Claims (13)
- Schleifvorrichtung für einen zu schleifenden Rand eines keramischen Geschirrgegenstandes oder eines keramischen Gefäßes (12, 14, 16), wie einer Tasse, eines Bechers, eines Tellers o.dgl., mit einer Transporteinrichtung (18) zum Transportieren des zu schleifenden Geschirrgegenstandes oder Gefäßes (12, 14, 16) zu einer Schleifstation (20) der Schleifvorrichtung (10), wobei die Transporteinrichtung (18) zum festen Halten des zu schleifenden Geschirrgegenstandes oder Gefäßes (12, 14, 16) vorgesehen ist und die Schleifstation (20) eine um ihre zentrale Längsachse (32) drehbare Spindel (26) mit einem Schleifkopf (28) aufweist, an dem ein Schleifband (42) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Schleifkopf (28) während des Schleifvorgangs bei sich nicht in seiner Längsrichtung bewegenden, stillstehendem Schleifband (42) eine Rotation um die zentrale Längsachse (32) der Spindel (26) ausführt.
- Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transporteinrichtung (18) ein endloses Förderband (22) aufweist, an dem der zu schleifende Geschirrgegenstand oder das Gefäß (12, 14, 16) durch Haftreibung festgehalten wird. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindel (26) der Schleifstation (20) höhenverstellbar zwischen einer von der Transporteinrichtung (18) beabstandeten Inaktivstellung und einer zur Transporteinrichtung (18) zugestellten Aktivstellung verstellbar ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Vorschub des Schleifbandes (42) in der Inaktivstellung der Spindel (26) um einen definierten Schleifbandabschnitt eine Schleifband-Vorschubeinrichtung (52) vorgesehen ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleifband-Vorschubeinrichtung (52) einen Reibring (50) und ein Reibrad (48) aufweist, wobei der Reibring (50), die Spindel (26) konzentrisch umgebend, an einer der Inaktivstellung der Spindel (26) zugeordneten Stelle ortsfest vorgesehen ist, das Reibrad (48) am Schleifkopf (28) der Spindel (26) gelagert und von der Spindellängsachse (32) radial gleich weit wie der Reibring (50) beabstandet ist, und das Reibrad (48) mit einer am Schleifkopf (28) gelagerten Schleifbandvorschubrolle (46) verbunden ist, die mit dem Schleifband (42) reibschlüssig verbunden ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Reibrad (48) und der Schleifbandvorschubrolle (46) ein Untersetzungsgetriebe (60) vorgesehen ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifband (42) ein Endlosschleifband ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifband (42) ein Diamantschleifband ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifband (42) um zwei voneinander beabstandete, am Schleifkopf (28) der Spindel (26) gelagerte Umlenkrollen (44) umgelenkt ist, wobei die Schleifbandvorschubrolle (46) mittig zwischen den beiden Umlenkrollen (44) vorgesehen ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schleifkopf (28) zur Kühlung des Schleifbandes (42) eine Wasserdüseneinrichtung (56) aufweist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindel (26) als Hohlspindel ausgebildet ist und einen Kühlwasseranschluß (54) aufweist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindel (26) mit einem Drehantrieb (30) und mit einem Hubantrieb (38) verbunden ist. - Schleifvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spindel (26) der Schleifstation (20) ortsfest angeordnet ist, und daß der Transporteinrichtung (18) zum Zustellen des zu schleifenden Geschirrgegenstandes oder Gefäßes (12, 14, 16) zum Schleifkopf (28) der Schleifspindel (26) eine Hubeinrichtung (58) zugeordnet ist.
