Figur 1, oben zeigt eine Draufsicht des einen Korpusbeschlagskörper 20 sowie einen
Türbeschlagskörper 22 aufweisenden Scharniers 10. Dieses ist in Figur 1, unten
in einer perspektivischen Darstellung gezeigt. Zwischen diesen Abbildungen

Die unten dargestellte Schnittdarstellung zeigt das Scharnier 10 in einer fast geschlossenen
Position. Das Scharnier weist einen ersten Hebel 30 sowie einen
zweiten Hebel 40 auf, die um parallele Schwenkachsen beide sowohl mit dem Türbeschlagskörper
sowie auch mit dem Korpusbeschlagskörper 20 in Verbindung
stehen. An dem Korpusbeschlagskörper 20 ist die Blattfeder 50 angeordnet, die in
ihrem in Figur 1 rechts dargestellten Endbereich gebogen ausgeführt ist. Wie aus
der in Figur 1 unten dargestellten Schnittdarstellung ersichtlich, wirkt der gebogene
Endbereich der Blattfeder 50 auf den ersten Hebel 30 und zwar in der Weise, dass
auf diesen eine in Öffnungsrichtung des Scharniers 10 wirkende Kraft ausgeübt
wird. Die mittlere der Schnittdarstellungen zeigt das Scharnier 10 in einer weiter
geöffneten Position. Hier ist erkennbar, das die Blattfeder 50 nunmehr ihre ursprüngliche,
nicht gespannte Position einnimmt und auf keinen der Hebel 30, 40
einwirkt. Der Türbeschlagskörper 22 ist nunmehr frei beweglich. Die obere der in
Figur 1 dargestellten Schnittdarstellungen zeigt das Scharnier 10 in einer weiter
geöffneten Position. Die Blattfeder 50 tritt nur im Bereich zwischen der Schließstellung
und einem Öffnungswinkel von 8° mit dem ersten Hebel 30 in Kontakt. Darüber
hinaus wirkt die Blattfeder 50 nicht auf die Hebel 30, 40 ein.The sectional view shown below shows the

kompakte Bauweise erzielt. Die Blattfeder 50 wirkt auf die Kanten der Seitenflächen
32 des ersten Hebels 30 ein. In Figur 2 ist ein Öffnungszustand des Scharniers 10
gezeigt, in dem eine Wirkung der Blattfeder 50 auf die Seitenflächen 32 des ersten
Hebels 30 nicht mehr stattfindet, da der Öffnungswinkel von 8° bereits überschritten

30, 40 eine Berührung mit der Blattfeder 50 eintritt. In diesem Bereich ist das

Claims (10)

there is further provided a touch-latch fitting, which latches the door or flap in the closed position, as a result of which the door or flap is prevented from permanently standing open. - The piece of furniture according to claim 1, characterised in that the hinge (10) has a lever (30), which is linked in a swivelling manner to the carcass fitting-element (20) and to the door fitting-element (22), and that the opening device is arranged in such a way that the force acts on the lever (30).
- The piece of furniture according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the opening device is designed as a spring element or as a piston-cylinder unit, which opposes a force acting in the feed-in direction of the piston with a force acting in the opposite direction.
- The piece of furniture according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the hinge (10) has a first (30) and a second lever (40), which are both linked about parallel swivelling axes both to the door fitting-element (22) as well as to the carcass fitting-element (20), whereby the levers (30, 40) are arranged in such a way that the swivelling direction of the first lever (30) is superimposed by a swivelling motion of the door fitting-element (22).
- The piece of furniture according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the opening device is arranged on the carcass fitting-element (20).
- The piece of furniture according to claim 5, characterised in that the opening device is screwed to the carcass fitting-element (20).
- The piece of furniture according to any one of claims to 2 to 6, characterised in that the opening device is a leaf spring (50), which extends essentially parallel to the carcass fitting-element (20) and which is designed curved in the end area, with which said leaf spring comes into contact with the lever (30).
- The piece of furniture according to any one of claims to 2 to 7, characterised in that the lever (30) and the opening device are arranged in such a way that the opening device exerts a force acting in the opening direction on the lever (30) in a swivelling range between the closed position and an opening angle of 8°.
- The piece of furniture according to any one of claims to 1 to 8, characterised in that a first (30) and a second lever (40) are provided, whereby the first lever (30) has a cutout bounded by parallel side faces (32), in which cutout the second lever (40) is movable, and that the opening device acts on the edges of one or both side faces (32).
- The piece of furniture according to claim 9, characterised in that the second lever (40) is arranged in such a way that, over the whole swivelling angle, contact of the second lever (40) with the opening device does not take place.
