Definitions
- the present invention relates to a storage case for rubbish bins and / or other objects, with a floor rotatable about a vertical central axis, with one that surrounds the floor and extends upwards round or polygonal peripheral wall, in the least a sliding door adjustable in the circumferential direction is provided and with a top roof.
- a storage case of the type mentioned is known from DE 92 06 575 U1. It is more precisely this well-known storage case around a container with a number of identical or different containers for Disposal of waste and / or recycling products or substances of various types, in particular waste oil, solvents, Antifreeze, brake fluid, pasty Fabrics and the like. It is also provided here that the various containers circular on the rotatable Bottom are arranged, with an additional one in the middle arranged container may also be present.
- the Access to the container allows a sliding door that is radial is displaceable outside the remaining peripheral wall and whose height is slightly less than the height of the peripheral wall.
- the housing is on the top with one in itself one-piece, one-piece roof completed. Underside is below the rotatable in this storage case Floor a drip pan is provided, which is a collecting room for any escaping from a container Liquid forms.
- Another storage case is from DE 296 12 796 U1 known.
- This storage case is also a rotatable bottom provided, which is surrounded by a peripheral wall and is covered by a top roof.
- a top roof As Access to the inside of the case is one to the outside outward opening door is provided, which is relative extends small peripheral region of the peripheral wall.
- a basic roof in the form of a flat one Washer provided, over which then a second roof is attached, which is designed according to optical aspects should be.
- the roof has a shape conical shape or pyramid shape adapted to the peripheral wall or dome shape and that the door additionally one includes sector-shaped part of the roof.
- the storage case according to the invention is advantageous when opening the sliding door by moving in Circumferential direction of the peripheral wall is not only part of the Peripheral wall but at the same time always part of the Roof open. This creates a large access opening, because their height no longer corresponds to the Height of the peripheral wall is limited, but also extends over the roof.
- the peripheral wall itself must therefore only have a height that is about the height of the highest waste container to be accommodated in the storage case or other object. Unfolding a garbage container lid will in any case through the roof area that is open when the sliding door is open made possible through upwards; with a sufficiently high peripheral wall can also open the bin lid if necessary be made possible below the roof.
- the sliding door is radial runs inside of the remaining peripheral wall. hereby there is a risk of injury from a radial outside occur from the remaining peripheral wall sliding door could be avoided.
- Is advantageous for opening the door does not take up space outside the housing. This is a planting of the soil around the Storage case around to the immediate circumferential wall possible without the planting at Opening and closing the door can be damaged.
- HOT STUFF This ensures that with every shift the sliding door the correct positioning of the Garbage container checked inside the storage case will, because if not set up correctly Collide the sliding door with the relevant waste container would. This will make the user of the storage case brought to the notice without special effort that possibly a waste bin in its position within the Storage case must be corrected.
- the sliding door over a circumferential angle of Housing extends between about 90 ° and 180 °.
- the storage case be a load-bearing one Foundations, with which a central support column is connected that runs up to the roof.
- the door above radially inside via a pivot bearing on the support column and distributed radially outside over several in the circumferential direction arranged idlers on the foundation rotatable is stored and managed. This is an exact and reliable and resilient mounting and guidance of the Movable door of the storage case ensures.
- the sliding door is in one piece executed.
- the door according to the invention can also be carried out with two door halves. Depending on your needs it is then sufficient to close only one of the two door halves move when smaller pieces of garbage into one of the garbage bins should be thrown in. Both door halves must then e.g. can only be opened when a bin moved out of the housing or into the housing shall be.
- the invention suggests before that the door halves via a synchronous gear for one opposing adjustment are coupled together.
- a user can use the storage case which move one half of the door, whereby then the other at the same time via the synchronized gear Half of the door is adjusted in opposite directions. This will particularly easy operation achieved.
- the door can be locked or locked is.
- This power drive can for example by (each) an electric motor or another suitable drive his.
- the actuation of the power drive is then preferably carried out by means of a manually operated switch, preferably a key switch, or via a Foot operated switch.
- the bottom on one or more upward facing ones Walls to divide the floor area into several stands having. This also ensures that a Garbage container or other object once made Maintains position within the surface of the floor, even if there is some vibration when the floor is turned and thereby caused own movement of the Rubbish bins or other items in the storage case are accommodated occurs.
- a Overturning of the garbage can at a correspondingly high height of the walls safely avoided.
- the walls be at least partially adjustable to a Pulling or rolling a waste container out of the Storage case to allow without the garbage can must be raised over a partition.
- the invention further proposes that with the foundation rails for those on the floor and / or connected to the door provided rollers are.
- the foundation is a reinforced concrete casting and that the running rails through one or more cast into the foundation or screwed to this on the top, after protruding ring-shaped flat, angular or U-profiles are formed.
- the profiles made of steel because of this material on the one hand sufficiently stable and stable and, on the other hand, inexpensive is. Due to the foundation of reinforced concrete here reached a high weight, what a particularly good Stability of the housing ensures.
- the Foundation forming metal profile arrangement in the form of spoke-like through which the running rails forming annular profiles connected radial profiles or in the form of first intersecting like a lattice and second profiles or in the form of a grating is.
- the supporting foundation with at least one Potting opening is executed, after installation of the storage case through the potting opening can be filled with a potting compound.
- the casting compound can be liquid concrete, for example, which is used when necessary to ensure a safe installation of the storage case and its foundation guarantee.
- Foundation of the container around a later removable Ring formwork can be arranged to be an undesirable To prevent the casting compound from flowing away. If a prepared one, flat and stable installation area is present, the storage case with its foundation even without underfilling with a potting compound become.
- the idlers on the door with a recessed Tread are running and that the idlers on the floor are designed as cylindrical rollers.
- the idlers on the door thus ensure that the lower one is guided Part of the door not only in the vertical direction but also in the radial direction, causing a collision of the sliding door with the remaining peripheral wall when moving the door is definitely excluded.
- the idlers on the floor can be designed as simple cylindrical rollers, because the floor is already on the center with its central pivot bearing central support column is guided exactly in the radial direction.
- the supporting rollers of the floor only have to be vertical Transfer the load.
- the invention further proposes that radially outside of the radially outer one, which carries the door rollers Running track connected to the foundation, rotating Protection and lift-off protection profile is provided.
- this profile ensures that an operator not with your feet or hands in the outside Movement range of the idlers provided on the door can get; this avoids the risk of accidents.
- the profile ensures that the idlers do not lift the door off the associated tracks can, ensuring reliable operation of the sliding door is guaranteed.
- a ventilation opening through a gap space between the peripheral wall and the door and / or through a gap between the peripheral wall and the door on the one hand and the floor on the other hand and / or by one Passage formed in or near the center of the roof is.
- every version of the ventilation opening is for this concerned that fresh air inside the storage case can get and that at the same time air can escape from the inside of the storage case, without precipitation, especially rain, inside of the storage case.
- this part of the roof not occupied by the door in his Center is attached to the support column and that the upper End of the support column with its own, from the rest of the roof spaced upwards, smaller in outer diameter Cover is covered.
- the support column is covered at its upper end, which for both technical and visual reasons is advantageous.
- the diameter of the cover is included kept so small that the cover is not up to the door opening is enough.
- the cover underneath one that can be inserted into the support column and in it has fixable plug-in connector.
