Description

L'invention concerne une coque d'emballage sensiblement rigide d'un produit, définissant un volume de logement au moins partiel du produit, et fermée par un couvercle.
De telles coques sont connues pour l'emballage des fromages, par exemple par les documents EP 0952093, FR 2 773 137 ou FR 2 786 471. Dans ces coques, le couvercle est sensiblement rigide et peut se détacher de la coque pour accéder au produit. Dans d'autres emballages connus, le couvercle est un opercule souple qu'on détache de la coque. Dans l'un et l'autre cas, l'accès au produit dans la coque n'est pas toujours satisfaisant, surtout si, par exemple, le produit a tendance à coller aux parois de la coque ; une fois le couvercle enlevé, il reste à extraire le produit de la coque. Dans le cas d'un produit alimentaire, cette extraction n'est pas nécessairement très hygiénique ou peut salir les doigts. Le document US 3521805 montre une coque d'emballage fermée par une pellicule et dont la forme fait qu'en le pliant à l'aide des doigts, on rompt une partie en forme de goulot de la coque, ce qui permet de distribuer le produit lequel est nécessairement sous forme fluide (poudre, liquide ou pâte). Les documents DE 7607897U, US 4266667 et US 3075639 montre des emballages de type "blisters" plus ou moins articulés, destiné à contenir des produits non alimentaires tels que des crayons ou des aiguilles stériles, mais inadapté au problème de produits alimentaires tel que le fromage qu'on souhaite ne pas toucher avec les doigts.
Le but de l'invention est de proposer un emballage du type défini plus haut qui permette un accès facilité au produit contenu dans la coque, sans avoir à toucher ledit produit, notamment pour un produit solide tel que le fromage.
L'invention atteint son but grâce à une coque d'emballage sensiblement rigide d'un produit, définissant un volume de logement au moins partiel du produit présentant une ouverture fermée par un couvercle souple disposé sur une région marginale annulaire de la coque, la coque étant réalisée en au moins deux parties réunies par une zone d'ouverture facile, facilement séparables au moins partiellement et qui peuvent s'écarter du côté opposé au couvercle en s'articulant sur la région voisine de l'ouverture de la coque, caractérisée en ce que la coque est sensiblement hémisphérique et la zone est une zone équatoriale. De la sorte, l'utilisateur accède au produit, non plus en ouvrant le couvercle (lequel en revanche a pu servir au remplissage du produit dans la coque) mais en séparant la coque en ses au moins deux parties articulées et en l'ouvrant, ce qui dégage le produit logé dans la coque et reposant toujours en partie sur le couvercle. Comme le couvercle est souple (au moins localement dans l'axe de l'articulation) , il ne s'oppose pas à l'articulation des deux parties de coque.
Avantageusement, la zone d'ouverture facile est une zone fragilisée, par exemple amincie, ou une zone ouverte recouverte d'une bande arrachable.
L'invention s'applique de préférence au conditionnement des produits alimentaires, tels que du fromage ou des salaisons en portions individuelles qu'il est facile de manger sans se salir.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe schématique d'une coque conforme à l'invention avant son remplissage et sa fermeture,
  • la figure 2 est une vue en coupe schématique de la même coque après remplissage et fermeture par un opercule,
  • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective de la coque telle qu'elle se présente au consommateur,
  • la figure 4 est une vue en perspective de la même coque après début d'arrachage de la languette d'ouverture,
  • la figure 5 est une vue en perspective de la même coque après ouverture et pivotement des demi-coques.
La coque sensiblement hémisphérique 1 comprend une bordure annulaire plane 2 et est réalisée par exemple en matière plastique transparente. La coque forme un logement 3, destiné à être fermé au niveau de son ouverture circulaire 4. Selon une technique connue, le produit est introduit (flèche 5) par l'ouverture dans la coque renversée 1, puis un opercule 6, par exemple en complexe métal-plastique, est amené sur la bordure 2 pour y être scellé et fermer ainsi de manière hermétique la coque 1 avec son produit 7.
La coque 1 comporte une zone équatoriale médiane ouverte 8 séparant la coque en deux demi-coques symétriques 1a, 1b réunies par la bordure 2. La zone 8 est recouverte extérieurement par une bande d'ouverture 9 dont au moins une extrémité 10 forme une languette qui peut être saisie manuellement. La bande 9 dépasse des deux côtés (ou d'un seul côté) de la zone ouverte 8 pour être solidarisée à chacune des deux demi-coques 1a, 1b. La bande 8 peut être mise en place au moment du moulage de la coque, selon les techniques connues de pose d'étiquettes dans les moules. Lorsqu'elle est en place, elle ferme de façon étanche la zone 8 et permet donc d'effectuer le remplissage du produit 7.
Pour accéder au produit, le consommateur saisit la languette 10 et la tire, ce qui décolle la bande 9 et dégage la zone ouverte 8.
Les deux coques ne sont plus réunies que par la bordure 2 et l'opercule souple 6. Le consommateur peut alors, d'une seule main s'il le veut, faire pivoter les deux demi-coques 1a, 1b sensiblement autour du diamètre 11 situé à l'intersection du plan de la zone équatoriale 8 et de la bordure 2, de manière à faire apparaítre le produit 7 dont le fond est appuyé sur l'opercule 6. L'articulation des deux demi-coques est facile dans la mesure où l'opercule est souple et ne gêne pas le mouvement et où la bordure 2, quoique plus rigide, est relativement étroite. On peut d'ailleurs prévoir au besoin une ligne d'affaiblissement, par exemple un amincissement, dans la bordure 2 au niveau du diamètre 11. On peut aussi prévoir au lieu d'un opercule entièrement souple un couvercle rigide mais comprenant une charnière au niveau du diamètre 11 de manière à permettre l'articulation.
Plutôt qu'une bande 9 se décollant entièrement, on peut prévoir une bande intégrant un fil d'ouverture qui la déchire et permet la désolidarisation des deux demi-coques. On peut aussi prévoir tout autre système permettant cette désolidarisation des coques, comme par exemple une zone équatoriale affaiblie se déchirant facilement, on une zone équatoriale formée entre deux lignes d'affaiblissement et formant elle-même une languette intégrale déchirable.

Claims (2)

  1. Coque d'emballage sensiblement rigide d'un produit, définissant un volume de logement (3) au moins partiel du produit (7) présentant une ouverture (4) fermée par un couvercle souple (6) disposé sur une région marginale annulaire (2) de la coque, la coque (1) étant réalisée en au moins deux parties (1a, 1b) réunies par une zone (8) d'ouverture facile, facilement séparables au moins partiellement et qui peuvent s'écarter du côté opposé au couvercle (6) en s'articulant sur la région voisine (2) de l'ouverture (4) de la coque, caractérisée en ce que la coque est hémisphérique et la zone (8) est une zone équatoriale.
  2. Coque selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la zone d'ouverture facile (8) est une zone fragilisée, par exemple amincie, ou une zone ouverte recouverte d'une bande arrachable.
