sans couture.
  • Les bandes d'accrochage mâle 5 et femelles 6 sont, dans ce mode de réalisation, constitués par des bandes textiles respectivement à crochets et à boucles, par exemple du type connu sous la marque Velcro.
  • Au niveau du genou, chaque jambe 3 comporte deux poches 8, situées à deux hauteurs différentes. Chacune de ces poches comporte une ouverture refermable 9.
  • Chacune de ces poches 8 permet de loger une protection de genou 10, qui peut ainsi être logée à deux hauteurs différentes pour permettre de protéger le genou du motocycliste en s'adaptant à sa morphologie.
  • Chaque jambe 3 comporte de plus une zone renforcée extérieure 12, représentée seulement sur la figure 2.
  • Au niveau de la taille 13, le pantalon 2 comporte une ceinture 14 de longueur inférieure à la circonférence de la taille 13, cette ceinture 14 comprenant à ses deux extrémités 15 des bandes d'accrochage mâles, qui sont destinées à coopérer avec des bandes d'accrochage femelles 16 disposées latéralement au niveau de la taille 13 du pantalon 3.
  • Les bandes d'accrochage mâles de l'extrémité 15 et femelles 16 sont, dans ce mode de réalisation, constitués par des bandes textiles respectivement à crochets et à boucles, par exemple du type connu sous la marque Velcro.
  • La taille 13 du pantalon 2 comporte des passants 17 dans lesquels est logée la ceinture 14, un de ces passants 17 non représenté s'étendant sur toute la partie de la taille 13 destinée à se situer dans le dos du motocycliste.
  • L'invention ne se limite pas à la forme d'exécution décrite, elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes. C'est ainsi notamment que le nombre des bandes femelles d'accrochage 5 de l'ourlet réglable 4 peut varier permettant ainsi de varier le nombre de longueurs de jambe 3 possibles. De la même façon, le nombre de poches 8 de logement des protections 10 de genou peut varier.

Claims (8)

  1. Pantalon (2) réglable comportant à l'extrémité de chaque jambe (3) une bande d'accrochage (5) d'un premier type ainsi qu'au moins deux bandes d'accrochage (6) d'un second type situées en retrait de l'extrémité de chaque jambe (3), l'extrémité de chaque jambe (3) étant repliable pour former un ourlet (4), la bande d'accrochage (5) du premier type venant se fixer sur l'une des bandes d'accrochage (6) du second type, et caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins deux poches (8) à deux hauteurs différentes sur chaque jambe (3), chaque poche (8) permettant de loger une protection de genou (10).
  2. Pantalon (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'accrochages (5, 6) sont positionnées sensiblement parallèlement à l'ouverture d'extrémité (7) de la jambe (3) du pantalon (2).
  3. Pantalon selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'accrochage (5, 6) sont situées sur la face intérieure de chaque jambe (3) du pantalon.
  4. Pantalon (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une poche (8) est située à l'intérieur de la jambe (3) du pantalon (2).
  5. Pantalon (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une poche (8) comporte une ouverture refermable (9).
  6. Pantalon (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une ceinture (14) comportant à ses deux extrémités (15) deux bandes d'accrochage d'un premier type destinées à s'accrocher respectivement avec deux bandes d'accrochage d'un second type (16) situées au niveau de la taille (13) du pantalon (2).
  7. Pantalon (2) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un passant (17) s'étendant sur toute la partie dorsale de la taille (13), permettant de loger la ceinture (14).
  8. Pantalon (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'accrochages d'un premier (5) et d'un second type (6, 16) sont des bandes textiles d'accrochage mâles et femelles respectivement à crochets et à boucles.
