Claims (11)
- Paneele (1, 2) eines Laminatfußbodens mit Kupplungselementen (4, 5, 10, 7, 8, 11), die eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen den Paneelen (1, 2) ermöglichen, wobei ein erstes und ein zweites Paneel (1, 2) an jeweils einer Seite solche Kupplungselemente aufweisen, durch die das erste Paneel (1) mit dem zweiten Paneel (2) durch eine Drehbewegung formschlüssig verbunden werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassa) das erste und das zweite Paneel (1,2) zusätzlich an jeweils einer weiteren Seite Kupplungselemente (4, 5, 10, 7, 8, 11) aufweisen, die so beschaffen sind, dass das zweite Poneel (2) durch Absenken gegenüber dem ersten Paneel (1) formschlüssig mit dem ersten Paneel (1) verbindbar ist,b) das erste Paneel (1) als zusätzliches, dem Verbinden durch Absenken dienenden Kupplungselement seitlich an der Unterseite (6) eine hervorstehende Flanke (4) umfasst,c) das zweite Paneel (2) als zusätzliches, dem Verbinden durch Absenken dienenden Kupplungselement seitlich an der Oberseite (9) eine Flanke (7) umfasst, die weiter hervorsteht im Vergleich zu darunter befindlichen seitlichen Bereichen dieses Paneels,d) die an der Oberseite hervorstehende Flanke (7) des zweiten Paneels (2) weist an der Unterseite ein erstes hervorstehendes Verriegelungselement (8) auf, welches in eine , korrespondierende erste Ausnehmung (5) in der an der Unterseite (6) hervorstehenden Flanke (4) des ersten Paneels (1) im zusammengefügten Zustand der beiden Paneele (1, 2) eingreift,e) die erste Ausnehmung (5) ist offen zugänglich, wenn das erste Paneel (1) mit seiner Unterseite (6) auf einem Boden liegt,f) die beiden Paneele (1, 2) umfassen weitere, dem Verbinden durch Absenken dienende Kupplungselemente (10, 11, 16, 17), die die beiden Paneele (1, 2) formschlüssig in vertikaler Richtung relativ zur Oberfläche (9) der Paneele (1, 2) verriegeln,g) im zusommengefügren Zustand der beiden Paneele ( 1 , 2) befinden sich die weiteren, dem Verbinden durch Absenken dienende Kupplungselemente (10, 11, 16, 17) unterhalb der an der Oberseite hervorstehenden Flanke (7),h) im zusammengefügten Zustand der beiden Paneele (1, 2) gibtes mehrere Zwischenräume zwischen den dem Verbinden durch Absenken dienenden Kupplungselementen (4, 5, 10, 17, 7, 8, 11, 16) des ersten und des zweiten Paneels (1, 2) an den Stellen, die nicht der mechanischen Verbindung dienen,i) die Zwischenräume sindzwischen den Kupplungselementen so vorgesehen, dass bei der Verbindungsfuge zwischen den beiden Paneelen (1, 2) kein Spiel verbleibt. - Paneele nach Anspruch 1, bei denen als Kupplungselemente, die so beschaffen sind, dass ein Paneel (2) durch Absenken gegenüber dem anderen Paneel (1) formschlüssig verbindbar ist, ein zweites hervorstehendes Verriegelungselement (1 1) sowie eine zweite Ausnehmung (10) vorgesehen ist.
- Paneele noch einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer Verjüngung am offenen Ende des ersten hervorstehenden Verriegelungselementes (8) und/ oder einer trichterartigen Öffnung in der ersten Ausnehmung (5).
- Paneele nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer rampenartigen Schräge (12) an dem offenen Ende der Flanke (4), die an der Unterseite angebracht ist.
- Paneele nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Einschnitt (14) im ersten hervorstehenden Verriegelungselement, so dass das offene Ende des ersten hervorstehenden Verriegeiungselementes (8) zusammendrückbar ist.
- Paneele nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die hervorstehende Flanke (7) an der Oberseite eines Paneels (2) auf der hervorstehenden Flanke (4) an der Unterseite des weiteren Paneels (1) im zusammengefügten Zustand aufliegt.
- Paneele nach Anspruch 2, bei denen als Kupplungselemente, die so beschaffen sind, dass ein Paneel (2) durch Absenken gegenüber dem anderen Paneel (1) formschlüssig verbindbar ist, ein drittes hervorstehendes Verriegelungselement (16) sowie eine dritte Ausnehmung (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Paneele nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer seitlich angebrachten Nut (18) an einem Paneel (3) und einer seitlich angebrachten Feder (19) in einem anderen Paneel (2). wobei die Feder in die Nut im zusammengefügten Zustand eingreift.eine Flanke (21) der Nut (18) ist länger als die andere,die längere Flanke (21) weist eine Ausnehmung (22) auf,die Feder (19) weist an einer Unter- oder Oberseite eine hervorstehende Nase (23) auf,die Nase (23) und die Ausnehmung (22) sind so angeordnet, dass die Nase (23) in die Ausnehmung (22) einzurasten vermag,
- Paneele nach Anspruch 8, bei denen die Nase (23) der Feder (19) bis zum Boden der korrespondierenden Ausnehmung (22) im zusammengefügten Zustand reicht.
- Paneele nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, bei der die Seite der Feder (19), die die Nase (23) aufweist, die hervorstehende Flanke (21) im Inneren der Nut (18) durch Vorsehen einer Ausnehmung nicht berührt, wenn die Paneele zusammengefügt sind, so dass ein Zwischenraum (27) verbleibt.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von Paneelen (1, 2, 3) mit den Merkmalen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem ein Paneel (2) mit einer Seite durch eine Drehbewegung um eine gemeinsame Verbindungsfuge herum mit einem weiteren Paneel (3) formschlüssig verbunden wird und bei dem dieses Paneel (2) zugleich mit einer anderen Seite mit einem dritten Paneel formschlüssig durch Absenken verbunden wird.
