Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a lifting device for beds, especially for hospital and nursing beds.
  • Such a lifting device is from the document DE 296 05 577 U1 known.
  • This document discloses in particular in the Figures 5 and 6 a lifting device having a first and a second telescopic leg, the legs each having a fixed lower leg portion and a movable upper leg portion. The legs are connected to each other via a cross member.
  • the lifting device has a rotary drive for the simultaneous length adjustment of the legs of the lifting device.
  • a first and a second traction means are used for this purpose, the traction means are guided by the rotary drive via two guide rollers fixedly mounted in the lower leg part and a deflection roller mounted at the lower end of the lower leg part.
  • the traction means is fastened with both ends to a common fastening point on the upper leg part.
  • the common attachment point of the traction means is moved relative to the upper guide rollers and the lower guide roller.
  • the upper leg part is moved in the lower leg part and the lifting device performs a lifting movement.
  • a disadvantage is that the lifting device described simply has telescopic legs. Only relatively small adjustment heights are achievable.
  • a lifting device with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is further from the document with the
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to propose a lifting device, which is structurally simple, and whose legs can be made without a large additional construction or installation effort also twice telescopically.
  • a lifting device according to claim 1. Accordingly, in a lifting device according to the invention, a first end of the first traction means or the second traction means at the lower end of the upper Leg portion of the second leg or the first leg attached. On the other hand, a second end of the first traction means or of the second traction means is attached at least indirectly to the upper leg part of the first leg or of the second leg. In addition, the first traction means and the second traction means intersect in the region between the first and the second leg.
  • the device according to the invention has two-fold telescopic legs in order to achieve a larger stroke in a compact design. For this purpose, the legs each comprise a middle leg part, which is movable in each case to the lower leg part and the upper leg part.
  • the basic principle of the device according to the invention is that by means of the rotary drive, the first traction means or the second traction means is pulled from the first leg or to the second leg and thereby the upper leg portions of the legs are moved downwards or upwards relative to the lower leg parts ,
  • the device has a first group of deflection rollers and a second group of deflection rollers.
  • the first group of pulleys comprises a deflection pulley, referred to as a third pulley, in the region of the lower end of the middle leg portion of the second leg, and the second group of pulleys comprises a pulley called a third pulley in the region of the lower end of the middle leg portion of the first leg.
  • the individual deflection rollers of the first group can be arranged in the lifting device as follows: At least one first deflection roller is mounted in the region of the lower end of the lower leg part of the first leg. A second pulley of the first group of pulleys may be mounted in the region of the upper end of the lower leg portion of the second leg.
  • the second Group of deflection rollers may comprise at least a first deflection roller in the region of the lower end of the lower leg portion of the second leg, while a second deflection roller may be mounted in the region of the upper end of the lower leg portion of the first leg.
  • the first traction means can then extend from its second end via the at least one first deflection roller of the first group, the rotational drive and the second deflection roller of the first group to the first end of the first cable.
  • the second traction means may be guided from its second end via the at least one first deflection roller of the second group, the rotation drive and the second deflection roller of the second group to the first end of the second traction means.
  • first group of deflection rollers may comprise a fourth deflection roller, which is arranged in the region of the upper end of the middle leg portion of the second leg part.
  • second group of pulleys may comprise a third pulley in the region of the lower end of the middle leg portion of the first leg and advantageously comprise a fourth pulley in the region of the upper end of the middle leg portion of the first leg.
  • the first traction means between the second guide roller of the first group and the second end over the third guide roller and the fourth guide roller can be performed.
  • the second traction means may be guided in such a lifting device between the second guide roller of the first group and its second end on the third guide roller and the fourth guide roller.
  • the legs of the lifting device are adjustable in length with only one traction means such as a rope, a chain or a V-belt.
  • the first traction means and the second traction means of a lifting device according to the invention can be driven via a drive roller of the rotary drive. It is possible that the first and the second traction means are in frictional engagement with the drive roller and the frictional connection is sufficient that the force is transmitted from the drive roller to the traction means-n to the traction means in one or the other To draw direction. Thus an effective frictional Connection is made between the drive roller and the traction means, the traction means preferably loop around the drive roller several times.
  • the traction means can also be fixed to the drive roller, for example by clamping. This can be done for example via a radial bore through the drive roller, through which the traction means are passed. The frictional connection is then improved and the risk of slippage of the traction means on the drive roller is reduced.
  • the drive roller can either be driven directly by a drive shaft, but it is also possible that the drive roller is driven by a drive shaft via a belt.
  • the drive shaft is preferably led out of a transmission which is driven by a motor.
  • a lifting device may comprise a brake, which preferably brakes the movement of the lifting device when retracting the legs or prevents sagging of the moving parts of the lifting device when the rotary drive is at a standstill. If a brake is not provided, in addition to the force applied by the drive for retracting the legs, the force of gravity also acts, as a result of which the retraction movement of the legs can be greatly accelerated. It acts in addition to the gravity of the moving parts of the lifting device, where appropriate, the gravity of the bed frame and a person lying in bed.
  • a brake has the advantage that it acts against the gravity of moving parts of the lifting device, the mattress frame and lying on the bed person and so at a standstill Lifting device prevents sagging of the lifting device by gravity.
  • the brake of a lifting device can have a wrap spring.
  • the wrap is mounted on the drive shaft and at the same time attached at one end to a non-rotating part, that upon extension of the lifting device, the wrap is opened and the drive can rotate freely, while retracting the wrap is closed and the drive and the acting gravity must work against the force of the twisted wrap.

  • the two lifting devices 1 are connected to each other via longitudinal members 54, 55 of which in Fig. 4 only the longitudinal member 54 can be seen.
  • a frame of the nursing bed is mounted, which consists of a right frame member 45, a left frame member 46 and a predominantlyendteil 47 a and a Kopfendteil 47.
  • a support surface is arranged for a mattress, which is formed by the support members 41, 42, 43, 44.
  • a first support part 41 serves to support the hull of a bed occupant and is preferably designed to be height adjustable.
  • the foot-end support parts 43, 44 are also preferably designed to be adjustable and serve to support the thigh or the lower leg of a bed occupant.

Starting from there, it is guided upwards to the fourth deflection roller 16. By the Deflection pulley, the first cable 11 undergoes a reversal of direction down to the third guide roller 15, which is attached to the lower end of the central leg portion 8b. Again, the first cable 11 is deflected by 180 °, so that in the following up to the second guide roller 14 extends. Starting from the second deflection roller 14, the first cable 11 is guided several times around the drive roller 20, from which the first cable is guided via the pressure roller 19 to the inner first deflection roller 13. From the inner first guide roller 13, the first cable then extends horizontally to the outer first guide roller 12, from which the first cable is guided upward, to be attached with its second end 18 to the upper cross member 10.
  • the second cable 21 is arranged substantially in mirror image to the first cable 11, wherein it is guided over the deflection rollers of the second group of deflection rollers 22, 23, 24, 25, 26. Accordingly, the first end 27 of the second cable 21 is fixed to the lower end of the upper leg part 9a. From there it runs up to the fourth guide roller 26, which leaves the second cable 21 down to the third guide roller 25, which again deflects the second cable 21 by 180 °. Then, the second cable 21 is guided to the second guide roller 24. The second cable 21 leaves the second guide roller 24 horizontally to the center of the central cross member 6, to then be repeatedly guided around the drive roller 20. From the drive roller 20, the second cable 21 is then guided to the inner first roller 23 and from there to the outer first roller 22. The outer first guide roller 22 then leaves the second cable 21 upwards so as to be fastened to the upper cross member 10 with its second end 28 analogous to the first cable 11.
  • the pressure roller 19 has the task that the forces acting on the drive shaft 30 via the first cable 11 and the second cable 21 (radial) forces are directed symmetrically against each other, and so cancel. This makes it possible to store the drive shaft only in the transmission 31. In an advantageous embodiment of a lifting device according to the invention this is also implemented. Likewise, it is possible, while omitting the pinch roller 19, to guide the first cable 11 directly from the inner first deflection roller 13 to the drive roller 20. Then, however, it is necessary that the drive shaft 30 is supported not only in the transmission 31 but also with its opposite end.
  • the rope length obtained by shortening the distance between the second end 18 or 28 and the first outer deflection roller 12 or 22 is increased by increasing the distance between the first end 17 or 18 of the cables 11, 21 and the fourth roller 16 and 26 consumed.
  • the cross member 10 is pulled further down.
  • the middle leg parts 8a, 8b dip into the lower leg parts 7a, 7b.
  • the rope length obtained by shortening the distance of the cross member 10 and the outer first rollers 12, 22 is then compensated by increasing the distance between the second deflection rollers 14, 24 and the third deflection rollers 15, 25.
