Claims (21)
- Dispositif (1) de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit, notamment un produit cosmétique, comportant :un mécanisme d'entraínement (2) comportant une première partie (4) et une deuxième partie (10) pouvant tourner par rapport à la première partie (4) pour distribuer le produit,une partie de base (20) dans laquelle est reçue au moins partiellement la deuxième partie (10),des moyens d'anti-rotation (37 ; 45) solidaires de la deuxième partie (10) et coopérant avec la partie de base (20) de manière à permettre au mécanisme d'entraínement de se déplacer axialement par rapport à la partie de base tout en permettant à la deuxième partie (10) d'être sensiblement fixe en rotation par rapport à la partie de base (20), etun organe élastiquement déformable (30) exerçant une action de rappel contre l'enfoncement du mécanisme d'entraínement (2) dans la partie de base (20), caractérisé par le fait que l'une des première et deuxième parties comporte un élément (14) axialement fixe relativement à l'autre des première et deuxième parties (4, 10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'anti-rotation comportent une pièce (32) fixée sur la deuxième partie (10) et comportant une portion ayant une section transversale non symétrique de révolution, par exemple polygonale ou ovale ou comportant au moins un ergot ou une nervure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe élastiquement déformable (30) est fixé à la pièce (32) des moyens d'anti-rotation, étant notamment réalisé d'une seule pièce avec ladite pièce (32).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe élastiquement déformable (30) est libre par rapport à la partie de base (20) et à la deuxième partie (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe élastiquement déformable (30) est fixé à la partie de base (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'anti-rotation sont réalisés avec la deuxième partie (10), notamment sous la forme d'une portion ayant une section transversale non symétrique de révolution, par exemple polygonale ou ovale ou comportant au moins un ergot ou une nervure (45).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe élastiquement déformable (30) comporte une mousse.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe élastiquement déformable (30) comporte un ressort ou au moins un pont de matière (83) élastiquement déformable reliant une partie centrale (84) assujettie à la deuxième partie (14) et une partie périphérique (85) solidaire de la partie de base.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une butée (55) apte à limiter l'enfoncement du mécanisme d'entraínement (2) dans la partie de base (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la butée (55) est mobile.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un organe de réglage (50) de la déformation de l'organe élastiquement déformable (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'un de l'organe de réglage (50) et de la partie de base (20) comporte un filetage, notamment au moins une rampe, apte à coopérer avec un relief correspondant de l'autre de l'organe de réglage et de la partie de base (20).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 et 10 et l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la butée (55) est assujettie à l'organe de réglage (50), étant notamment réalisée d'une seule pièce avec l'organe de réglage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de base (20) comporte au moins une rainure (38), et les moyens d'anti-rotation au moins un relief correspondant tel qu'un ergot ou une nervure (45) configuré(e) pour pouvoir coulisser dans cette rainure.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la partie de base (20) comporte un manchon intérieur (22) et par le fait que la rainure (38) est constituée par une fente du manchon (22).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le mécanisme d'entraínement (2) comporte une cupule (12) supportant le produit sous forme de stick, la cupule (12) étant apte à être déplacée axialement lorsque la première partie (4) tourne par rapport à la deuxième partie (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la cupule (12) comporte au moins un ergot (17) engagé de manière coulissante dans une fente (16) d'une paroi tubulaire (13) de la deuxième partie (10), cet ergot présentant une extrémité dépassant de la fente (16) et engagée dans une rainure hélicoïdale (7) solidaire de la première partie (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé par le fait que la cupule (12) est solidaire d'une tige filetée (60) coopérant avec une paroi tubulaire (65) de la deuxième partie (10), la cupule étant configurée pour pouvoir coulisser sans tourner dans la première partie (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que le produit est liquide et par le fait que le dispositif comporte un piston (71) solidaire d'une tige filetée (60) coopérant avec une paroi tubulaire (65) de la deuxième partie, le piston étant configuré pour pouvoir coulisser de manière étanche à l'intérieur de la première partie, afin de distribuer le produit liquide.
- Dispositif selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la première partie comporte à une extrémité un embout d'application (72), notamment un embout floqué.
- Pièce (32) permettant le montage sur une partie de base (20) d'un mécanisme d'entraínement (2) comportant une première partie (4) et une deuxième partie (10) pouvant tourner par rapport à la première pour distribuer un produit, cette pièce (32) comportant une portion (33) agencée pour permettre la fixation sur la deuxième partie (10) et des moyens d'anti-rotation destinés à coopérer avec la partie de base de telle manière que le mécanisme puisse se déplacer axialement par rapport à la partie de base tout en permettant à la deuxième partie (10) d'être sensiblement fixe en rotation par rapport à la partie de base.
