La présente invention a trait à une tête de distribution destinée à équiper un distributeur pour un produit fluide à distribuer sous la forme d'un jet ou d'un spray, ainsi qu'à un distributeur muni d'une telle tête de distribution. Un tel organe de distribution peut être une pompe ou une valve, surmontée d'une tête de distribution. Une tête de distribution de ce type doit assurer notamment deux fonctions. D'une part, elle doit permettre à l'utilisateur de commander l'actionnement de l'organe de distribution, pour éjecter une dose de produit hors du réservoir. D'autre part, elle doit permettre d'acheminer le produit sortant du réservoir vers un orifice de distribution. Généralement, un tel orifice de distribution se présente notamment sous forme d'une buse, reliée à l'organe de distribution via un conduit d'amenée dont est pourvue la tête de distribution. La distribution du produit s'effectue ensuite sous forme d'un jet plus ou moins filiforme, ou bien sous la forme d'un nuage de fines gouttelettes, appelé spray. L'acheminement du produit vers l'orifice de distribution peut être effectué, également, par simple pression sur un réservoir de produit compressible. - Dispensing head according to Claim 1, characterized in that said elastic means (40, 140) are arranged in such a way that they exert a return force parallel to an exit axis (Y) of the product.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said dispensing orifice (32) is formed in a spray nozzle (34).
- Dispensing head according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the feed channel (50) forms, at its end intended to be brought into communication with the dispensing orifice (32), a centre post (28) delimiting, in cooperation with the movable element (30, 130), when the latter is in the first position, a swirl chamber (27) which communicates with the dispensing orifice (32).

- Dispensing head according to Claim 6, characterized in that the elastic means (40) are formed by an elastically stretchable membrane (41) arranged all round the dispensing orifice (32), particularly in the form of an annular element.
- Dispensing head according to Claim 4 or 5 and according to Claim 7, characterized in that the elasticity of the membrane (41) is such that, when the movable element (30) is in the first position, a portion (34a) of the movable element situated inside the membrane (41), and in which the dispensing orifice (32) is formed, bears elastically on the centre post (28).
- Dispensing head according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the elastic means (140) are made integral with said body (120).
- Dispensing head according to Claims 5 and 9, characterized in that the centre post (28) is at least partly elastically compressible in a direction parallel to the exit axis (Y) of the product.
- Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the elastic means (40, 140) are made from an elastomeric material chosen in particular from the group of thermoplastic elastomers of polyester urethane (AU), polybutadiene (BR), bromobutyl (BIIR) or chlorobutyl (CIIR) rubbers, chlorinated polyethylene (CM), copolymers of polyester-aramide (CPA), copolymers of polyester glycol (CPE), polychloroprene (CR), chlorosulphonated polyethylene (CSM), copolymers of ethylene and methylacrylate (EAM), terpolymers of ethylene, propylene and a diene (EPDM), copolymers of ethylene and propylene (EPM), polyether urethanes (EU), fluorocarbonated copolymers or terpolymers (FKM, FPM), butyl rubber (IIR), polyisoprene (IR, NR), nitrile rubber (NBR), polyurethanes (PUR), phenyl- or vinyl-methylsilicones (PVMQ), copolymers of styrene-butadiene (SBR), block copolymers of styrene-butadiene (SBS), block copolymers of styrene-butadiene-butylene-styrene (SEBS), block copolymers of styrene-isoprene (SIS), synthetic rubbers (SR), polysulphides (TM), thermoplastic rubbers (TPE), elastomeric thermoplastic polyolefin derivatives (TPO), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), polyvinyl silicones (VMQ), latex of copolymers of butadiene-styrene-2-vinylpyridine (VP).
- Dispensing head according to Claim 11, characterized in that it is produced by bi-injection of a thermoplastic elastomer to form the elastic means (40, 140), and of a nonelastomeric material to form the rest of the dispensing head (18, 18', 18'', 118).
- Dispensing head according to any one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the elastic means (40) are formed by a zone of lesser thickness.
- Dispensing head according to any one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that means (70a, 70b) are provided so as to ensure leaktightness between the body (20, 120) and the movable element (30, 130).
- Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the changeover from the first position to the second position of the movable element, and vice versa, is effected by a pivot movement of the movable element (30, 130) about an axis (Z) perpendicular to the exit axis (Y) of the product.
- Dispensing head according to the preceding claim, characterized in that the movable element (30, 130) is articulated on said body (20, 120) with the aid of a hinge (36a, 36b), in particular a film hinge or a journal hinge.
- Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that fastening means (38, 38a, 38b) are provided in order to lock the movable element (30, 130) reversibly in the first position.
- Assembly (1) for packaging and dispensing a product, particularly a cosmetic product, said assembly being surmounted by a dispensing element (12), particularly a pump or a valve, characterized in that it is equipped with a dispensing head (18, 18', 18'', 118) according to any one of the preceding claims.
