Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a flail assembly for rotary shredders with a to a Axis rotatably mounted body and a cutting body, which on a Projection of the body is releasably attached. Such flails are called Impact tool for shredders, for example, for plastic, wood or the like used.
From DE 35 45 708 C2, a flail assembly is known in which a tooth trained cutting body with a shaft interchangeable in a recess is attached. The attachment takes place by means of a screw, which through a bore in the Base body and protrudes through the shaft of the cutter body. The shaft is at the end with a projecting corner which engages behind a projection in the recess. Furthermore, the shaft is provided with a profile which is in a complementary profile in the recess protrudes. As a result, the tooth is in its position even with strong forces held. Usually, the flail tip is worn down so that an edge forms along the rotational movement of the flail. Due to the complex shape of the described Schlegelanordnung it is expensive to produce.
From DE-OS 29 43 456 a device for crushing barks and Annual plants known. The device includes a rotor body, near it Scope Schlegel are arranged pivotally. Each mallet consists of one Base body which is pivotally mounted on one end of the rotor body and out a cutting body, which at the front surface in the circumferential direction of the Schlegelels is appropriate. These cutting bodies are interchangeable with the respective flail fastened since they are subject to rapid wear during operation of the device and can thus be replaced without replacement of the entire Schlegel would be required.
In both arrangements comparatively much material, namely the entire Cutting body, unusable when the flail tip is replaced.
From US-A-5 285 974 is another flail for shredders according to the preamble of claim 1.
It is an object of the invention, a flail assembly with an easily replaceable To provide cutting body in which as little material is consumed. It is Another object of the invention to provide a flail assembly which is simple is to produce. It is also an object of the invention to provide a flail assembly good power to create the body.
According to the invention, the objects are achieved by a Schlegelanordnung according to the features of Claim 1 solved. This will ensure optimal power transmission achieved by positive engagement. The material to be crushed usually exerts strong forces in different directions on the cutting body and over the cutting body also on the main body of the flail arrangement. Through the power transmission through Positive locking can not only forces perpendicular to the direction of movement of the Cutting body, but also all other forces acting on the cutting material on the Schlegel be included. There is no excessive burden on Fasteners such as screws or the like.
The profile on the base body corresponds to a profile on the cutting body, for example a Recess. As a result, the cutting body has less volume with accordingly lower material consumption.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the profile has the shape of a projecting truncated pyramid whose base in the plane of the front Surface of the projection is located. This shape is easy to manufacture and reduces Material consumption in a suitable manner. By the number of pages of the The truncated pyramid determines the number of positions in which the Cutting body can be attached. This eliminates an adjustment situation of the Cutting edge.
Preferably, the cutting body has two cutting edges mirror-symmetrical to one Surface on, which runs tangentially to a rotation extent. But there can be more Cutting edges be provided. For a four-sided truncated pyramid are also four Cutting edges possible. If the truncated pyramid has more sides, so can the Number of cutting edges are increased accordingly. By this configuration can the cutting body can be used several times. The cutting body must after wear only detached and rotated by an angle given by the geometry and be fastened again. This will reduce material usage and time spent lowered further.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the cutting body by means of a Bolt, which runs centrally through the cutting body and through the profile, bolted. But it is also any other type of attachment conceivable, especially since the lateral Forces are no longer absorbed by the screw but by the profile. Of the Base body preferably has at the rear in the circumferential direction of the surface Projection on a recess in which a nut for the screw is retractable. This reduces stress and damage to the nut. In addition, will shortens the required screw length. Furthermore, the cutting body on the in Circumferential direction front surface have a recess in which the screw head the screw is at least partially retractable. This will be a lesser Load and damage the screw head causes.
For an optimal cutting effect with little damage and wear of the To reach the body is the axis of rotation away from the axis of the surface Cutting body preferably bevelled. This aligns with the beveled achsfemen surface of the body when the cutting body to the body is attached. As a result, the wear of the body is minimized.
The cutting edge of the cutting body is preferably hardened for a long time To ensure lifetime.
Embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. One Embodiment is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings explained.

In Fig. 1, 10 denotes a rotor blade. The
The
The cutting
In
Fig.3 nochmals dargestellt.The
The rear surface of the
(Fig.3).2, the
The cutting
On the rear side of the
