Falls die Zugkette 12 bricht, entfällt die das Sicherungselement 40 beaufschlagende Zugspannung, so dass dieses Sicherungselement 40 unter der Wirkung der Torsionsfeder 50 durch die Öffnung 34 in die in Fig. 2 dargestellte Sicherungsstellung gelangt. Aufgrund der Zugentlastung der Zugkette 12 bewirkt die Torsionsfeder 50 auch in diesem Fall eine Verstellung des Sicherungselementes 40 in die Sicherungsstellung, in der das mit den Sperrklinken 42 und 44 ausgestattete Ende des Sicherungselementes außerhalb des Gehäuses 32 freiliegt. Darüber hinaus wird bei der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung mit Hilfe des Sicherungselementes 40 bei einer Zugentlastung der Zugkette 12 auch noch ein zum Bewegen des Torblattes 10 zwischen der Öffnungsstellung und der Schließstellung ausgelegter motorischer Antrieb ausgeschaltet. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Sicherungselement 40 an seinem am Bolzen 36 festgelegten Ende mit einem Steuernocken 48 ausgestattet, welcher bei Verschwenken des Sicherungselementes in die Sicherungsstellung ein Betätigungselement 62 eines Schalters 60 verstellt, um so den motorischen Antrieb auszuschalten, wie besonders deutlich aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 einerseits mit den Fig. 2 und 3 andererseits hervorgeht.
