Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemusterten textilen Flächengebildes, wobei ein die Musterung erzeugendes Fadensystem mit einer Trägerschicht vernadelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht und das Fadensystem zunächst von der Trägerseite und anschließend von der gegenüber liegenden Seite vernadelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fadensystem zunächst mit einem Stapelfaserflor zu einem Vliesstoff verbunden wird und dass anschließend der Vliesstoff einer Trägerschicht mit der dem Fadensystem abgewandten Seite des Vliesstoffs zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Flächengebilde derart vernadelt wird, dass eine abriebfeste Nutzschicht entsteht.
- Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Flächengebilde nach dem Vernadeln zusätzlich verfestigt wird.
- Nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche hergestelltes Flächengebilde (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Fadensystem (3) nahezu über die gesamte Höhe des textilen Flächengebildes (4) erstreckt.
- Textiles Flächengebilde (4) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das textile Flächengebilde (4) mehrere unterschiedliche Fadensysteme (3.1, 3.2, 3.3) aufweist.
- Textiles Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerschicht (5) mit einer oder mehreren weiteren Trägerschicht(en) verbunden ist.
