Haben Eckenhalter 25 und Ausrichtplatte 20 ihre Arbeitsstellung B eingenommen, wird der Bogenstapel 4 abgesenkt. Dabei werden die auf dem Bogenstapel 4 schwimmenden, oben liegenden Bogen 3 an den feststehenden Eckenhaltern 25 und den feststehenden Ausrichtplatten 20 entlang bis zum Aufsetzen der Stapelplatte 10 auf Flurhöhe oder Rollbahn lagegenau geführt und gehalten. Gleichzeitig haben sich die oben liegenden Bogen 3 gesetzt und sind nunmehr Bestandteil des Bogenstapels 4. Nach dem Aufsetzen der Stapelplatte 10 werden Eckenhalter 25 und Ausrichtplatte 20 durch die Arbeitszylinder 19; 19.1 in die Parkposition A gesteuert und der Bogenstapel 4 aus dem Bogenausleger gefahren.
Nach dem Einfahren einer neuen Palette 13 in den Bogenausleger und dem Hochfahren der Palette 13 unter das Non-Stop-Rollo 5 wird das Non-Stop-Rollo 5 ausgefahren und die Stapelbildung beginnt von vorn.

At the same time, the sheets 3 above have settled and are now part of the sheet stack 4. After the stacking plate 10 has been placed on it, corner holders 25 and alignment plate 20 are moved through the working cylinders 19; 19.1 controlled in the parking position A and the sheet stack 4 moved out of the sheet delivery.
