Claims (10)
- Séparateur pour la séparation d'un flux de produit dans un distributeur (10) destiné au chargement d'une machine de fabrication de boudins de cigarettes, le séparateur (13) étant conçu sous forme de séparateur zigzag orienté dans une direction sensiblement verticale et présentant une chambre de séparation (18), divisée et formant une section de séparation (23), qui comporte au moins une entrée (16) pour le flux de produit à séparer à l'intérieur de la section de séparation (23), caractérisé en ce que la chambre de séparation (18) est divisée en compartiments (25) par des cloisons (26), chaque cloison (26) étant percée et des chicanes (27, 28), formant respectivement une cloison ouverte (26), s'étendant à partir de la paroi avant (19) et de la paroi arrière (20) du séparateur (13), les chicanes (27, 28) de chaque cloison (26) ouverte étant situées respectivement dans le même plan et espacées les unes des autres.
- Séparateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de séparation (18) présente plusieurs, de préférence, sept compartiments (25) séparés les uns des autres.
- Séparateur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque compartiment (25) s'étend à partir d'une zone de fond (29) inférieure dans une direction sensiblement verticale jusqu'à une zone de sortie (30) supérieure du flux de produit hors de la chambre de séparation (18).
- Séparateur selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque compartiment (25) dispose de sa propre entrée (16) dans la région d'une paroi avant (19) du séparateur (13).
- Séparateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cloisons (26) s'étendent dans la zone de sortie (30) jusque dans la zone d'une section de transport (14) située en aval du séparateur (13) dans la direction de transport du flux de produit.
- Séparateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les cloisons (26) s'étendent dans la zone de chaque entrée (16) jusque dans la zone d'un convoyeur (12) ou d'un rouleau d'individualisation (17).
- Séparateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les chicanes (27, 28) s'étendent sur la paroi avant (19) et sur la paroi arrière (20) depuis la zone de fond (29) sans interruption jusqu'à la zone de sortie (30).
- Séparateur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les chicanes (27, 28) sont interrompues au moins partiellement sur la paroi avant (19) et la paroi arrière (20), depuis la zone de fond (29) jusqu'à la zone de sortie (30), dans la région de points angulaires (31) de la paroi avant (19) ou de la paroi arrière (20).
- Séparateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de séparation (18) est visible de l'extérieur.
- Séparateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins les parois latérales (21, 22) de la chambre de séparation (18) sont de conception au moins partiellement transparente.
