In a diabetic, the feet are particularly at risk. In order to provide them with nutrients and to transmit feelings from there, vessels and nerves in the body have to travel a long way and the further the way, the sooner damage can occur. Due to diabetes, the nerves may be limited in their function, so that eg pain can not be reported to the brain. A small stone in the shoe can thus cause a small injury to the foot, which becomes bigger and more inflamed, so that the "diabetic foot" is created by neuropathy. In addition, the circulation on the feet may be restricted. Is she in the context of atherosclerosis limited, wound healing disorders are the result. As long as the blood circulation is not restored, usually all wound healing efforts will fail.
It is an object of the invention to provide a shoe of the type mentioned, with which the risk of the formation of a diabetic foot is substantially reduced.
The object is achieved by a shoe with the features of claim 1.
The envelope serves to fix the pillows to each other. The cushions themselves cause a pressure reduction for the foot due to their filling, whereby the risk of the formation of a diabetic foot is substantially reduced. In order to provide a relatively high damping effect, the cushions are spaced apart from each other as well as to the side walls and / or the top of the enclosure.
So that a feeling of pressure on the foot is largely minimized, the sheath is preferably filled with a gaseous medium. An inexpensive and safe filling is given for example by air. The combination of different media ensures a relatively high pressure relief of the foot. Smaller items in the shoe, such as small stones, are pushed into the insole or shaft without damaging the foot. When walking, so when rolling the foot, a shift of media takes place, with the media from the maximum loaded areas in the minimally burdened Shift areas. This results in a relieving effect of the foot in the sense of a shock absorber function. As a result, the risk of the formation of a diabetic foot is substantially reduced. Of course, the beneficial effects are not limited exclusively to the diabetic foot, but they also unfold in non-diabetic people with problematic feet.
To achieve a relief effect, especially when walking, the cushion is provided at least on its pointing in the direction of the top of the enclosure top with wave-shaped elevations or nubs.
Conveniently, the envelope for filling with the gaseous medium is provided with a valve. Via the valve, the gas pressure of the medium can be adapted to the weight of the user of the shoe.
Advantageously, immediately adjacent balls or hollow balls made of an elastomer are arranged in at least individual pads. Alternatively, it is expediently arranged in at least individual cushions a hose filled with liquid medium made of an elastomer spiral or in parallel and immediately adjacent queues. These measures increase the pressure relief of the foot.
In order to provide a relatively high running comfort at low pressure load, the liquid medium is preferably a gel. Furthermore, the elastically deformable, solid medium is an elastomer. Both the gel and the elastomer leaves can manufacture virtually any of the required viscosity, with standard products can be used.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the insole is integrated as an integral part in the sole of the shoe. Thus, no additional insole is required in the shoe.
It is understood that the features mentioned above and those yet to be explained can be used not only in the combination indicated, but also in other combinations, without departing from the scope of the present invention.
