Definitions
- the invention relates to a running edge of a snow gliding device, in particular one Ski or snowboards, essentially consisting of an edge bar and a laterally projecting edge legs, wherein the edge leg has recesses.
- Such running edges for snow gliding devices are basically known.
- a cover layer a Coating layer and two laterally arranged running edges, as core material is a foam plastic used.
- core material is a foam plastic used.
- the object of the subject invention is to provide a running edge of the aforementioned To create kind, so embedded in the core material of the snow gliding device can be that both the risk of lateral tearing, as well as the danger a detachment is reduced downwards by a corresponding anchoring.
- An advantageous embodiment of the invention results from the fact that the Spacer are at least partially pressed into the top of the lining layer. As a result, an anchoring of the running edge takes place on the lining layer.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention results from the fact that on the upper side of the edge leg at least one anchoring element in the longitudinal direction approximately parallel to the edge ridge extending or formed extending is.
- the ideal position of the anchoring element can be selected.
- a further advantageous embodiment of a snow gliding device according to the invention results from the fact that above the edge leg laterally next to the Cover layer is arranged a known stabilizing layer.
- This increases the mechanical stability of the ski and can, for example, from reinforced Plastic, preferably of commercially available prepreg or of metal getting produced.
- a better anchoring of the stabilizing layer at the running edge results according to the invention in that at the top of the edge leg at least one Anchoring element attached or formed, at least partially in the stabilizing layer is pressed.
- Fig. 1 the underside of a ski is shown.
- the underside of the ski covers in essentially the two running edges 1 and the lining layer. 2
- Fig. 2 shows a cross section through a ski according to the invention.
- the core material 4 is enclosed at the top of the ski by the cover layer 3.
- To the top layer 3 connect the two running edges 1, between which the lining layer. 2 lies.
- the running edge 1 comprises the edge web 6 and the edge leg 7.
- At the Bottom of the edge leg 7 spacers 8 are attached. From the presentation can be seen that the through the spacer 8 between the lining layer 2 and the edge leg 7 defined gap from the core material 4, for the foam plastic used is enclosed.
- the reinforcing elements 5 are intended to Stiffen core and allow the mounting of a binding.
- Fig. 3 shows a detail of a running edge according to the invention 1.
- the Spacer 8 is formed as a web which extends in the longitudinal direction of the running edge. He is attached to the edge leg at regular intervals, by the extent the recesses 9 are determined in the edge longitudinal direction.
- the height formed as a web spacer 8 is between 0.1 and 0.5 mm.
- the Recesses 9 are substantially T-shaped, so that by the resulting Slot at the free end of the edge leg 7 in the foaming of the core. 4 the foam plastic can penetrate into the recesses 9 and so in the hardened Condition the running edge 1 secures against lateral tearing.
- the spacers 8 allow penetration of the foam plastic in the gap defined by them 10.
- the core material 4 now encloses the edge limb 7 both from its Top and bottom.
- the running edge 1 is thus embedded in the core so that they secured against detachment downwards.
- FIGS. 4a to 4d show further possibilities for the design of the recesses 9 of the edge leg 7 and the arrangement of the spacers 8 shown.
- the spacers 8 To be at the Bottom of the edge leg 7 the largest possible volume of foam plastic 4 to be able to penetrate, the spacers 8 their function on a relatively small To fulfill the room. This is achieved in that the spacers 8 as webs between the recesses of the edge leg 7 are arranged, in the area those places, which between two recesses 9 the smallest extent in Have longitudinal direction.
- the spacer 8 as webs can be also ensure a simple production of the running edge 1 by the running edge. 1 is performed as a rolled section without recesses 9 (not shown).
- edge leg 7 of the rolled section is a longitudinally extending web formed exactly along the axis on which the individual spacers of the finished Run edge 1 should be.
- Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of another embodiment of an inventive Running edge 1, wherein the spacers 8 at the free end of the edge leg 7 are formed.
- the defined by the spacer 8 gap 10 between the top of the lining layer 2 and the underside of the edge leg. 7 is filled in the foaming process for the core 4 with foam plastic, which in the hardened state, a comprehensive embedding of the edge leg. 7 is granted.
- Fig. 6 (not part of the invention) is shown that the lining layer 2 of a ski, the function of Spacer 8 can take on the running edge 1. This is achieved in that simply formed at the top of the lining layer 2 as knobs or webs Spacers are attached, which the gap 10 between the underside of the edge leg 7 and the top of the lining layer 2 define. Again, the edge leg 7 in the ski both at its top and at the bottom of the Core 4 foam plastic enclosed. As shown in Fig. 7 (not part of the invention), can be Gap 10 also achieve that particular spacer 12, for example in the form of wires, be inserted.
- Fig. 8 shows a running edge 1 according to the invention, wherein the spacers 8 at the free End of the edge leg 7 formed and with its free end 8 'partially in the Coating layer 2 are pressed. This results in addition to the bond through the penetrated into the gap 10 foam plastic anchoring the running edge 1 in the pressed-in area 13 of the covering layer 2.
- Fig. 9 shows a detail of a cross section through an inventive Snow gliding device, in which above the edge leg 7 laterally next to the cover layer 3 a layer 15 of reinforced plastic or metal and arranged through an anchoring element 14 formed on the upper side of the edge leg 7 is connected to the running edge 1.
- a layer 15 of reinforced plastic or metal is connected to the running edge 1.
- an intermediate layer 16 laterally adjacent to the free end of the edge leg 7 between the layer 15 and the lining layer 2.
- an adhesive such as foam plastic brought in.
- FIG. 10 shows a further exemplary embodiment of a snow gliding device according to the invention in partial cross section, in which the anchoring element 14 approximately halfway between the free end of the edge leg 7 and the Edge web 6 is pressed into the layer 15.
- the running edge 1 of the invention is basically not on the installation in Snow gliders whose core is foamed, limited. Rather, it is also a Installation with glued construction of the ski possible. Also in this case are the Spacer 8 at the bottom of the edge leg 7 and the anchoring elements 14 at the top of the edge leg 7 extremely advantageous because of she defined gap between the bottom of the edge leg 7 and the top the covering layer 2 can be filled with adhesive, or a secure connection between Running edge 1 and stabilizing layer 15 is produced.
