Description

The invention relates to a spacer tube for guiding tension rods according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

The formwork panels, which form the outer boundary when casting concrete structures, must on the one hand be at a fixed distance from each other, which determines the thickness of the wall. On the other hand, the formwork panels must withstand the static pressure of the filled liquid concrete mass. For this purpose, it is known to insert tubular spacers or pipes between the formwork panels, which make it possible to pass through the pipe interior and corresponding holes in the formwork panels a tension rod. On the two ends of the tie rod screws are placed, with which the two formwork panels against the spacer tube or on the ends of the spacer tube patch mostly conical end pieces can be pressed. When constructing exposed concrete walls, it is necessary to remove the end pieces that come to rest on the surface of the wall after curing of the concrete. For this purpose, the end pieces are frusto-conical and formed plugged into the cylindrical guide tube. Such an arrangement is in DE 9314656 U1 described. So that no liquid concrete mass penetrate into the interior of the guide tube and there can permanently connect the inserted tension rod with the tube, the insertion of the end pieces must rest both very full on the guide tube and on the formwork. This causes on the one hand probably a good seal against penetrating concrete water and on the other hand, that the end pieces are difficult to liberate after completion of the wall of the latter and the tube with great effort and without causing damage to the end pieces surrounding and later still visible wall surface.

For the creation of concrete walls, which are later provided with a plaster, more spacer tubes are known, the end pieces are part of the guide tubes and remain in the wall. The preparation of such spacer tubes is cheaper, but they can not be used for exposed concrete walls because their end pieces are permanently connected to the guide tube.

From the prior art (German Utility Model 9316924.8 - D1), a tubular shuttering spacer is known.

This consists of a cylindrical tube, in which a conical investment piece is inserted at both ends and held there by suitable locking means in the inserted position. The conical abutment pieces can after the completion of the wall, i. after concreting and hardening, only with great difficulty be removed from the cylindrical tubes remaining in the concrete. It is necessary to overcome the resistance of the hook-shaped rib in addition to the rather intense connection with the concrete.

Furthermore, there is the disadvantage in this known spacer that there is no possibility already during shelling and thereby axial compression of the spacer, break the connection between the conical contact pieces and the cylindrical tube in whole or in part (before concreting).

The invention is an object of the invention to develop a spacer tube for the creation of exposed concrete walls, on the one hand prevents penetration of the liquid concrete mass in the guide rod surrounding gap in the guide tube and on the other hand ensures easy detachment of the end pieces of the wall surface.

This object is achieved by a spacer tube having the features of patent claim 1.
Advantageous developments of the subject invention are defined in the dependent claims.

The one- or two-part design of the spacer tube with the end pieces proves to be advantageous because lower costs incurred in the production, less material (plastic) is required for the production of the spacer tube and the detachment of the end pieces on the finished wall with little or no Effort is possible. By a non-rotationally symmetrical design of the conical surface of the end pieces can be replaced by a rotation with little effort from the end of the guide tube and the wall or break away. An inclination of a predetermined breaking line with respect to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the spacer tube level between the guide tube and the tail causes a helical and thus an axial displacement of the end piece when the latter is set in rotation. As a result, the surface of the tail of the concrete mass and the tail of the pipe dissolves, without having to be asymmetrical. The penetration of liquid concrete mass in the predetermined breaking area, the end pieces and the skin connecting skin is separated. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the end pieces solve when clamping the formwork from the spacer tube without leaking. The end pieces can later be pulled out of the finished wall or detach themselves. With a molded onto the end face of the tail gripping tab, the tail can be subtracted from the guide tube or twisted with respect to the latter and so detached from the guide tube.

Reference numeral 1 designates a spacer tube known from the prior art, comprising a substantially cylindrically shaped guide tube 3 and two end pieces 5 arranged at the front ends of the guide tube 3. The end pieces 5 are in accordance with this known spacer tube 1 FIG. 1 inserted into the guide tube 3. They include for this purpose, in addition to the conical jacket 7, which comes to rest outside the guide tube 3, a cylindrical portion 9. The two end pieces 5 are inserted before insertion between two formwork panels 11 in the guide tube 3. The merging of the end pieces 5 with the guide tube 3 can be done at the manufacturer or on the site. Usually, this assembly work is done on site. The end pieces 5 may initially be fully or partially inserted; However, once a tension rod 12 is inserted into the guide tube 3 and with frontally mounted nuts (in FIG. 1 not shown) the formwork panels 11 pressed against the spacer tube 1 be, slide the cylindrical portions 9 of the end pieces 5 completely in the guide tube 3 a.

In the spacer tubes 1 according to the invention described below, the end pieces 5 are connected to the guide tube 3 by a predetermined or continuous circumferential line. The predetermined breaking lines may have different configurations and will be explained in more detail below by means of examples.

In FIG. 3 comprises the predetermined breaking line in the ends of the guide tube 3 recessed from outside recesses or depressions 15 in the form of holes or slots which are mutually separated by narrow webs 17 in the circumferential direction of each other. The recesses 15 are not continuous, but closed on one side by a membrane-like skin 19 to the interior of the guide tube 3. The skin 19 forms a barrier impermeable to the liquid concrete and has a thickness of, for example, 0.05 to 0.1 millimeter.
In the example according to FIG. 4 the groove 15, which is laterally formed by Anbindekanten 20, in turn, has a skin or membrane-shaped base 19, which prevents the ingress of liquid concrete mass and the end piece 5 with the Guide tube 3 mechanically connects.

A likewise a skin or a membrane comprehensive breaking line 13 is in the FIGS. 7a-7c shown. The recesses 15 are inclined there to the orientation of the circumferential predetermined breaking line 13 and mutually formed little overlapping. FIG. 7b shows the spacer tube 1 and one of its ends 5, when already a force F acts on the end piece 5. The slot-shaped recesses 15 are pressed together and the opposite side walls in the recesses 15 reach into mutual contact. FIG. 7c shows the tail 5 after stripping the wall and after a slight rotation of the end piece 5 with respect to the guide tube 3. By the rotation of the end piece 5, the skin or membrane-shaped areas in the recesses 15 and the intermediate webs are broken and the tail has on the oblique side walls of the recess 15 in the direction of arrow a moves axially ( Fig. 7c ). This axial movement causes a detachment of the conical outer surface 21 of the end piece 5 of the conical concrete surface and thus a detachment of the end piece 5 from the guide tube. 3
In the examples according to the FIGS. 5a, 5b and 6a, 6b, the end pieces 5 are interconnected by peripheral predetermined breaking lines 13. In FIG. 5a is at the thinner end of the conical end piece 5 another cylindrical or preferably slightly conical formed portion or region 23, the end of which is connected by a circumferential skin or a circumferential, very thin-walled portion 25 with the inboard wall 27 of the guide tube 3. The outer diameter of the portion 23 at its end is d 0 and is slightly smaller than the inner diameter d 1 of the guide tube 3. Once a force F acts axially on the end piece 5, that is, when the two formwork panels 11 are brought together by the tie rod or other forces, breaks the web 25 and the portion 23 of the end piece 5 pushes into the guide tube 3 into it. By a slightly conical configuration of the section 23 takes place at the upper end of the section 23 with the front end of the guide tube 3 a secure seal instead, but the end piece 5 does not jammed in the guide tube 3 and can be easily removed after completion of the wall.

The end pieces 5 according to the embodiment in Figure 6a, 6b are similar to those in the FIGS. 5a, 5b , In this embodiment, the end piece 5 or the region 23 adjoining the lower end thereof has a larger diameter d 3 than the outer diameter d 4 of the guide tube 3. The connecting web or connection skin 25 is here connected to the outer wall of the guide tube 3 and the end piece 5 slides under the action of a force F over the Guide tube 3 to a circumferential or partially circumferential stop 29. Due to the slightly conical design of the shell 31 of the region 23 and this end piece 5 can be easily pulled out of the latter after completion of the wall.

In the FIGS. 8 and 9 are additionally sprayed tabs 33 on the outer end sides of the end pieces 5. The tabs 33 can be unilateral, as in FIG. 8 visible, or diagonally opposite in two places ( FIG. 9 ) may be connected to the end piece 5. The tabs 33 lie down when the spacer 1 is inserted into a formwork on the end faces of the end pieces 5 rich. After stripping the tabs 3 can be detected either on one side or on both sides with the fingers or with a screwdriver and at this the end pieces 5 are pulled axially out of the wall or rotated about the axis A. In order to easily grasp the tabs 33 and / or the end pieces 5 after concreting, depressions may be provided on the inside or on the inside of the end pieces, which allow the insertion of a screwdriver or fingernail (not shown).
As an additional relief when removing the end pieces 5 whose end faces may be provided with nail-like tips 41, which penetrate into the surfaces of the shuttering panels. When stripping the end pieces 5 remain completely or partially hang on the formwork panels or contribute to the breaking of the end pieces 5 at.

To further facilitate the detachment of the end pieces 5, the conical surface of the end pieces 5 may have an oval cross section, ie the vertical and the horizontal diameter D 1 and D 2 are of different sizes (see. FIG. 10 ). The difference between the diameters D 1 and D 2 can be within the range of 1 to 2 mm, so that the depression formed on the wall surface after removal of the end pieces 5 continues to appear optically circular.

A further alternative possibility for facilitating the separation of the end pieces 5 from the guide tube 3 are retaining means, for example in the form of a bore 16 or a cam 18 (FIG. FIG. 4 ), formed at which a suitably shaped tool can detect the end piece 5.

The embodiment of the invention according to Figure 5a, 5b can not or only partially produce one piece, ie the guide tube 3 must be divided into two sections, each with an end piece 5, which can be pressure-tightly connected to each other after spraying in the axial direction. In FIG. 11 On the left side, a spacer tube section of length L is shown with the end piece 5, the guide tube section 3 'and for example, a sleeve 42. On the right side of the FIG. 11 the second half of the spacer tube with the guide tube 3 "is again visible to an end piece 5 of length L 1. Sealing beads 43 can be formed on the guide tube, which allow a tight and permanent connection of the two guide tube sections 3 ', 3". A rib mounted in the interior of the guide tube section 3 'prevents the further penetration of the guide tube section 3' and ensures compressive strength Furthermore, cams or threads projecting into the tube interior can also ensure the predetermined length of the spacer tube.
Furthermore, predetermined breaking lines 45 can be formed in the guide tube section 3, which make it possible to shorten the length of the spacer tube section to a length L 2 or L 3. In this way, suitable spacer tubes 1 can be assembled in accordance with the wall to be created later possible, along with the spacer tube sections as they are on the left side of the FIG. 11 are shown, which always have the same length L, spacer tube sections (right side of the FIG. 11 ) with different lengths L 1 to L 3 to inject, without having to be assembled before use.
