Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen sogenannten Zentrierspanner für die zentrierte Festlegung eines zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a so-called centering for the centered determination of a workpiece to be machined according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zentrierspanner, die auch als Unterflurspanner bezeichnet werden, sind hinlänglich bekannt und in Benutzung, so daß es diesbezüglich an sich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen Nachweises bedarf. Verwiesen sei hierzu aber bspw. auf DE-A-297 13 607 U1, in der ein solcher Zentrierspanner in Fig.1 einschließlich eines Zentrierdornes als Ausführungsbeispiel zu einem besonders gestaltete Kolbenantrieb dargestellt ist.
Sowohl die sogenannte Adapterplatte als auch der darauf sitzende Zentrierdorn haben einen entsprechend angepaßten Durchgriffs - bzw. Eingriffschlitz für den Spannhaken, dessen Aufund Abbewegung von einer Querbewegung überlagert ist, die einen entsprechend langen und offenen Schlitz in der Adapterplatte verlangt. Beim sich im Zentrierdorn erstreckende Eingriffsschlitzteil handelt es sich um eine nach hinten und vorn offene Schlitzung, deren Orientierung der des Schlitzteiles in der Adapterplatte entspricht. Erforderlich sind derartige Zentrierspanner für an Werkstücken vorzunehmende Bearbeitungen, die voraussetzen, daß das Werkstück eine zentrierende Festlegung hat, wofür solche Werkstücke (bspw. in bestimmter Lage durch Verschweißung zu verbindende Bleche) mit einer Lochung versehen werden, um damit passend auf den Zentrierdorn aufgesteckt werden zu können. Der in Spannstellung gebrachte Spannhaken sorgt dabei für die Festlegung des bzw. der Werkstücke gegen die Adapterplatte.
Diese Funktion wird von den bisher üblichen Zentrierspannern der eingangs genannten Art ohne weiteres erfüllt. Nachteilig ist dabei, daß insbsondere bei Schweißbearbeitungen, die in der Mehrzahl der Fälle vorzunehmen sind, Schweißspritzer in die offenen Schlitze gelangen und die Bewegungsfunktion des Spannhakens und gegf. auch von dessen Verstellmechanik behindern bzw. sogar total blockieren können. Insbesondere wenn solche Zentrierspanner im Zuge einer Fertigungsstraße bzw. einer Serienfertigung betrieben werden, stellt natürlich jeder Funktionsstörung an solchen Spannern einen unliebsame bzw. unerwünschte Arbeitsunterbrechung dar, die es tunlichst zu vermeiden gilt.
