Claims (21)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Elementen aus Blattmaterial zu einer Produkteinwickelstraße, wobei Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabestation (4) an eine Fertigungsstation (8) transportiert und mit zugeordneten Produkten (9) vereinigt werden, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:den Schritt des Aufnehmens der Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von der Eingabestation (4) durch zugeordnete Zuführmittel (6) und des Anordnens der Elemente (2) an einem Einführende einer Übertragungsstraße (7), die sich entlang einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Zuführweg (P1) in Richtung der Fertigungsstation (8) erstreckt, und wobei der Schritt des Transportierens der Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial durch Schieben der Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial entlang der vorbestimmten Übertragungsstraße (7) und über eine vorbestimmte Strecke in die Fertigungsstation (8) durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schiebeschritt einen Abfang- und Eingriffschritt des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial entlang einer ersten Kante (2a) umfasst, im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Übertragungsstraße (7), einen Schiebeschritt, bei dem ein Kontakt mit einem vorbestimmten Bereich der ersten Kante (2a) aufrechterhalten wird, und einen Löseschritt, bei dem der Kontakt mit der ersten Kante (2a) endet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schiebeschritt durch Aufrechterhalten des Kontakts zwischen dem vorbestimmten Bereich der ersten Kante (2a) des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial und einem zugeordneten Schiebemittel (42) herbeigeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Schiebeschritt wenigstens entlang einem Führungskanal (31) erfolgt, der sich entlang der Übertragungsstraße (7) erstreckt, und der eine Bodenspur (39) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Übertragungsstraße (7) angeordnet ist, und die einer zweiten Kante (2b) des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial und zwei beschränkenden Seitenwänden (38, 40) dargeboten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, das einen Schritt des Zuführens der Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabe (4), die sich mit der Eingabestation deckt, an das Einführende des Kanals (31) umfasst, wobei der Zuführschritt einen letzten Schritt des Aufnehmens des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial und des Einführens desselben in den Kanal (31) umfasst, wodurch sichergestellt wird, dass jedes nachfolgende Element (2) aus Blattmaterial in dem Kanal (31) angeordnet werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Schritt des Zuführens der Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabe (4) an das Einführende des Kanals (31) eine erste Rotationsbewegung um eine Achse (17) umfasst, die entfernt von der Ebene angeordnet ist, die von dem Element (2) aus Blattmaterial eingenommen wird, und eine zweite Rotationsbewegung, simultan zu der ersten, um eine Achse (22), die in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Ebene liegt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, das einen Schritt umfasst, der nach Abschluss des Schiebeschritts und an einem Punkt, der sich mit der Fertigungsstation (8) deckt, erfolgt, des Anordnens jedes Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial zwischen einem Produkt (9) und einem zugeordneten Einwicklerzuschnitt (12).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, das einen Schritt umfasst, wobei die Anordnung, die aus dem Produkt (9), dem zugeordneten Element (2) aus Blattmaterial und einem zugeordneten Einwicklerzuschnitt (12) zusammengesetzt ist, entlang einem Weg (P4) verschoben wird, der sich quer zu der vorbestimmten Übertragungsstraße (7) erstreckt, mit dem Zweck, eine Falt- und Wickeloperation einzuleiten.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, wobei die Taktung des Schiebeschritts vorbestimmt und koordiniert ist mit derjenigen der Schritte, durch die die Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial zugeführt, aufgenommen und in den Kanal (31) eingeführt werden.
- Einheit zum Zuführen von Elementen aus Blattmaterial zu einer Produkteinwickelstraße, wobei Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabestation (4) zu einer Fertigungsstation (8), die der Einheit zugehörig ist, transportiert und mit zugeordneten Produkten (9) vereinigt werden, wobei die Einheit außerdem Folgendes aufweist:Zuführmittel (6), die die Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabestation (4) aufnehmen und die Elemente (2) an einem Einführende einer Übertragungsstraße (7) anordnen, die sich entlang einem im Wesentlichen horizontalen ersten Zuführweg (P1) erstreckt, und Schiebemittel (42), die die Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial entlang der vorbestimmten Übertragungsstraße (7) und über eine vorbestimmte Strecke in die Fertigungsstation (8) führen.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Schiebemittel (42) zugeordnete Schiebeelemente (50) aufweisen, die in der Lage dazu sind, sich zyklisch zwischen einer Position des Abfangens und des Kontakts mit einer ersten Kante (2a) des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Übertragungsstraße (7) zu bewegen, und einer Freigabeposition, wobei der Kontakt zu der ersten Kante (2a) endet, entlang der Übertragungsstraße (7).
- Einheit nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Schiebemittel (42) Transportmittel (43) aufweisen, die sich entlang von Vor- und Rücktransportstrecken eines geschlossenen Wegs bewegen können, dessen Vortransportstrecke sich im Wesentlichen entlang der Übertragungsstraße (7) erstreckt.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Transportmittel (43) ein Band (44) aufweisen, das um zwei Rollen (45, 48) gewickelt ist, von denen eine strombetrieben ist, und das mit mehreren gleich beabstandeten Vorsprüngen (50) ausgestattet ist, welche die Schiebeelemente bilden.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Transportmittel (43) einen Führungskanal (31) aufweisen, der sich entlang der Übertragungsstraße (7) erstreckt, und einen Querschnitt mit "U"-Profil aufweist, der aus zwei begrenzenden Seitenwänden (38, 40) und einer Bodenspur (39) aufgebaut ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Übertragungsstraße (7) angeordnet ist, wobei die Spur (39) einer ersten Kante (2b) des Elements (2) aus Blattmaterial dargeboten wird und wenigstens eine der Seitenwände (38, 40) einen Längsschlitz (41) aufweist, der einen Durchlass für die Schiebeelemente (50) bereitstellt.
- Einheit nach den Ansprüchen 10 bis 14, die Zuführmittel (11) aufweist, die der Fertigungsstation (8) zugeordnet sind, wodurch aufeinander folgende Einwickelzuschnitte (12) entlang einem Zuführweg (P3) quer zu der Übertragungsstraße (7) geführt und in einer Ebene angeordnet werden, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Ebene liegt, die von dem Element (2) aus Blattmaterial eingenommen wird, und eine Schiebevorrichtung (53), die angeordnet ist, um in Eingriff mit einem Produkt (9) zu gelangen, das die Fertigungsstation (8) besetzt, und eine Hin- und Herbewegung entlang einem Weg (P4) quer zu der Ebene durchführen kann, die von den Einwickelzuschnitten (12) eingenommen wird, wobei das Element (2) aus Blattmaterial zwischen einem zugeordneten Produkt (9) und einem zugeordneten Einwickelzuschnitt (12) an der Fertigungsstation (8) angeordnet wird.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 15, die Reaktionsmittel (54, 55) aufweist, die entlang dem Weg (P4), gefolgt von der Schiebevorrichtung (53) angeordnet sind, und deren Funktion es ist, eine Faltoperation durchzuführen.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 14, die Zuführmittel (6) aufweist, wodurch die Elemente (2) aus Blattmaterial von einer Eingabe (4) zu dem Einführende des Kanals (31) transportiert werden.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 17, wobei die Zuführmittel (6) einen Schwungarm (15) aufweisen, der um eine erste Rotationsachse (17) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Übertragungsstraße (7) schwenkbar ist, dessen freies Ende Haltemittel (20) trägt, die um eine zweite Rotationsachse (2) parallel zu der ersten Achse (17) schwenkbar sind.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 18, wobei der Schwungarm (15) dazu veranlasst wird, um die erste Achse (17) in einer Richtung zu schwenken, die der Richtung entgegengesetzt ist, in welche die Haltemittel (20) veranlasst werden, um die zweite Achse (22) zu schwingen.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Zuführmittel (56) Aufnahme- und Einführmittel (30) aufweisen, von denen das Element (2) aus Blattmaterial von den Haltemitteln (20) in den Kanal (31) übertragen wird.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 20, wobei die Aufnahme- und Einführmittel (30) Walzen (32, 35) aufweisen, von denen das Element (2) aus Blattmaterial ergriffen und in dem Kanal (31) angeordnet wird.
