Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of
Such an arrangement is apparent from US Pat. No. 5,558,539.
Shielded electrical cables are used where there is interference-free signal transmission is required. They are used, for example, on electronic devices such as oscillographs, measuring devices or control units. The shield of such a line may be at the point of introduction of the The line in the corresponding device must not be interrupted. This also applies if at the end part of a connector is attached to the line, which can be inserted into a device or with a complementary part of the connector is to be plugged together. Even in the area of one shielding of this type must be retained.
In the arrangement known from DE 32 42 073 C2, a shielded line is in one metallic housing of an electrical device introduced. The braid of the The line lies on the outside on a contact element designed as a tube. Is over the screen arranged a same crimp sleeve defining the tube. The line end is embedded moisture-proof in a protective body made of insulating material produced by spraying. The pipe protruding through the wall of the housing has a threaded connector. It is in Installation position inside the housing by a nut screwed onto the threaded connector established. The insulated conductors of the line then protrude through the pipe into the housing.
In the known arrangement according to
The aforementioned US Pat. No. 5,558,539 describes an arrangement for connecting a Connector to a shielded electrical cable, the shield of which is a braid made of metallic Wires is. The arrangement has a tubular, metallic contact element on the outer one Surface of the shield of the cable rests all around and through which the cable is passed is. The connector is arranged in a metallic housing. The contact element is out protruding pipe socket formed, at the end lying in the housing one radially outwardly extending extension is attached, which abuts the wall. The screen lies on the outside of the pipe socket. It is designed as a cable clamp Fastener set on the pipe socket.
The invention has for its object to design the arrangement described above so that it is permanent with a simple structure and fully effective shielding.
This object is achieved in accordance with the characterizing features of
The crimp sleeve can extend over the jacket of the appropriate length Line. But it is also possible to apply a shrink tube, which rests on a shorter ferrule and on the jacket of the line.
Embodiments of the subject of the invention are in the drawings shown.
isolierten elektrischen Leiter (Ader) aufweist.
In Fig. 1, a
Anordnung erforderlichen Teile der Leitung 2 dargestellt sind:The connection of the
Rohrstutzen 6 ausgebildetes Kontaktelement verwendet. Der Rohrstutzen 6 besteht
beispielsweise aus Stahl bzw. Edelstahl.
To insert the
Der Rohrstutzen 6 ragt aus dem Gehäuse 5 heraus. An seiner äußeren
The
wegrutschen kann.2, the
As an alternative to the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a short one according to FIG. 4 can also be used
The arrangement according to the invention is produced, for example, as follows:
The
