Abstract

Eine Reckmaschine (21) zum Herstellen von diskontinuierlich gerecktem Draht (31) umfasst ein Rollenrichtwerk (22), eine erste Rollenvorschubeinheit (23), eine erste Klemmvorrichtung (24), welche auf einem hydraulischen Linearverstärker (25) verfahrbar ist, und eine zweite Klemmvorrichtung (28), an welcher eine Schneidvorrichtung (29) angegliedert ist. Ein eingeschobener, zu reckender Walzdraht (31) wird von dem Rollenrichtwerk (22) vorgerichtet und durch die erste Rollenvorschubeinheit (23) bis zur zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (28) vorgeschoben. Anschliessend wird der Draht (31) von den beiden Klemmvorrichtungen (24 und 28) gehalten, wobei die erste Klemmvorrichtung (24) gegen die Einschubrichtung um einen Reckgrad verfahren wird und den Walzdraht entsprechend kaltverformt. Mit der Vorrichtung wird ein günstiges Streckgrenzverhältnis erreicht, wobei die Dehneigenschaften erhalten bleiben. Mit einem Sensor werden die Endwerte z. B. der Stahlspannung erfasst, abgespeichert und für die weitere Produktion der gereckten Drähte verwendet.

A stretching machine (21) for producing discontinuously stretched wire (31) comprises a roller straightener (22), a first roller feed unit (23), a first clamping device (24) which can be moved on a hydraulic linear amplifier (25), and a second clamping device (28), to which a cutting device (29) is attached. An inserted, to be stretched wire rod (31) is prepared by the roller straightener (22) and advanced through the first roller feed unit (23) to the second clamping device (28). The wire (31) is then held by the two clamping devices (24 and 28), the first clamping device (24) being moved against the direction of insertion by a degree of stretching and cold-deforming the wire rod accordingly. A favorable yield strength ratio is achieved with the device, the stretching properties being retained. With a sensor the final values are z. B. the steel tension is recorded, stored and used for the further production of the stretched wires.
