Claims (14)
- Zylinderaufzug (10) mit einer Seitenkantenarmierung (12), welche am Zylinderaufzug (10) teilweise überlappend aufgenommen ist, wobei der Zylinderaufzug (10) eine Oberseite (14) als Druckseite aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenkantenarmierung (12) am mit dem Zylinderaufzug (10) nicht überlappenden Teil (16) wenigstens einen Vorsprung (18) mit einem Vorsprungsendpunkt (20) auf einer Seitenfläche, welche der Oberseite (14) des Zylinderaufzugs zugewandt ist, der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) aufweist, wobei das Lot vom Vorsprungsendpunkt (20) auf die Ebene des überlappenden Teils der Zylinderaufzugs (10) wenigstens teilweise außerhalb oder genau auf der Kontur der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) verläuft. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderaufzug (10) ein Druckgummituch ist. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (18) hakenförmig ausgebildet ist. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) vom Vorsprungsendpunkt (20) in Richtung zum Zylinderaufzug (10) wenigstens teilweise gekrümmt verläuft. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontur der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) vom Vorsprungsendpunkt (20) in Richtung zum Zylinderaufzug (10) einen konkaven Verlauf hat. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung (18) durch einen in Richtung der Oberseite des Zylinderaufzugs (10) gebogenen Teil der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) gebildet wird. - Zylinderaufzug (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprungsendpunkt (20) einem Punkt auf einer Seitenkante der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) entspricht. - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10), welcher wenigstens an einer ersten Seitenkante mit einer Seitenkantenarmierung (12) versehen ist, auf einem Zylinder (24) in einer Druckmaschine, wobei der Zylinder (24) einen schmalen Zylinderkanal (26) und wenigstens eine Spannvorrichtung (26) mit einem Halteschlitz (30) für den Zylinderaufzug (10) aufweist, mit den Schritten:Einführen der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) an der ersten Seitenkante des Zylinderaufzugs (10) durch den Zylinderkanal (26) in den Innenraum des Zylinders (24);Einführen eines Teiles der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) in den Halteschlitz (30) der Spannvorrichtung (28); undHineinschieben der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) in den Halteschlitz (30) mit einem Werkzeug (32);Abstützen des Werkzeug (32) an einem mit dem Zylinderaufzug (10) nicht überlappenden Teil (16) der Seitenkantenarmierung (12).
- Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (32) an einem Vorsprung (18) auf einer Seitenfläche der Seitenkantenarmierung (12), welche der Oberseite (14) des Zylinderaufzugs (10) zugewandt ist, abgestützt wird. - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (32) formelastisch oder flexibel ist. - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug (32) im Innenraum des Zylinderaufzugs (10) beim Abstützen an der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) während des Hineinschiebens der Seitenkantenarmierung (12) in den Halteschlitz (30) gebogen wird. - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinder (24) in einem Druckwerk einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine aufgenommen ist. - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, wobei die Spannvorrichtung (28) eine Spannwelle umfasst,
gekennzeichnet durch:Spannen des Zylinderaufzugs (10) in Umfangsrichtung des Zylinders (24) durch Verdrehen der Spannwelle in einer Spannrichtung (34). - Verfahren zum Aufnehmen eines Zylinderaufzugs (10) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zylinderaufzug (10) ein Zylinderaufzug gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7 ist.
