Abstract
Es wird ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur automatischen Zeitnahme bei sportlichen Massenveranstaltungen beschrieben.A method and apparatus for automatic timing in mass sporting events is described.
Teilnehmer an der Massenveranstaltung tragen jeweils einen Transponder mit einem individuellen Code, der nach einem Zieleinlauf gelesen und mit einer Erfassungszeit verknüpft wird. Beim Zieleinlauf wird ein interner Zeitnehmer des Transponders aktiviert und dessen Transponderzeit bei der Ermittlung einer Zieleinlaufzeit aus der Erfassungszeit als Korrekturgröße ausgewertet. Participants in the mass event each carry a transponder with an individual code, which is read after a finish and linked to a collection time. At the finish, an internal timekeeper of the transponder is activated and its transponder time is evaluated as a correction value when determining a finish time from the acquisition time.
