Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat scraper according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- a scraper of this type is the "CERA Quick" Patent seeker became known.
- the receiving part and the protective part exist made of V-2-A sheet and are bowl-shaped.
- On the recording part is the scraper blade by means of two corresponding openings on holding projections held and completely from the protective part in protective position covered, however released their cutting edge area in the working position.
- the coupling element consists of a special turned part Screw with coin slot that goes through an elongated hole in the protective part an internally threaded bore of the receiving part engages. Across The longitudinal symmetry axis of the elongated hole is on the outside of the protective part facing the bottom of the screw head, two opposite Lugs arranged as a catch.
- Protective part can be moved relative to the receiving part within the length of the elongated hole. On their area facing away from the doctor blade, this forms Receiving part and the protective part a common handle part.
- the screw head of the coupling element In protective position the screw head of the coupling element is in the lower area of the elongated hole and is from the two locking nipples located above an undesirable shift of the operating position due to elastic jamming prevented.
- This elastic jamming is caused by more or less deep screwing of the coin screw into the screw hole in the receiving part determines what the receiving part and the protective part in the area the longitudinal slot and the screw are braced against each other elastically.
- US Pat. No. 6,334,254 B1 is another non-generic flat scraper became known, in which the relative movement of the receiving part the protective part is accomplished by a knurled wheel, which is on the side below of the receiving part on a side surface of the handle area with a Circumferential gearing emerges, for example from the thumb of the operating hand to move the protective part into its protective position or in its operating position can be rotated within a limited angle can. Latches under the effect of elasticity for the clear Locking and fixing the protective part in relation to the receiving part in the operating position and the protective position are missing and are only by the End stops of the actuating wheel determined.
- this flat scraper has the disadvantage that the scraper in Operating position due to the doctor blade transferring to the protective part Frictional forces undesirably towards its protective position can be moved. Another disadvantage is the large number of individual parts.
- DE 200 21 790 U1 is another flat scraper of a different type become known in which the protective part between three positions is movable, namely one with complete covering of the blade, one second with only the cutting edge of the blade and a third that allows the protective part to be pivoted away from the handle when changing the blade to be able to change the blade.
- the rest consists of two wedge elements acting on the long sides of the protective part in the recording part.
- This scraper also has the disadvantage of a multitude complicated individual elements connected that fit perfectly must be put together. Because of the third position between the receiving part and protective part can result in incorrect operation.
- the invention is based on the object, if possible only of two To create parts of existing flat scrapers of the type mentioned at the outset, which always has approximately the same locking forces in the operating position and protective position guaranteed.
- the bias is now of the two parts no longer by screwing them in more or less deeply a slotted or coin screw, but only by the Material selection of the materials, the shape and by the preload their cohesion due to their elasticity.
- the receiving part has one towards the protective part on its receiving surface curved projection, extending in the scraper adjustment direction on, as a counter-locking projection at least one long side of a engages in the keyhole-like opening in the protective part.
- the receiving part merged with the protective part in that the latter with a widened keyhole opening on the arch-shaped notch set and then moved to the handle end of the handle becomes. As a result, the locking projection engages with the counter-locking projection.
- the locking projection with two transverse to the scraper adjustment direction is advantageous extending latching processes provided, both Long sides of the keyhole-like opening of the protective part resilient overlap and at the same time form the coupling element.
- the screw connection means required in the prior art for coupling, the toothed adjusting wheels or the like can be dispensed with.
- a clear position around the protective part compared to the receiving part are to be given on the long sides the keyhole-like opening on the outside with two in pairs opposite locking lugs provided, of which that of the doctor blade facing pair of locking lugs the locking extensions in the operating position and that the locking part facing the handle part the locking projections in the protective position the doctor blade reaches behind.
- the protective part and / or the receiving part each with Provide recessed grip for the thumb or finger of the operating hand.
- the receiving part at two opposite edge areas of a widened recording area provided with two hook elements for the scraper blade as a locking projection, which the facing edge areas of the almost congruently trained Grip the protective part like a flange and at least every hook element a locking lug as a counter-locking projection on the outside of the Protective part is assigned.
- this embodiment is thus opposite the first the position of the locking projection and the counter-locking projection from Center area of the two parts relocated to their edge area, creating a particularly flat design of the flat scraper can be ensured.
- Each hook element is advantageous at its free end with a recess provided, which the locking lugs in the respectively predetermined from the inside Grips position and thus locks the protective part to the receiving part. This also makes two clear positions of the protective part to the receiving part ensured.
- each hook element is on the inside with a dome-like Provide a return to engage in a locking lug.
- This Latches engage in the dome-like recesses in a protective position of the hook elements, whereas in the operating position at the bottom Fit the edge of the hook elements in a locking manner. Doing so with only one Locking nipple for one hook element each two clear positions of the protective part guaranteed to the receiving part.
- the receiving part on its grip part on both opposite edge areas with each a cross-sectionally U-shaped guide rail into which the strip-shaped side areas of the protective part clamping or not clamping intervene and are guided in it.
- the receiving part and that Protective part holding together under a specific material elasticity Preloading by the U-shaped guide rails and those encompassed by them strip-shaped side areas of the protective part are formed. Further is a relative movement from the protective part to the receiving part in only one, namely in the direction of the longitudinal axis of symmetry in both directions guaranteed, however prevented in any other direction.
- hook elements either form or in conjunction with the The guide rails described above, the resilient coupling element.
- Other coupling elements such as in the prior art in the form of screws or toothed adjustment wheels, are also omitted in this embodiment.
- An always secure clamping of the doctor blade is both the receiving part as well as the protective part with oval, in the scraper adjustment direction Provide troughs and shaped ribs.
- the receiving part is on the outer edges its extended receiving area for the doctor blade with one Raised edge, which is the edge of the area extended protective part towers. This will help the penetration of scraped off Particles in the interior between the receiving part and the Protective part prevented and thus possible impairment of the clamping function the locking projections and the counter-locking projections prevented.
- both embodiments are on the receiving surface of the receiving part in a conventional manner, two mounting projections Arresting the doctor blade arranged. These mounting tabs grip in parallel to the scraper adjustment direction, U-shaped in cross section Gutters so that loosening of the doctor blade is reliably prevented.
- both embodiments is at the handle end of the receiving part and the protective part each have an opening provided in Protective position form a congruent hanging opening for the flat scraper.
